• Jaeman (6/5): Looks nice but not so nice once you get there. - The property is spacious for sure. Two rooms + kitchen set up is not always easy to find. there is AC and TV in every room which was very important for me. The overall vibe is nice as well. The location is far from the train station and the airport but once you get there, the neighborhood is pretty nice, and Rome being a smaller city (in my opinion), everywhere is 10-20 minute walk. There were a few things that were subpar. 1. the check-in was complicated and i did not get a single message on the day so i had to find him on whatsapp and reach out to get the check-in info. 2. the property was not clean. Dirty floors, ironing board was unusable because it was so dirty, hair on the bed linen. No trash can, only recycling bins 3. Bathroom is small and has mold in the shower. There was constant smell from the sewer and whenever the upstair uses the bathroom, the whole bathroom and the kitchen would smell like poop. I don't know if it's a piping problem but it was very unpleasant. 4. the kitchen has an induction but all the pots were non-induction pots so i was not able to use any of the pots provided. coffee maschine was unusable because it was so dirty inside. The kitchen soap was not ready so we had to find it in the closet. 5. Moldings in one of the room were loose and one side came off.

• Marco (8/5): I would recommend this location. - The location was good and very easy to access public transportation. The main facilities were comfortable and good for a family. The host was accessible when needed. The bathroom was very small. You could not move in the shower, it was barely big enough to turn around.
• Lee (9/5): Quiet setting in a beautiful apartment that is a short walk from major attractions. Highly recommend. - Large rooms. Beautifully designed and decorated. Bathroom was very narrow and shower quite small.

• Tinka (8/5): Very good - The apartment is in a perfect location with a local wibe, good inexpensive caffes, pastry shops and the Testaccio market. The lively Trastevere region in less then 20min walk away, so we went there every evening. Bus stops are close. We really apreciated that we could leave the bags in the apartment earlier and the correspondence with the owner was good. The apartment has a great size, apart from the tiny bathroom. Poor condition of furniture and appliances, some (water heater and coffe maker) were not working. It was good that the owner offered a repair, but we would appreciate it to have working machines on arrival. Also the furniture is low quality and dated and not as one would expect from the photos. Especiall, the bathroom/shower needs a renovation. It is ok, but our expectations were probably to high considering the photos on booking.
