• Anne Kumar (10/5): My favourite holiday destination from now on! - A newly refurbished apartment with everything provided from washing machine & dishwasher to luxury furnishings & linens. A welcoming bottle of bubbles & chocolates added that extra touch. The oceanview balcony was perfect from breakfast to watching the beautiful sunset. The hosts were very welcoming & kept in touch to ensure our stay was perfect. Even the weather was great, warm enough to use the spa & heated pool. The location is perfect for walking distance to the cinema, theatre, restaurants & marina markets. Thank you so much, Ali at Tempel by the Sea, for a special birthday getaway. We'll be back ! Access to the shower in the bath was difficult for us seniors! But the bathroom is being upgraded with a shower recess soon.

The hosts are amazing and very clear with communication and checking in. Couldn’t fault anything apart from the weather but couldn’t help with that. Hosts offered late checkout to enjoy some sunshine which was a lovely offer

• Charlotte (10/5): - Thankyou for the most amazing stay...place was amazingly clean, had everything we needed was well thought out. It truely is a little gem, we wouldnt hesitate to stay again one of our fav places and we have stayed at alot. Close to cafes and restaurants. Pool was lovely. Waking up to a view over the ocean was beautiful...a lovely little swimming beach only a short walk away. The wine and chocolates was a very thoughtful personal touch. Thankyou!!! Nothing at all!!!

Super gepflegt, es fehlte ( bis auf einen Vergrösserungsspiegel) an nichts , alles auf hohem Niveau eingerichtet und sehr wohnlich und bequem . Tolles Bett und großes Badezimmer. Schöner Balkon, mit toller Aussicht. Jederzeit wieder !! Alles war toll !!

Très belle vue mer, avec une jolie terrasse. Jolie piscine face à la mer, parking gratuit attenant.Très confortable, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Très agréable attention chocolat et vin à bulles! Hôtes charmants qui nous ont donné des informations très claires. Tout était parfait ! Merci pour ce beau séjour ! Rien tout était parfait ! Juste notre séjour trop court !

• Manzinger (10/5): - The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped for cooking. The couch was extremely comfortable and the pool area was beautiful. It was only a short walk into town so I would say the perfect location hidden away yet still accessible to the main strip. I have no major faults with the property. Sometimes the scan cards took a couple of scans or readjustments to work but that could have been user error

• Linda (9/5): Walking distance to lots of restaurants and accommodation was clean and updated. - The location was beautiful just to sit out on the balcony and see the pool and ocean was relaxing. The property had everything we needed for the 3 days we were there. Would highly recommend.
• Lisa (10/5): Beautiful cosy apartment- perfect views - Hosts were very commuicative about how to check in and info about the apartment. Apartment beautifully decorated. Full kitchen with amenities and espresso coffee. Loved the special sparkling wine & choc treats left for us. So much space available to lounge about. Breaky on the balcony just perfect to marvel at the beach. Easy access to the beautiful beach from within the hotel. Didnt use the pool (cool weather) but has spa and people looked to be enjoying it. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. Easy parking and access to room. Lovely soft deep carpet- we laughed as we could see where we had paced about. So many great close eating/drinking spots within 5min walk. We ditched the car and mainly walked to town as its such a lovely town to explore. Bed devine to slumber in. Rainfall shower head just lovely. Would stay again. Dual bath/spa and shower. Not a problem for us, but just to note for those with mobility issues taking a shower. Nothing of note that I would suggest needed improvement. They take pride in their apartment and its perfect for longer stays.

• Kristen (10/5): Fabulous - I was very impressed with everything. The location was perfect! The only hiccup was our keys were meant to be in the lockbox but weren’t there but when I rang up the owner they delivered them within ten minutes and were very lovely and apologetic.

The apartment is beautiful, with top quality fit out, a fantastic location & it is huge. Personalised service, the spa bath was an unexpected bonus & so very comfortable. • Kathy (10/5): We really enjoyed exploring the town and staying in a beautiful apartment by the sea. - It had a wonderful view of the ocean and was within walking distance of cafes, bars and restaurants and was a comfortable walk to the town centre. The facilities in the spacious apartment were great, including a coffee machine, dishwasher and a washing machine. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was roomy with a spa. The towels were luxurious. There was nowhere to hang our washing.

• Alana (7/5): A quirky apartment in a fantastic location. Well loved. - Fantastic location. Owners put out chocolates and wine and 2 x NZ coasters. Quirky touches - butterfly stickers on the door and towel swans - which we liked. We always prefer somewhere with a different style. Well loved apartment surrounded by gorgeous beach and dolphins frolicking in the ocean. WI-FI was advertised but was advised by owner, that WI-FI broken and would be sorted while we were there. Unfortunately that didn't happen.

The little touches from Ron - cookies and chocolates and a bottle of sparkling - amazing. Had a spa bath and lovely and clean. If we were able to stay longer but had to go back to work !

The hosts were exceptional. They set up the room to celebrate my partners birthday with a banner and balloon and sparking wine! So kind! The apartment facilities were clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The spa in the room was Devine. The pool and spa down stairs in the facility was immaculate and a stunning place to unwind. We will be back. Thank you so much
• Vivienne (9/5): Very comfortable appartment with a great view from both inside and out, to watch the surf sports. - It is a well-appointed & very comfortable apartment in a splendid location and with a perfect view. The host was very welcoming and helpful - thank you. Some pots/utensils from previous guests had been put away in cupboards unwashed. They might've been accustomed to a dishwasher (this was out-of-order but the host had arranged for replacement parts), however, if guests are unable to do their washing up, they should have the decency to leave items in the sink rather than storing them back in the cupboards for the next guests to find.

Host Ron and Margaret were very accommodating to the finer things that all accomodation should offer, such as pick up from airport and around Mandurah as needed for a small amount. I had already sorted my travel but thought this is information that people who don’t drive or a cheaper option for people rather than a hire car may want to know. Only downfall was the dishwasher wasn’t working and I had to do dishes by hand haha, Not the end of the world and I notified Ron who said he would look into it!! Other than that highly recommended as it was pretty perfect!!

• Nigel (10/5): A slice of wonderful! - This apartment is in a wonderful location with superb ocean views and a stunning beach. It is on the doorstep of what we considered a fantastic part of Mandurah with a variety of great restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The pool area has views across to the calm Indian ocean. We had the pleasure of meeting both Ron and Margaret who were so kind and attentive. Their knowledge of the local area is second to none and the apartment was so very well equipped with such a large comfortable bed and huge balcony. We would highly recommend a stay here at room 210 seashells it’s just fab!

• Christina (8/5): Very good - Beautiful location. The unit was spotlessly clean and very well presented. Hospitable touches such as sparkling wine and chocolates were lovely. Check in and out was easy. You could see the care provided by the hosts to make guests feel welcome. Thank you Ron and Margaret for your thoughtfulness. There was a musty smell in the bedroom, which I believe was due to a flow over of water at some time. Once properly dried up, this property would definitely be a 10/10.

• Julie (10/5): Running away from home with your bestie for a couple of nights makes this the place to be! - Despite all the cooking facilities being available we decided to eat out during our short stay. Within short walking distance or a short car ride we had so many choices on our doorstep. I don’t have anything negative to comment on.
