Guest Reviews
- Ryan (9/5): A beautiful spacious place in Rome very centrally located. Anything mentioned that we didn’t like was very minor compar - Good central location. We could get to things pretty easily and it was very nice and spacious for our family. The showers could have been cleaned better.
- Elisabeth (7/5): Good -
- Kelley (9/5): We enjoyed our stay at this property! - I liked the size of the apartment! It was three stories up a very narrow staircase, so it was hard to get luggage up and down. I also didn't love the location. While it was in the city, it wasn't as close to historical sites as I originally thought. The airline also lost our luggage so we had to spend additional time at the airport which made us late for check-in, and we were charged a late check-in fee even though I communicated what happened to our luggage.
- Paweł (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shannon (9/5): Superb - Very convenient location, close to restaurants, Termini Station, lots of shops in the area. You step out of the apartment right into a very busy area. You can walk to the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain from here. I would recommend. Lots of space. My family of four adults stayed here comfortably.
- Nicole (9/5): We had a great stay, very spacious apartment with everything my young family needed. -
- Karel (8/5): Very good - The apartment is Bright, very clean, large and comfortable, the kitchen has everything you could need. Central AC. Very good location, near the Trevi Fountain. There are restaurants and mini markets nearby. The building does not have an elevator, only a narrow lift.
- Liuda (8/5): Very good -
- Christine (9/5): The apartment is near many interesting, uncrowded museums such as Palazzo Berberini, Palazzo Massimo, and the wonderful - A comfortable, modern apartment in a central location. Ample storage, efficient, clean bathrooms, well appointed kitchen. Tiny elevator, but grateful to have one at all.
- Mohd (9/5): Excellent picture of ROME - I like the location. Its just walking distance from the train terminal. Very convenient.
Even the bus stop is just below the block. Although there is a lifter, but I really hope there will be an elevator to bring up persons and luggage. With the slow lifter, its just consuming time.
- Revathy (9/5): Lovely premises for a group of 4. Spacious and close to main attractions in Rome - Spacious, beautifully decorated and with high ceilings. Practical and all necessary items provided including washing powder, dishwasher tablets etc. good air conditioning, double glazed windows. Thanks we enjoyed our stay. Drainage in bath was very slow. The smell at the entrance to the block was quite bad, but as the property was on the 3rd floor it wasnt a big issue.
- Mariya (9/5): Great - Spacious and clean apartment.Comfy beds.Good facilities.Great location. No space for smokers.
- Alison (10/5): Luxurious, spacious apartment, close to transport in the heart of the shopping district - Very spacious, well appointed (huge bath), comfy beds and easy walk to transport.
- Andrew (9/5): Superb -
- Irene (10/5): Just a great place to stay and a wonderful host - Brilliant location , everything within a walking distance
Vibrant but not suffocatingly busy
Very comfortable bedrooms extra sofa was helpful as teenagers didn’t like sharing a double bed
Very clean
Very nice bathrooms and 2 was so handy for getting ready on time
Giulia & Marco were very nice & helpful with check ins Just be aware lift is small and slow but honestly expected for all old city centre apartments where the buildings originally had no lifts
- Mariyana (8/5): Amazing and unforgetable - Very good location. Quiet and comfortable. Close to attractions and metro station.
The host was very kind and gave us a list of nice restaurants with tasty food.
We enjoyed our stay in Rome. It was very difficult to unlock the door of the building.
There was an extremely small elevator that was scary to use, and it stopped between the floors.
The bed linen was not ironed.
We didn't manage to turn on the stove and make coffee.
- Talukder (6/5): It was a nice stay with my family. Found hair on the bed and a spot otherwise very cozy and comfortable apartment .Eve - Interior and location There was no elevator.Narrow stairs and our floor was in 4th floor.
- Amy (7/5): This property was comfortable but not elegant. - It was cool and comfortable and well located. The small couch in the living room was incredibly dirty and the headboard in the main bedroom had a large visible stain. Toiletries were chintzy. The clothes washer did not work. This property could easily be elegant but on our visit it was not. The elevator was very difficult to use perhaps because we are unfamiliar with needing a controller to call it. The common area was under construction and very dirty.
- Adrian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thomas (9/5): Superb -
- Wolfgang (9/5): Superb - The apartment is 13 minutes walk from Termini train station. It is 3 minutes to the Opera, 10 minutes to the Trevi, 15 minutes to the Pantheon. From the Via Nationale bus stop on the corner, the 64 goes to the Vatican. Metro Republica connects to every attraction. Rome is very cheap when it comes to public transport - a journey for 100 minutes only costs 1.50 euros. All the necessary things - bread and groceries - are two doors down at the PAM. The apartment can be reached via a narrow staircase or a small lift. It consists of two large bedrooms with a large bathroom. The living room is functionally furnished, table and sofa, plus a small kitchen with basic equipment. There is no teapot or egg cup. Cutlery, glasses and plates are a bit tight for four people. The house was absolutely quiet when I visited. There is no noise from the street. The apartment is on the third floor and has been completely renovated. Marina was very friendly and helpful and took great care of us.
- Cristina (8/5): Very good - Location is ideal!! There was no some basics such as soap, shampoo, bottle of water, coffee
