• Jeliha Hung Mei (5/5): Vortex suites with booking com a lot unexpected payments - Place are great, near KLCC, can walking by 10 minutes. Got 7e and restaurant at below apartment. Very convenient. A lot of unexpected payments not shown in total price, i pay for 2 nights, hidden payments won't show during proceed payments. After payments then i knew got high tax payments 19% and cleaning fee 100 only clean during checkout so no cleaner will come daily if u decide stay many nights, so full of rubbish, owner ask us to throw own rubbish during 1st day stay, they only ask cleaner come during checkout. Ridiculous payment for cleaning fee, if i knew, i wont pay and stay there. So 1st and last to stay there. Please be careful all the details payment during proceed to pay, booking.com won't show all the hidden price. You will noted price are higher than before.

• Heath (6/5): Pleasant - The host was polite. There were no clear instructions on collecting keys. The information just said that someone would meet us int he property and we gave an expected arrival time. No one was there. The information should have said we needed to contact the host on WhatsApp when we were on our way. We had no mobile phone coverage so it was very difficult to contact the host, and when we did he wanted us to said confirmation screenshots which we couldn't do without WiFi. At first we were shown a very old flat dirty-looking flat that was very different from the pictures, and then when we were not happy with this we were shown another one. Be careful that they might try to give you a worse flat than you have selected on the booking website.

• Julia (1/5): the description and the photos must be updated on the web site. now it is a fraud - The manager was answering somehow fast on messages in whats app, brought us the plug the power socket and moved to bigger apartment when appears that our apartment is 100 % not was on the photo The view from 3br apartmnet from 41 floor is very nice, but it is on the city, not on the tower. to see the tower ypu ned either to lay on one of the beds, or the lay on the window with the face in the leaving room. but view on tv tower is still nice ( but only from 3 br apartment, not from 2br that we booked first and were offered) we were waiting in front of the building for 15-20 minutes during the rain and then finally we led to the apartment (despite the fact that i texted ETA in advance) The apartment that we booked was total scam. It is 100% not what was in the photo. There is no view on the tower. it was on the 5th floor and poorly decorated and very updated. there were cockroaches and dirty dishes. after long conversation with the owner, the person who made check in showed us another apartment (3bedroom that is present here) and offered to live there. when we moved our stuff, he was trying to charge us more (based on the fact that the apartment is bigger than the one that we booked), but he failed, because we found more cockroaches in the 3br apartment as well. The pool and gym is presented in the building but you should pay for it 4 dollars a day which results for our family in extra expenses (nothing was mentioned before).the last point to mention was check out. because it is private apartment and no concierge, you need to name a particular time of check out, what was no problem for us. but was problem for the manager who was late for 20 minutes.
