• Leon (6/5): Sufficient for city travelers - We really appreciated the overall cleanliness of the apartment as well as the location as it was very close to a metro station and a grocery store. The provided coffee and tea supplies were also great. The fridge offers a lot of space and having a dish washer and washing machine can also come in handy. We had a some struggles getting into the apartment as you rely on the owner to open the main door, who was not available when we arrived and did not communicate it prior. We were lucky that some other tenant opened the door for us, because the owner only got back to us 1.5h after we tried to contact them. The apartment is kind of small for 3-4 people because the pull-out couch takes up most of the space in the living room and leaves little space for hanging out as a group, which is fine when you're out most of the time anyways. In the bathroom there are quite a few holes in the walls around the edges (not seen in the pictures) and there was a broken tile in the shower, which could lead to injuries. The most frustrating thing, though, was the air conditioning, which you could see and hear but had no effect whatsoever. During our stay, it was constantly 30°C so coming back after a busy day to a boiling place is not necessarily something to look forward to. Consequently, we left the windows open during the night, which lead to a quite uncomfortable sleeping experience as the patio was quite bright, there was always some kind of noise, and mosquitos joined the party. We ended up being insufficiently rested for the day, which did affect our overall experience in the city.

• Ljubenka (6/5): Pleasant - Wery responsive host, although we had a really late check-in. The apartment was clean. Location as specified, with nearby multiple public transport options. Also, there are a lot of restaurants, pizzas and stores around. The apartment was very small, suitable for 2 (max 3) persons. There were only 3 chairs in the apartment, but the host rented it to 4 of us. The sofa in the living room is not appropriate for sleeping. It's very small and totally not comfortable. The booking said that toiletries are available, but there were only dishwasher and soap. Very thin walls, you can hear all the neighbors.
• Büşra (1/5): overall it was a lousy experience. - The house is furnished as seen in the pictures. First of all, I would like to state that if you are sensitive to smell, do not choose it. In the humid heat of Italy, the air conditioner was not working. We couldn't open the windows because of the mosquitoes and it was not even possible to breathe. When we first entered the house, the sink and floors were not cleaned. the bathroom smelled very bad and there was hair in the sink which had not been cleaned properly either. When we told them, they had the kitchen sink and floors cleaned. The bathroom had not been touched. We tried to sleep with the smell of onions in the kitchen while we were sleeping at night. Although we talked about the air conditioner many times, we never got an answer. We had to go out all the time because of the humidity and smell. Since we are 4 people, we asked for an extra bed and we could not get an answer. the sofa also had gaps and was uncomfortable. They had left 2 half toilet papers for 4 people. When we asked again, they didn't give it. overall it was a lousy experience. I never recommend.

• Zeyneb (2/5): Awful experience - I have travelled so much and never had such a bad experience. We arrived 1 hour after the time we told the host and he didnt answer us, and we had to go another hotel to sleep, although we paid for the evening. And the host didnt refund us the amount for the evening. The next day we went to the apartment, there wasnt hot water at the bathroom. The air conditioning wasnt working and we couldnt sleep as it was too hot.

• Elena (9/5): Superb - Apartment is comfortable, warm and quite. It has everything you might need for comfortable stay during the trip. It's at the 1st floor, so in case you have luggage it's a big + as no elevator in the building. Near you can find supermarket, cafes and market where you can buy fresh fruits and tasty cheese. It's a little bit far from city center, but you can get there by tram and metro Burned kettle, although you can use pan to boil water or coffee machine.
