- Ocean_on_europa (9/5): Location is great; check-in process is a pain to deal with - Great location and facilities. The person who works for the host company was very good! I do NOT understand why did we need to have to wait to meet the person working for the host company **in-person** when the process could have been done with a lockbox and a phone call. This whole "have our person meet you at the property" wasted 3 hours of my time, because nobody was available sooner. Too much BS to deal with right after a 10hr long flight. Just have a damn lockbox and give me a WhatsApp number to call if I have any questions.

- Tzouli (8/5): Very good - The location is excellent and its a spacious apartment- very well kept and clean. A quiet area in a bustling neighbourhood. Fantastic cafes, restaurants, bakeries and bars including supermarkets are all within walking distance.. Unfortunately my original iphone charger was left behind and never returned- it was not found by the cleaners. I had reported it as soon as i checked out including the exact location - having left the keys in the apartment i could not gain access to take my charger. I was assured that it would be returned once the cleaners attended to the apartment however this was not the case. Keys must be collected in person - it would be more convenient with access to keys via a lock box . passcode especially if running late. etc
