Deborah (8/5): Nice place for a short stay in London. - Perfect for a group of 3-4. Nice decoration of the apartment, very cosy, great location in the city. Easy check in and check out. Quick responses from the host. Both bed rooms had really high carpets which resulted in it taking quite an effort to close and open bedroom doors. Moreover, there were water stains and remains from taken down shelves in the bathrooms which gave took away the cosiness a little.
Jenny (7/5): Was almost ruined because we could have been late for our concert. - The location was good. The beds were very comfortable. The “perfect Host” company were rude & unhelpful when things went wrong. On arrival we couldn’t get access to our accommodation & they did not want to help, it wasn’t easy to get in touch, when we did make contact they didn’t want to help, reassure us or speak to us as if we were at fault. We paid a lot of money & were not treated well.
