• Elhassane (8/5): Sympathique et confortable - Très bien situé, cosy et propre Le minuteur de lumière dans la salle de bain.

• Nelly (9/5): Nous avons apprécié et nous recommandons ! - Très joli appartement, bien situé et bien équipé. A une dizaine de minute du centre ville et avec un lit bébé. Pas de parking mais de la place dans la rue gratuitement.
• Emmanuelle (8/5): - Emplacement parfait et calme .Équipements satisfaisants. Le sol présentait des multiples salissures . Les draps tachés et non compatibles avec dimension du living . Pas de réponse suite aux échanges .... Climatisation ou chauffage pas de réglage approprié.

• Bera (10/5): - Great location. Absolutely everything is nearby. We walked to the old part of the city for 40 minutes. By car, of course, it would be faster. Cleanliness in the room. New equipment. Negative points: No hair dryer, bed linen not the right size for the sofas, very bad railings on the stairs from the main entrance.

• Christina (8/5): We were overall satisfied with the apartment but really wanted a private balcony to drink coffee on. Would have rather s - The location was good and we felt safe. It had a grocery store close and in walking distance along with cafes. It was a cute place nicely decorated and stocked. The host was also very accommodating. The balcony and terrace weren’t really welcoming or a place I want to sit and relax, especially considering the lack of outdoor furniture, they were shared with neighbors who drank and smoked. Which was another reason we kept the curtains closed. Was not walkable to Old Quebec. The apartment could use some extras linens along with kitchen towels 🙂

• Eliana (10/5): Super cozy and perfectly located apartment! - The location was fantastic, on 3rd avenue where all the really good restaurants, bars and coffee shops are located, while also being around a 20 min, very wonderful walk from old quebec. The bed and sofa were unbelievably comforable! The place is very well equipped. We had such a wonderful stay! nothing I can think of.

• Gemma (10/5): Absolutely the best place to stay while visiting Quebec City. - The apartment was super clean. Decor was gorgeous! Our host was quick to respond to our questions and concerns.
• Saleha (1/5): Unsympathetic and Unresponsive host - At the start I was impressed with the apartment's amenities, and the neighborhood, but the entire experience was sullied very quickly. In my very first correspondence with the host, I pointed out that the (a) linen was not clean. The bed linen was unclean, and the towels smelled damp. But matters got worse as we soon discovered that the (b) air-conditioned was not working. As the temperature outside soared, we found it impossible to stay in the apartment during the day. We could not sleep at night because of the heat. But what was worse was the very (c) unsympathetic attitude of the host who simply suggested, we open the windows and use the fan. The (d) host seems unfamiliar with the apartment as we found that all the living room windows were sealed. (e) The host is a poor communicator. Despite several requests she did not respond in a yes or a no if we could have a late check out. (f) In what appeared petty, I had jokingly mentioned that I had changed the Netflix language from French to English only to discover that we were logged off the Netflix account. Overall, the host in not worthy of being a booking.com host.
