Wir hatten uns Sorgen um die Umgebung gemacht, nachdem wir viele Bewertungen bezüglich Sicherheit in der Gegend gelesen hatten, wir haben uns aber total wohl gefühlt und fanden die Lage toll. Der Gastgeber war auch besonders nett und entgegenkommend.

• Alistair (9/5): Good Location for a short stay in Vancouver - the location was on the outskirts of China Town, there was a SkyTrain 150m away that went to Canada Place (Heart of the City). walking distance to Gastown and the ferry dock for Granville Island. plenty of places to eat and get coffee, Nothing worth noting.

Proche d’un supermarché et de nombreux restaurants. Une petite terrasse aménagée permet de prendre de la hauteur ! Une piscine est accessible depuis le 3ème étage. Nous recommandons ce logement. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour cependant nous aurions apprécié que la climatisation soit moins bruyante. De nombreux SDF sont présents dans les rues environnantes, aucun sentiment d’insécurité mais de la tristesse.

I would not hesitate to recommend and would book again if I am luck - Great location, accessibility to the train station, public bike rental and route to major city amenities. Apartment was beautifully decorated with all modern conveniences. The views were spectacular and the patio was a bonus. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Shower and bathroom were perfect. Instructions and guidance from Jim were so helpful. Nothing, it met all of our expectations and more.

• Marco (10/5): Recommended - A modern and cosy apartment in a city centre not far from Granville and approximately 1,1 from Robson square. The view was indeed amazing and we enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony.
• Clare (10/5): Perfect stay in a great location - Cozy, clean, perfect size for a short stay. Hosts were fantastic and were in contact straight away when we asked any questions. Really clean and had everything we needed.

• Sondra (7/5): A good stay but didn’t sleep that well. - The unit was comfortable and secure. Great having laundry and kitchen facilities. The views of the city and mountains were also pretty nice. The owners allowed us to leave our luggage at the unit so we could start exploring the city. For me, it was very noisy with the Skytrain nearby. The bedroom only had thin Venetian blinds, making it a very light bedroom. The location was good, however, there were quite a few homeless people in the area.

Not far to Gastown with its great restaurants. Our hosts were very helpful. Great having a washing machine and dryer, especially also having laundry detergent provided. Good view of the city with glimpses of the harbour. There wasn't anything in particular that we didn't like. The condo was great value (especially in Vancouver) with everything we needed provided.

• Maree (9/5): Very comfortable stay in a well equipped apartment - Very clean and comfortable apartment. Great kitchen and laundry facilities. Jim was so helpful from pre check in to our departure and any questions I had were answered swiftly, thanks Jim. Wifi worked well and the view was pretty good also. Bed was super comfy and clean, as was the bathroom. We had a fabulous meal at Phnom Penh restaurant in Georgia street. The property was fabulous, however there are a lot of homeless people around. I found that a bit distressing, however we learned which streets to avoid.

It was a lovely apartment, style, location, clean and the owners were great to work with and always replied back to any message quite quickly. Train noise but only because it was something we weren’t use too!
• Robyn (10/5): Attractive apartment with great views and location. - Great location and a very nice apartment with great views of the city and mountains behind. It was close to shops, restaurants and transport. The pool and gym were a great bonus. There is also a nice roof garden. The owner was very responsive to messages, including arranging to fix something quickly so it wasn't a problem. We would definitely recommend this place. The only issues were the window coverings, which were Venetian blinds that made almost no difference to the amount of light coming into the bedroom in the mornings - it was very bright. We also found the apartment too warm to be comfortable with the doona at night (we were there in late April) - a blanket or lighter quilt would have been better. There was 1 light blanket, but that was not sufficient.
• Loretto (9/5): Fab location and flat - Location was perfect for our needs, close to Gastown, Chinatown and the Seawall walk. Great kitchen and utensils. Shower great and fab access to pool, sauna and hot pool. Bed was super comfy.
• Lisa (8/5): Helpful and easy contact with the host. Leisure facilities were a great bonus - Well appointed apartment. Comfortable bed The 3am fire alarm evacuation couldn’t have been helped but some advice within the apartment on what to do in the event would have been helpful. Fortunately for everyone it was a false alarm but evacuation route etc would hav been useful to know ahead of time.
• David (8/5): Things to be done. Still very nice. - Location, so close to the train and a few other walking distance local facilities Cosy rooms, lift access, and nice views. The couch for the winter was in the wrong place, the fridge freezer door's were opening the wrong way which can easily be changed and would be hard work for any disabled people. The bathroom washroom waste outlets need to be more thoroughly cleaned. Probably should have a little long life milk and sugar available for new comers, the bathroom fan off switch and timer wasn't working very well, at night or in the morning it ran forever, nothing that can't be fixed, otherwise a good stay and enjoyed it and Vancouver immensely.
• Georgina (8/5): Perfect location for a concert - Great location, clean and perfect for 2 people. The master bed was very comfortable, we would 100% book again for 2 adults. Small for three adults, the sofa bed only just fit in the room and to shut the door it needed to be on an angle. The sofa bed was also very uncomfortable.

