• Merin (3/5): Horrible place!! Our entire vacation was ruined by staying at this place. - Only good thig about this place is the accessibility to major attractions. . This apartment is managed by GPM services. Very poor communication by the management. They give you no instructions until you call them. They don't respond to emails. Entering the apartment, there was this bad odor, like something died there. The kitchen counters were full of dead/ partially dead cockroaches. I immediately contacted the management who never returned my calls or emails. We had to buy room fresheners to mask the odor. The stove did not work, the tea kettle was leaking and the clock was stuck at 7pm. Overall this apartment was terrible and dampened our vacation in Athens. IMPORTANT!!! We got ROBBED here!!! On the last day of our stay, when we returned from a tour around 3 pm, we opened the apartment and noticed all lights were turned on and all our clothes were scattered on the floor. On the bed, all my make-up and stuff from my backpack was scattered. We were horrified. Luckily, we always take our money/ passports with us whenever we go out. The only things missing were a pair of my new sunglasses and my Airpod. We were not concerned about these things but more about our safety and security. And this was in broad daylight. I immediately contacted the management and they said that they cannot do anything and that we had to contact the police, We did not call the police because we were flying the next day and we did not want any hassle. I was shocked at the management's utter disregard and indifference regarding a serious matter which concerned a client's safety, security and peace of mind!!! I have uploaded pictures of the room after it was broken in. This was what we walked into. Our entire vacation was ruined because we chose to stay at this place.

• Alexandra (5/5): Totally disappointed - The location is ideal as it is well connected to all forms of transportation and the Fix metro station is a 15 minute walk. It has a supermarket across the road and lots of local cafes and takeaways on foot. The apartment is the same as the pictures with some minor differences. The staff were friendly, polite and willing to help with any enquiries. I didn't like the fact that the apartment is semi-basement towards the back of the old building. The windows are just above ground level which made it virtually impossible to open the shutters let alone open the window as passersby would have seen in. There is no natural light so it felt like a dungeon. The bathroom had no fan for the shower. We could never figure out how the sofa opened and as a family our stay there was uncomfortable. To top things off, we crossed paths with two baby cockroaches and one of the quilts had a small stain. I have stayed in many Airbnb rooms but this has to be the worst one ever!

• Ljubinka (5/5): The apartment needs better maintenance and the property letters need to be honest with what they are renting. - The location is good as it is in a very walkable area and close to the main attractions in Athens - very close to the Museum of Contemporary Art. There is a supermarket just opposite the building. The fact that it is on the ground floor and is in fact at street level (passers-by can see inside if the blinds are not down) is only mentioned before you pay, and never before in the description. The washing machine didn’t work, and I was counting on using it (and it was a big factor in deciding to book this apartment). The apartment was not cleaned properly after the last occupant (the rubbish was full and there were little bugs on the kitchen counter). The toilet was returning dark sewage water. I reported this as well as the washing machine malfunction, and was even asked what time I would be at the apartment so that a handyman could come (which was not what I would do on my vacation). The plant from the photos is not there. Overall, the photos are not very indicative of what you can expect to find there… And the apartment is run by a company, not by an owner, so every time I wrote to the property, another person responded. They were all nice, however, the apartment is not maintained well.
