• Joëlle (1/5): SALE - PHOTOS JOINTES - RIEN L'appartement était très sale - le lendemain matin de notre arrivée suite à notre demande une personne est venue nettoyer le logement - la toilette s'est bouchée durant le séjour - vraiment à ne pas recommander.

On the day of our arrival we received an email from lessor that we should have paid the deposit two days before. We had no information about that. Lessor should have known that on the same day we are flying and don’t read our emails. So it was kind of impolite to blame us for not paying the deposit. 2) Then lessor sent us the directions to get the key from the box. The keybox was inside the yard behind the closed gate. How should we get through the gate? We were lucky that somebody let us in. 3) Then lessor sent us the wrong keybox code and when we told lessor that, lessor said that lessor sent the right code and we are mistaken. It turned out we were right and the code was wrong. 4) All that spent us about on hour before we got in the apartment. Lessor knew that we are with small children so the situation was very uncomfortable for us. 5) In the apartment the toilet door didn’t close and the handle was broken; windows didn’t close properly; some of the windows didn’t have blinds; furniture (i.e armchair, shelves, mirror) were broken; apartment was not cleaned; some of the lamps didn’t work; some kitchen cupboards were taped shut. 6) The apartment was cold and damp because the radiators were turned on every evening at 8 o’clock and turned off some time early morning. So during the daytime radiators didn’t work. 7) The wi-fi didn’t cover the whole apartment. 😎 We couldn’t find where to empty the trash can and nobody responded our email or texts. We sent the photos of everything to lessor. Nobody responded. We asked for lessor response via text but again, nobody responded. We have the emails, texts and photos. We paid for the apartment that lessor advertised on Booking. None of the beforementioned problems were in the add. Therefore we didn’t get what we paid for. If we had known we would have chosen a different accommodation.
• Erika (8/5): Very pleasant and incredibly convenient flat with a few minor drawbacks - Absolutely brilliant location and very good size with many useful facilities A couple of broken window locks, the two armchairs were a little worse for wear and the pillows were very thin.

• Samantha (4/5): convienient location but dissapointing condition of property - Easy to collect keys once we were finally given the correct code There was mould in the kitchen and bathrooms, and one window had the handle broken off so we could not close it.

• Hayley (7/5): Great price for a great location - For the price, for a week in a prime London location for enough of our family members - can’t beat it. You’re paying for location here and it was an excellent location as we had elderly relatives and kids staying for a wedding nearby. The communication during the stay was very good. Responded quickly to questions and helpful. It was clean and tidy, however, there was quite a bit of mould along the windows and the property felt quite damp. I think it could do with a couple of dehumidifiers. The welcome pack had mentioned a dishwasher, but there wasn’t one, and a microwave would’ve been quite handy.

• Maha (10/5): Wonderful stay. - The property is in a great location very close to Angel tube station. Lots of cafes and restaurants are around. Furniture was new and the apartment was sparkling clean. Staff was very helpful and responsive and will go to great lengths to ensure that you have a comfortable stay. Everything was just perfect.