Had everything I needed and having a washer and dryer in the apartment for my longer stay was fantastic. Easy to get around with subway, buses, and attractions nearby. While it wasn't too bad, if you're a light sleeper bring earplugs! I could hear a neighbor learning to play piano regularly, and at night the stadium next door can get noisy

The apartment had great views over the city and up to the mountains. It had everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable. Nothing, everything was great.

We had the best time as well as it has a very comfy bed and pillows. We didn’t use the kitchen because we ate out but it’s so local and near so many things and literally you cross the street to the arena and we went to see Zach Bryan. Couch is kinda small for two people if you wanna lay but it’s really not the end of the world because it’s such a beautiful location

• Phung (8/5): Very clean and comfortable! Check-in/out and parking took too long! - The apartment unit was at a convenient location with a nice view of the city. The entire unit was very clean and comfortable to stay with kitchen. Jim was very communicative. You can access the building nearby and use the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The check-in process took a lot longer than I anticipated. Park the car on the street. Access the building with a pin number then take the elevator to get the room key and fob. Come back down to park the car in the designated area inside the building. I also had trouble finding the parking lot # so it took me a while despite the photos that was shared with me. There wasn’t written directions or instructions provided along with the parking photos (only arrows on the photos). It also took me a long time to leave the parking area because I couldn’t find the correct exit. There were some loud sirens at night but it was manageable.

• Florentina (8/5): Short stay in Vancouver - Amazing views, spacious and cozy. The apartment is located in not the nicest area, but for this price it was a good stay. The communication was a bit slow a few times, but in the end the host was very helpful.

• Sharon (10/5): Gorgeous half naked young men got in the elevator with me!😍 - I pushed my friend in a wheelchair to see Cirque du Soleil, leaving my car parked in the stall. There was no parking left at Cirque du Soleil so the location was very good. We got pizza after, right next door. I watched a glorious sunset over the mountains from the room. I loved it!
• Peter (4/5): Was OK but did not represent fair value. - Kitchen and laundry were good. Plastic sheet on bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast counter was serviced with stools that did not allow normal leg room. All windows were covered with old thin venetian blinds in poor repair. The amazing views were not experienced. No computer facility. Unit was noisy from above ground trains passing within 60/70 meters and the bathroom exhaust fan continually on at night, On day three of seven the smoke detector started chirping when we went to bed. Was advised to remove the stale battery. A replacement was not provided.
• Peter (8/5): Very good - Jim was very helpful and that really made our visit work well. The property is clean and well appointed but there is a lot of street homeless people with fentanyl drug addiction issues. Whilst we didn’t feel in any danger there was a lot of sirens going throughout the night.

• Laura (10/5): We would definitely stay here again if we are in Van. - It was very convenient for everything in the city and close to the metro. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed - could easily have stayed there for a longer vacation without any issues! The parking space was absolutely brilliant - we hired a car to go up to Whistler and being able to park it safely overnight meant there was nothing to worry about with the rental in a public lot. WiFi was quick and very easy to join. Not a huge issue but the blinds weren’t blackout so if you need blackout to sleep, bring an eye mask! Equally not a big deal but just FYI there is no aircon in the apartment but the hosts provide a superb fan which was more than adequate - just worth noting if aircon is a dealbreaker for you! Both tiny things and certainly not worth not booking over - it was so good that I’m really clutching for things to say that aren’t glowingly positive!!

It was in the heart of the city, right next to the arena and walking distance to various food options and bars. The condo itself was clean and spacious, with free parking. Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting the city. It was loud at night but that was to be expected given its location.
