Was a little uncomfortable having to pay cash for the accom- work colleague came to collect the rent in cash from us. But I’m sure it was all fine. Very response to any question you ask.

• Lenny (9/5): Great apartment - Clean, balcony view, good Internet, good air con, washing machine was a god send, home from home Couple of plug sockets looked dodgy with loose wires, could do with some more plates for food, but these points wouldn't put me off booking it again, very convenient
• Greg (9/5): Space and convenience in HCMC District 1 - Excellent 2 bedroom apartment in Soho Residence, close to many cafes, supermarket and restaurant and an easy Grab ride or 25 minutes walk to the cultural centre. Comes with 3 Aircon units, one in each bedroom and one on main living room. These are needed as temperatures inside stay above 30 degrees without them. There is a large washing machine and drying rail on the balcony. Clothes dry very quickly here as you would expect. The kitchen has the essentials (kettle, microwave and hot plate, pots and pans, glasses, etc.), although lacks a few items such as a coffee maker and cups. It's set up for a couple so you may struggle a bit with 4. TV has several streaming channels including Netflix and YouTube and works well. Beds are clean and comfortable with fresh white linen. The one shower is refreshing and hot. Construction on the rest of the Soho buildings seems to be paused so we had no noise or disruption, although may this resume at some point. Ben Thanh market is just over 1 km or a 15 minute walk.away.

• Takudzwa (9/5): Great spot in the heart of D1 without the hecticness of D1 - Great location to get around the city and not be in some of the more hectic locations. Additionally, the host keeps to himself, but is always on call to lend a helping hand. house keeping could have been significantly better.

• Dieu (9/5): My stay was delightful, with stunning views, a clean and well-located apartment - The apartment was clean and well-maintained, located on the 34th floor, offering stunning city views, especially at night. Access to the lobby was convenient with four elevators available, and it's just a short walk to Bui Vien Walking Street. Both bedrooms shared a single bathroom, which lacked a proper overhead shower.

Beds where comfortable shower was good, air conditioning, and a great modern built living room it truly was the perfect place to stay! It is also in a very convenient area close to many shops and food places that are within walking distance. Owner was very helpful during stay. Everything about this place is great!
