• Fiona (8/5): Overall the stay was very good. Love the location and the view. - Location The lifts and can’t open any windows at all.
• Nicole (8/5): Apartment was good, check in with wasn’t. - Location was great. View was great. Check in process was very painful. I had to call twice to get sent the information I needed to check in after texting and emailing. Very painful! Lounge suite and outdoor table are a bit old and dated.

• BrianJohno (7/5): Goot spot to stay. - Good sized apartment with great views. Equipped for a self contained stay. Good location easy access to the casino. Collection and return of the keys is a 20 minute walk. Very inconvenient given there is a reception at the property available. The time to access the lift is horrendous during the morning period.

• Fe (1/5): Terrible service. Rude staff. Choose elsewhere - The lock box was no where near the accommodation. The communication prior was very confusing, and not via booking.com staff were rude. There was a construction site outside the balcony with noise and sirens constantly My son was ill upon check out, and we checked out 40 minutes late and were charged $100. I have been in contact with QStay, but they are rude, defensive and now not replying to emails. I have always been a good customer of booking.com, but this is the worst experience I have had with one of your accommodation houses - and it was expensive!

• Kiri (8/5): - Enough space for 5 of us, full kitchen, great views and very central location. Parking was part of the fee which made life a lot easier. Free WiFi, great facilities ie swimming pool, yoga room, gym, sauna, steam room and spa. The 3rd bedroom was basically an office with 2 beds in it - no windows or natural light. And the hot water pipes for the whole building were right by our front door - so a high pitched squeal reverberated around the apartment when there was a high hot water usage in the building. This tended to be around the time kids were going to bed so effected our enjoyment of the otherwise excellent space.
• Reiley (5/5): It was okay. The staff were very helpful and lovely to deal with though. - It was very modern and located in a good spot, nice views Unfortunately there was no hot water for the first night wich caused us to relocate for the second night , the wifi wouldn’t connect.

• Jin (8/5): it was ok but not that perfect . - location is very good to Casino, restaurant, shops and transport. has a private car space in the building. building has its own lounge for SPA, meeting, sofa, swimming pool. can have sea and city view as the same time sofa was not that clean. not much guidance on building default facilities. one bedside lamp was not working. need drive about 10 mins to pick up the key from another place and hardly to find a car space.

• Team (7/5): 30th birthday weekend - Location and view from unit Very hard to communicate with office as it was QStay not casino, checking out was told to lock keys in room then had to pay $100 to get out of parking as Casino said it was a 3rd party, still waiting for refund of it, cheaper if you book direct with the star as we found out. Waiting for lifts upon check out was a nightmare.
