Guest Reviews
- Team Manager (6/5): Good stay bedrooms today nice location pitty about bathroom and kitchen cleanliness - Great location The bathroom and kitchen were damaged try on arrival also a mattress against the fence in garden 😳
- Patricia (1/5): - Loved the location as it was near the wedding that we were attending After it being booked in February,I was in bed ready to travel in the morning and the phone beeped with a message saying they cancelled the booking. This was 6 hours before I traveled. So At midnight we had to go on and start looking for another place. My daughter her husband and 3 year old were traveling from Canada .I was so annoyed that after booking it in advance and paying in full that less than 15 hours notice they cancelled with no reason.Yes they refunded my money straight away but the upset it caused me that night was horrendous.
- Naushad (10/5): Stunning penthouse, perfect location, and an incredibly accommodating host. - This penthouse is absolutely beautiful and perfectly situated in the heart of the city. The host was exceptionally supportive, remaining available for any queries and offering incredible flexibility throughout our stay. It’s rare to find this level of hospitality paired with such a premier location.
- Julia (6/5): It’s a great location. I think there could be some better amenities. - The location to the park, canal and hackney Wick. Many small things did not work well. It was very hard to unlock the front door. Every time we arrive back home, the sink in the bathroom was very erratic making me have to wash my face sometimes in the shower, there were not basics like dish towels or cutting board in the kitchen. And they didn’t provide garbage bags for the garbage cans, or paper towels, or enough toilet paper for one week stay. Saying that they were only covering two days when we were paying for six nights was not a reasonable response.

- Bethany (4/5): Good location near the park and Hackney Wick, but needs some TLC - Its location near Victoria Park I didn’t feel very safe. There was an internal door between us and the flat below and we could hear the person coughing throughout our stay. In fact you could hear lots of noises from the surrounding houses. The main door handle was loose. The house wasn’t particularly clean, the furniture and carpet on the stairs was worn. We asked for a travel cot, but this didn’t work properly and I didn’t hear from the owners, so I had to borrow one from a friend. My husband took part in the Hackney half, but we had no hot water that evening so he couldn’t have a shower after. Again, the owner didn’t reply to us at the time. The bedrooms were extremely hot so it was hard to sleep. We were provided with two half rolls of toilet paper, no washing up liquid and nothing to dry things with

- Ntombikayise (1/5): !!!Families with Toddlers MUST STAY AWAY from this place!!! - The dishonesty of the host(company) managing this place is disheartening. I messaged them prior to our check-in date and stating that we have young children and requesting for the grass to be trimmed and the garden to be cleared off from any hazardous objects.
We have had a written agreement as seen on the screenshot below, but the state in which we have found the garden and their unresponsiveness to our complain was the proof that the company host only cares about the £230/night settlement.
There are many more negative things to say about this property but we will stick to what was dear to us.
PS: Bring your own kettle do not use theirs.
- Helen (5/5): Passable - Good location for ABBA voyage.
Beds were comfortable and bed linen was clean and good quality. The property had not been cleaned properly, work surfaces had crumbs and marks on in kitchen. Missing vital equipment such as tea towels, new/clean dishcloths, black bin liners for us to dispose of rubbish in as per instructions, same all requested via app but never appeared. Only 2 forks in drawer.
Lounge was very dusty and had dirty marks/spill marks on floor. Throw on couch needed replacing.
Bathroom needs attention, shower leaks from shower head and rain shower did not work. Sink tap constantly dripping. The toilet brush was disgusting and only fit for the bin.
- Veronica (1/5): Bad - Please stay away from this house!
We booked over christmas! Everything was dirty, sofa with white stains, cigarets, hairs, leftovers, bog large black moisture… broken furniture.. garden under construction and with many dirt…
Not a place you want to stay!
We took contakt with the company directly, they promised us a total refund, so we left and booked another property on London!
And then the company didn’t give any news anymore!!! Uncredible their service! We try every day! As well booking.com did not get back to them!
Such a company should not be on booking.com
Very unprofessional!
We still fight to get our money back!
- David (9/5): Comfy and good value. Ideal for ABBA and Stratford. Close to O2. - Very comfortable and warm. Beds comfy. Great location. Could do with a little smartening up in places. No tea towels. Hot water didn’t work this morning.
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jiřà (9/5): Superb - Nice, comfortable and fully-equipped apartment in a quiet location. Everything was ok according to the instruction. Light in the bathroom is connected to the ventilator which is very noisy.
- Louise (5/5): Handy location - The property was well stocked , bedding was really clean and the location very handy for the Olympic stadium Property is very tired and in need of some refurb and repairs. Not really quite as billed. Front door lock very difficult, blinds in living room missing and falling off.
- Palfrey (9/5): Superb - Nice, quiet area. Bus stops very close, shops, coffee house a few hundred yards. Couldn't get TV to work, but l'm sure that was a technicality,
- Janet (8/5): Worked out well for us. Would book again in the hope that they’d cut the lawn. - Convenient for visiting my daughter. It was comfortable and pretty clean. The disappointment was that the grass in front garden was really long, so we couldn’t sit out.
- Jonathan (7/5): Good -

- Em (4/5): Dangerous area, bad connection to city, apartment very old and not clean not recommen for families - Nothing
- Maneesha (8/5): Very good - Everything we needed was there No space downstairs to keep any of our suitcases or bags
- Walker (9/5): A second home - Brilliant location. Clean. Decorated beautifully. Had nearly everything you could need. A home from home. Not exactly toddler friendly. Must remember next time to bring stair gates.
