- Wilson (3/5): Poor - The upstairs neighbors were moving furniture around every night from 9 until 2 o'clock. pluss the shower sprayed all over the bathroom and the bed was not comfortable.
- Fister (10/5): Very comfortable place, and great for pet friendly location. - They provided plenty of pillow, towels, bed linen, clearning supplies, and some water bottles in the refrigerator which was very nice to find arriving late night.
- Rebecca (7/5): Good apartment in a good location. - The location is very good. The apartment itself is fine. It’s clean and has a decent kitchen space. The furnishings were not the most comfortable. There is a lot of noise when people move around in the main house. Not a lot of insulation between the two properties.

- Melissa (9/5): Cute and private studio - Very cute studio. Decorated well. Private. I felt very safe. My only complaint is that the ceiling fan will not run if the lights are off. No fan at night which stinks.
