• Franka (5/5): - We liked that each room had its own air conditioner with a separate outdoor unit — three air conditioners in total, which was great. Unfortunately, the kitchen was not usable due to the lack of cookware and utensils.
• Tony Noel (7/5): agréable - accueil et dispo du personnel top ! la localisation est niquel , de bonne adresses autour et 15 min a pied du lac. un grab si il pleut . un salle à vivre pour travailler ou se détendre avec un bon café en bas de l’hôtel rien de mieux . Bien demander pour le passage du ménage. chambre assez chère je trouve pour le standing et la qualité qui est compensée par le service . bien précisez et mettre la pancarte ne pas déranger sinon çà débarque a 8h du matin lol

С самого начала коммуникация с владельцем была слабой: на вопросы о состоянии квартиры и кроватях ответа не было. По приезду возникли бытовые сложности. Кондиционеры не включались, и только потом выяснилось, что нужны отдельные рубильники, о которых нас никто не предупредил. Даже после включения пульты работали только впритык, похоже, батарейки были разряжены. Вода в душевой не уходила, пол полностью заливало. Сиденье унитаза было сломано, гигиенический душ тек и неисправным так и остался. В квартире не было базовых бытовых вещей: отсутствовали чайник, нож, кухонные принадлежности, мусорное ведро и мусорные пакеты. Не было губки для мытья посуды. Полотенца выдали только по одному комплекту, хотя элементарно хотелось иметь второй комплект, чтобы можно было стирать и пользоваться по очереди. Уборка также не была предоставлена, хотя по правилам при проживании от трёх дней она должна быть включена. После долгого перелёта пришлось решать множество технических вопросов, вместо того чтобы просто заселиться в готовое жильё. Специалист исправил часть проблем, но многие остались нерешёнными. На балконе лежали окурки, окна были грязными и закрывались ненадёжно, что вызывало вопросы по безопасности вещей. Впечатления от проживания отрицательные. Второй раз эту квартиру я бы не выбрал. Жильё должно быть подготовлено заранее, а не приводиться в порядок уже после приезда гостей. We stayed at 7C Nguyễn Ngọc Phương in Ho Chi Minh City, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. Communication with the host was weak from the beginning: questions about the apartment’s condition and beds were left unanswered. Upon arrival, several problems appeared immediately. The air conditioners didn’t work, and only later we found out that separate switches had to be turned on, which no one informed us about. Even after that, the remotes worked only when held very close, likely due to dead batteries.

• Sarvesh (9/5): Excellent stay - The host was super nice, responsive and accommodating of any ad hoc requests. The entire process is self-serve and the host communicates via WhatsApp if you need anything. The only thing I would mention is, it might be worth highlighting in the description that the entrance to the building is not elderly/disabled friendly.
