- Kian Yih (2/5): Not really good experience - The location Our stay was unfortunately very disappointing. We arrived around 10pm, but there were no prior instructions provided on how to check in or collect the keys. We tried calling more than 5 times with no response. In the end, we had to reach out through Booking.com just to gain access. Once inside, the condition of the unit was unacceptable: -The overall cleanliness was poor -The fridge contained leftover food (including what looked like old cut watermelon), which was very unhygienic -The bed provided was not king size as advertised -The kitchen and bathroom taps were loose and unstable -There was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom -We found cockroaches in both the living room and bedroom -A TV was provided, but the remote control was not working -WiFi was available, but no password was given Overall, this stay did not meet basic hospitality standards. We hope the host will seriously improve cleanliness, maintenance, and communication for future guests.

- Jamie (1/5): Bad experience and unpleasant stay - It stated 3 bedroom but end up only 2 bedrooms aprtment. The informations given is not accurate. The apartment have very bad smell. The apartment is very dusty and dirty especially the toilet. There are cockroach found in toilet and dining area. The bed are very dusty and dust mist which cause itchiness & allergy.The bed at one of the bedroom is unstable. Mattress are not comfortable to sleep in.

- HOOI SAN (6/5): - 地点非常方便，走出来就是parkson大门进pavilion 2了👍 停车场是需要付费的，房间并不清洁有异味，有看见小蟑螂在厕所出入，小房的床褥不好睡，住20楼半夜也会听见motor的嘈杂声很大声，过滤水机会喷水，希望屋主改善提升。还有一点退房时垃圾是需要自行处理拿出去丢的😅
