- Simon (6/5): Pleasant - Bed is good and the dinning room area is feeling good. The washroom not looking clean and the head room on the bath will touch my head. The shower curtain also not feeling good.

As a budget traveller, this is the Best place I’ve stayed in Tokyo. This spot is quiet yet close to everything.it has excellent solar access, the sunshine pours in the windows - quite rare to find this in budget accom in a big city! No complaints.
- Alex (2/5): Tiny, aged and very expensive - I can’t find any highlights of this property. Out of all my stays in all my trips to Japan, this accommodation is by far the worst. It is tiny to begin with, even in Tokyo. It’s also old and things are aged and flimsy. The toilet and bathroom are not hygienic. The air con is noisy at night, and hot water machine is not automatic as it seems. And, it costs AU$2500 for 6 nights, not cheap by any standards. I recommend anyone steer away from this accommodation.
