- Ruru (1/5): Bad - I emailed the Csquare Property Service Team on March 23 regarding the issues I encountered, but I have not received any response at all.
Therefore, I have no choice but to leave a review here.
I checked in on March 14, but I did not receive any check-in instructions beforehand. It was only after I arrived at Vancouver Airport and called the Canada service line that I was informed I could notify the homeowner on the first floor upon arrival.
However, when I arrived at the location on the night of March 14 and rang the doorbell, the homeowner on the first floor told me that she had no idea a guest was supposed to check in.
I had to call the Canada service line again, and only then did they inform the homeowner. At the same time,I was asked if I had mistaken my check-in date. After confirming and finally acknowledged my reservation while I was already standing at the door. At that moment, they also informed me that the stove in the house I had booked was broken and had been sent for repair.
On the day I checked in, the situation was exactly as shown in the photos I took ( The actual condition of the kitchen on-site is very different from what is presented on Booking.com ~!).
There was no stove, no oven, no microwave,no bowls, plates, cups, or cutlery......And the coffee maker and electric kettle still had leftover water in them. However, I was too exhausted that night, so I contacted the Canada service line again the next day.
I finally received portable gas stove with some and some appliances ....
By the time I checked out on March 21, these were the only items I had received.

- Tracy (10/5): - We came to Vancouver for a November wedding, and this place was perfectly located. Additionally, it allowed us to make many of our meals with the lovely kitchen facilities and supplies, and it felt like a home away from home. The decor is easy on the eyes and outside patio is delightful - wish the weather was drier and warmer so we could have enjoyed sitting outside! If we come back to Vancouver, we will definitely rebook here - and thanks for having so many thoughtful amenities available, like a steamer for our dress clothes!
- Nayere (8/5): Very good - - The property was clean and organized, and the beds were comfortable.
- It was a quiet and safe area.
- Accessible easily with a car (if you don't have car might be a bit far from the center) - I wish there was a dishwasher.
- I suggest the dishwashing sponge is replaced after each guest, it would be nice to have a fresh one that’s not unpleasant to use.
- I received a message from the host and was offered a "free" pair of AirPods if I left them a 10/10 rate. I found that strange and I think Booking should not allow this, because it might cause false information exchange and experience sharing.

The location of property was great and the building itself was well presented. There is potential for a high rating if greater care and attention was given to preparing the property for the incoming guests.
Therefore, unfortunately I cannot give you a 5 star rating.
For the high price we paid, the service was below standard. I highlighted some issues in at least 2 emails to you. You were slow to respond and so we solved them ourselves. These included:
- NO straightforward entry into property because the key lock box malfunctioned and we needed to interrupt onsite managers/family.
- NO teabags provided, so we purchased our own
- NO second roll of toilet paper. This was inexcusable as this is a very vital supply for a 3 night stay. We again needed to interrupt the onsite manager.
- NO handwashing soap as dispensers were empty.
- NO removal of previous occupants half used bottles of shampoo etc from the bathroom
- NO replacing of old smelly dishwashing sponge from kitchen sink

- Rommel (6/5): - No central air conditioning. It was stuffy and hot the first day. They told me to open the windows and use wet towels to dampen my forehead, neck, and other areas to cool down.
