Есть все необходимое для жизни и приготовления еды, очень уютная планировка, бесплатная парковка рядом с домом и бесплатный wi-fi. Хозяин был все время на связи, отвечал на все вопросы и заботился о том, чтобы наше проживание было комфортным! Великолепное место для остановки на несколько дней в уютном районе LA!
• Rebecca (10/5): Perfect Stay - Parking space was provided and entry was made easy. Only one step up, made it possible for my 87-year old mother and her walker to have access. The large spacious living and dining/kitchen area made it easy to visit and have meals. There is a nice corner restaurant (Mills Coffee) nearby, only a 3-5 minute walk. Close to that is a 7-11 for odd and ends. The beds were comfortable. The house was very clean, including the bathrooms. The washer and dryer added a nice touch. We were visiting family 10 minutes away, which made this place a perfect location.

• Quynhtrang (10/5): Would totally recommend - Very clean and the open concept kitchen living area was very spacious. Picture depicted was accurate but even seems nicer in person. Also they helped us checked in early which was very nice. Love that there was a great breakfast/coffee place a block down the street that we can walk to. Location was close to our niece who we were visiting.

• Judy (8/5): Home Away from Home in Culver City! - The rancher duplex was clean and tastefully updated. Functional kitchen with full amenities. Beds were comfortable with good bedding. Nice sitting area with a sectional in the living room and table/chairs in dining room. Just a little miscommunication with check in code and check out time. Had a small plumbing issue but the host resolved it promptly.
• Manuela (10/5): Overnight stay from August 26 to September 4, 2025 >Michael Jackson Forest Lawn Memorial Park & more - The house was spotlessly clean. Everything was provided in more than sufficient quantities. Toilet paper, shower gel, liquid soap, Shampoo, and conditioner - all very good products. They also stocked paper towels and coffee capsules. The room layout is nice, with a adjustable air conditioning system that's easy to operate for cooling & heating. Contrary to someone else's previous review, I'd like to point out that I didn't see a single insect in the house during my stay - no cockroaches, no spiders, nothing. The owners have hired a company that regularly checks the house for insects between each guest arrival, taking precautions to prevent infestations. A pest control company also regularly sprays and inspects the area around the house. So, everything is clean! The furniture in the house is modern & cozy. The beds are super comfortable & the memory foam pillows are simply heavenly. Instead of a key, you enter the house with a personal digit code. This is very easy & secure. If you have any questions or need anything, the owners are always available & respond promptly. The owners live in the neighborhood & are quick to respond if you need anything. The residential area is very safe, the neighbors are quiet, and around the corner, a 3-Minute walk, is the Millcross Café, a popular meeting place that offers not only delicious cold & hot coffee specialties & drinks, but also delicious meals & snacks. The location of the house is ideal for many activities. While it's possible to find a cheaper accommodation, to be honest, you won't find them with this level of comfort, absolute cleanliness, a great location, & extremely hospitable & wonderful hosts! Other plus points are free WiFi & your own free parking space right in front of the door in the courtyard entrance. I can recommend this accommodation with a clear conscience! • Tom (8/5): Great rooms, great location, friendly host! - Lots of space, good TV, sofa and kitchen. Beds were quite soft and nice to lag on. Perhaps it was us, but we as Dutch people are used to air being sucked away from the stoves, we couldn’t find any way how to do that.
• Michael (9/5): I would like to stay here again. The owner was very accommodating. - The location was ideal. We walk to coffee shop a restaurants through a very safe neighborhood. It had three beds not four.
