- Muhammad Imran (3/5): Schlechteste aufenthalt in KL für mich. - Außen Blick mit Balkon. Bezügkich Sauberkeit, Klo war nicht standardgemäß geputzt. Betten waren unbequem. Nach der Dusche ist das ganze Bad nass. Service war schlecht. Keine strassenschuhe in zimmer erlaubt (was man verstehen kann) aber haus schuhe gab es nicht in Zimmer. Keine Zahnbürste, kein Kaffee. Solche sachen sind in KL standard sogar in Air BNBs mit niedrigeren preis. Was mich richtig geärgert hat dass der swimming Pool ganze 2 Tage nicht nutzbar war. Wir haben das Zimmer wegen swimmingpool für kinder gebucht und wurde auch als service angeboten. Nach abfrage sagt personal “It is public swimming pool and we dont own it. dann schreib doch klar und deutlich, dass es aktuell nicht verfügbar ist.
