• Saara (9/5): Superb - We had a succesful staying in Penthouse and it was very easy to jump in to tram or metro to get to centrum. Nearby we could find many shops, restaurants and icecream kiosks, which was super handy. Our host was very helpful and easy to contact whenever we needed help. The apartment was very easy to find with helpful videos of host. An apartment was quite warm especially in the daytime. But it got cooler in the evenings so we could sleep well.
• Valeria (5/5): Passable - The house is well connected to the city centre and the host was always willing to help us and also gave us an helpful tourist guide with all the info regarding places to visit and eat. However, the apartment wasn't clean. We found a lot of dust under the sofa and a ton of objects like socks, post-it and other things under the bed . What's worse was the fact that we discovered that it had happened before and the objects were the same, so we assume that it's been months since the apartment was cleaned properly; It seemed like as if it was only cleaned by other guests who came before us, same with the kitchen. It was very disappointing, since we had to pay 35€ for the cleaning fee. About that: the toilet gave us some issues,sometimes it clogged. The host was very helpful about it and told us he would give us back the cleaning fee...but we haven't received anything yet.

• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very helpful, explained everything( how to get there, kept in contact with us to make sure we were happy with our stay. Gave us very useful information about Vienna which made our stay extremely enjoyable. Very good location 1 min from tram, 10 min from underground (walking) or by tram 3 min The blinds in the kitchen area could be more dark, as we had there our son sleeping there on the sofa it was very light in the morning.
