- Arvin (1/5): MOST TERRIBLE HOTEL (HOTEL FOR PROSTITUTION). DONT GO AND ITS REALLY SUCKS!!!!! - Nothing to like there. The most bad/ugly/useless hotel that i went in my lifetime. There are a lot of cockroaches roaming around the bed and floor inside the room. The toilet is like they didn't clean for 10 years. The main purpose of the hotel is to be used for prostitution. We can see the prostitute coming inside and out of the hotel. I don't know how booking.com lets them advertise on their webpage (DONT ADVERTISE ONLY TO GAIN PROFIT, GIVE CUSTOMER A GOOD STAY AND REMOVE BAD HOTEL LIKE THIS). Don't ever go to that hotel although it's cheap. After i went there and saw the room, i booked another room at another hotel. They didn't refund me. PLEASE DONT GO!!!!! SURE WILL REGRET

- Peng (1/5): The property is very different from the photos shared. - The staff is friendly and allow to view the room before confirm to check-in. They are well prepared for any comments and refund if customer is not accepting the room. The environment, reception and most of all the room is very lack of maintenance, unhygienic and dirty.

- Cordel (4/5): Great location and value, but not the best due to cleanliness. - The location in Bukit Bantang is ideal for a first time tourist to Kuala Lumpur since the hotel is well connected to transit, shopping areas, restaurants, bars, etc. The room was a bit small. But, the biggest issue was the pest infestation. Pretty sure I saw a few cockroaches crawling along the floor whenever I returned to the room and turned on the light.

- Dayanand (1/5): Bad - Location No hygiene. Very dirty hotel. Cockroaches in the room. Staff is not helpful. The hotel is on the 2nd floor, hard to carry luggage. The hotel claims a deposit of 50 ringgit refundable on checkout in case something breaks. In fact, most of the things are already broken or missing. I recorded before using the room. I was not given the room I booked.I was given a family room . Later, I have to look for cockroach spray.

- Bego (1/5): Uncomfortable. Does not meet my expectations. Not like what is advertised. - None. Taking the stairs was horrible. It was wet and quite slippery and you might even land in the hospital. Not recommended at all. Ventilation was poor. Bathroom and room was untidy. Bed sheet looks stained with some gross fluid/discharge left behind by some other occupants. Can check for yourself. Flooring looks filthy.
