Marc Paris (1/5): Une escroquerie totale ! - Arnaque total : le prix affiché à la réservation sur le site Booking n'est pas celui indiqué à la confirmation de réservation, qui est majoré de 35% de frais de ménage. Le propriétaire contacté, de mauvaise foi, déclare que ces coûts additionnels sont signalés à l'achat, ce qui est faux au regard des copies d'écran que j'ai conservées. Arrivé sur place, le gardien de l'immeuble où est situé l'appartement vous demande 25 000 pesos supplémentaires pour une "manilla", bracelet de papier exigé pour pouvoir circuler librement dans l'immeuble et monter dans l'appartement ! J'ai refusé de le payer car il y a des limites à l'escroquerie !!! La facture (officielle) envoyée par l'établissement après le séjour est inférieure de 216 000 pesos au prix payé et prélevé par Booking sur mon compte en banque ! A fuir !!!!! Pendant mon séjour, la chasse d'eau des toilettes ne fonctionnait pas !!!!!
