• Shpendi (10/5): Great location and very clean apartment! - Apartment was very clean and very close to train station to easily reach any corner of the city. Communication with the property was great and helpful. All was good!
• Guest (10/5): - Ήταν όλα πολύ καλά. Το μόνο που μας έκανε εντύπωση είναι πως ενώ εμφανιζόταν η χρέωση 70€ ως κόστος καθαρισμού επιπρόσθετα στην τιμή του καταλύματος, ωστόσο δεν καθάρισε κανείς κατά τη διάρκεια της πενθήμερης διαμονής μας. Ενημέρωσα τον ιδιοκτήτη και μου είπε πως η καθαριότητα αφορούσε πριν την άφιξη μας στο διαμέρισμα για να είναι καθαρο όταν μπούμε. Αλλά δεν με έπεισε. Δηλαδή θα μπαίναμε σε βρώμικο κατάλυμα ? Πάντως γενικά το κατάλυμα είναι εξαιρετικό και κοντά στο μετρό.

Много топло за по зиморничеви хора като мен 🤭Тиха улица без шум от съседи или поне не се чуваше. Лесен транспорт хранителен магазин много близо Имам малка забележка единствено към възглавниците може би това беше най не удобното нещо
• SimonaPreda (10/5): - -locatia foarte aproape de obiectivele turistice, de transport, de magazine -apartamentul este extraordinar. Vreau sa demontez toate comentariile negative. Curat, tot ce ai nevoie in el. Apa calda, caldura, pat confortabil-am dormit foarte bine. -tv imens :)) -accesul se face pe baza aplicatiei nuki, fara cheie. Instructiunile de check-in foarte clare. -parcare la subsol asigurata -gazda raspunde la mesaje foarte rapid si va ajuta cu tot ce aveti nevoie. Vom reveni cu siguranta tot aici daca vom avea ocazia. Multumim inca o data pentru tot. Totul a fost foarte bine, nu am nimic negativ de zis. Cine are ceva de zis este doar carcotas si rautacios.

• María Sol (9/5): - Apartamento cómodo y luminoso, bien equipado. Calle tranquila pero muy cercana a la parada del tranvía.
• Martine (7/5): - Goede locatie. Rustige buurt. Comfortabele badkamer en slaapkamer.Vlak bij metro. Goed winkelaanbod. We misten een aantal zaken die een verblijf aangenaam maken. Zeer beperkt keukengerief, geen stofzuiger of ander poetsmateriaal. Geen kapstokken in de kast. Appartement warmt zeer snel op, een gordijn thv de keuken zou helpen Communicatie met verhuurkantoor kan professioneler en duidelijker bijvb IVM inchecken. Wat minder hey's en wat meer uitleg.
• Bedriye (9/5): I would stay again - The property was clean and very close to transportation (U Bahn, tram, bus). If you follow the instructions it is very easy to get in the apartment. There was no wi-fi connection
• Sebastian (10/5): Would definitely book it again! - Comfy and clean apartment, perfectly suited for a couple with a small child. The location is close to several trams and also close to a major train station. Exceptional value!
• Elena (9/5): Superb - Very comfortable and modern apartment in quiet location. Lots of transport options nearby, city center reachable withing 30 mins, Schönbrunn reachable within 20 mins. Supermarkets and fast food available nearby. There were no thin blankets and the ones we used were very hot for us even with the heating off. No cooking pots.

• Anna (5/5): We are not recommending it, definitively not for 4 persons. - It was clean and warm. We booked for 4 persons, but the apartment is definitively not for 4 adults, may be for 2 adults and 2 children. The main bedroom was ok, small but cozy, the living/bedroom was absolutely uncomfortable, it can not be used as a second bedroom, the bed is too small. There is an oven. coffee machine + coffee, teapot, and a dishwasher, also a fridge. There was enough dishes for 4 persons. Also there was hand soap and shower gel. 1. The bed in the living room is not for 2 adults at all, may be 2 children, so it was absolutely uncomfortable, 2. The bed in the living room was broken, so the first night was very hard to manage a quality sleep after a flight. 3. The towels and bedding were prepared only for 2 persons (we booked for 4) and since we had a late check in - we had no answers till morning how and were we should find it. No instructions and we had to search it through the apartment. 4. Wifi connection troubles. 5. Every time we had to get in the apartment - we had to call for entrance (roaming=money) 6. Nearby is an event restaurant, and till 2AM there is loud music, not critical, but... 7. The hairdryer - is absolutely useless, it is old, small and does not serve the purpose at all. 8. Some of the kitchen utensils was rusty, so it was doubtable and unsafe to be used. The living is too small to call it a living+bedroom. 9. The couch in the living, beside that it was broken first night - was covered in weird spots, we hope that that was tea or coffee... 10. No instruction about the garbage 11. There is a washing machine - but no washing powder 12. in the closed there was broken frames. 13. No shampoo or balsam. 14. We are not recommending it, definitively not for 4 persons.
• Berre (6/5): Temiz, ulaşım kolay - he house was very nice and clean. The furniture was new. The kitchen supplies were sufficient. Transportation is very easy by bus. However, when we went there, there was a problem with the wifi. It was constantly dropping. Our host gave suggestions such as turning it off and on or another wifi address and password. However, these were not solutions, we had to constantly struggle. The beds are not very comfortable. During the reservation, it says that a baby bed is available upon request. However, even though I reminded and asked a week ago, on the day we were going to check in, when free cancellation was applied, they said there was no baby bed. I no longer had the chance to cancel or arrange a new place.

• Svetlana (10/5): Perfect apartment - Perfect apartment with everything you need for a longer stay. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice bathroom with facilities for washing and drying. The bed is spacious and the most comfortable one we ever slept when not at home. The pillows and quilts are of high quality. I would highly recommend.

The location is calm and the apartment was neat and clean. Has all facilities that are listed. We had a pleasant stay at the apartment and would definitely recommend anyone planning a visit to Vienna. Nothing
