- Thắng (3/5): Poor -
- Thắng (1/5): Bad - couldn't rebook if you rate the stay low score, so I try to rate 1 to see what happens.
- Thắng (3/5): Poor - too noisy that night on the 4th floor, couldn't sleep well.
had been asked the security but none of action
plus, the facility, air conditioner seems work improperly, and lack of air ventilation in bedroom. would be better if there's a fan...

- Ivan (1/5): Filthy, Misleading, and Unfinished — Avoid This Apartment at All Costs - Location I don’t usually leave reviews, but this apartment deserves a warning. The overall condition is poor. It looks like the renovation was never finished, and what’s there is old and done badly. Drawers in the kitchen open by themselves because they’re installed incorrectly. The floors are covered with some kind of residue — walking barefoot turns your feet black within a few steps.
There are only two chairs, both broken and unsafe to sit on. The fridge and microwave are dirty on the outside, only the inside of the microwave was clean. There is a TV and a remote for a set-top box, but no box — the TV doesn’t work at all. There’s just a useless wire coming out of the wall.
The apartment is nearly empty, as if no one ever lived there, yet somehow it’s still a mess. The bedroom feels depressing. One window faces a wall, the other one is literally painted black. The air conditioner is visibly dirty and full of dust — clearly hasn’t been cleaned in a long time.
There’s barely any kitchenware — just one glass and a few plates. If you’re two people, you’ll have to drink water one after another from the same glass. The electrical work is horrible — outlets and switches have gaps and are loosely installed. Doors are thin and offer no soundproofing; I could hear neighbors whispering in the hallway, and I’m sure they could hear me too.
There’s paint splattered in various places. Kitchen drawers don’t close properly. Inside the fridge, I found someone’s old cupcake, even though the fridge was unplugged. That’s just disgusting. The entrance door has a gap — you can literally see light from the hallway.
The bathroom is equally bad. The shower pressure is weak. Sometimes there’s no hot water, sometimes it’s way too hot, sometimes there’s no water at all. The glass shower cabin is covered in streaks and stains. The toilet appears clean inside, but once you lift the lid and look behind — it’s filthy. Even the bathroom window is dirty.
- Le (1/5): So terrible - Terrible service, dirty and so smelly. TV isn't working, curtain is teared, broken, sofa is also so bad, the bed was broken,... Pls should check the room before making the payment. Here they didn't invest more to get good experience from customer. When you booked, you will receive the message from this place with the contact number, but you couldn't call that phone number well When has the problem, we couldn't complain and call the phone number in the message they sent via booking, they will pass to the security to handle that
- Zelia (1/5): DON'T STAY HERE!! - The Aircon. Everything else was in shambles, it was filthy and cockroach infested My biggest issue was the customer service. The man I spoke with had a stinking attitude and would not answer calls or be in a rush to attend to his guests. The place was absolutely filthy with haitry
- Mert (10/5): I suggest to stay here - It was a really nice stay in a very nice location of Hanoi
- Thắng (8/5): Very good -
- Harwinder (1/5): Not recommend wastage of money - Not clean, staff don't know English, No water in side room , I walk 1km for the water bottle to shop early in the morning. Room soundproofing very poor.. we sleep on sofas all night because the bedroom has too much sound from outside even water droping sounds come to the bedroom.. after all things okay.. time off check-out we are 20 minutes late owner send me Bank details for payment 70k VND (3$) for late check-out..
🤦🤷 Not recommend..
- Kévin (8/5): Very good -
- Gizem (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment is located in a quiet place, I really enjoyed the area, westlake. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants.
The staff can't speak English but they try to help you. The apartment was dirty, there was some mold around the sink also in the kitchen. Ants were everywhere and there was a lot..
But most of all, I came in late, wanted to sleep, pulled up the bed sheet and saw so much man hair there. I told them to change it but they unfortunately didn't take any action because they told me there is only one key , so I have to wait at home to get my bed sheets changed. I waited but the cleaning lady didn't come. it went all week long like that and then I gave up because I also wanted to enjoy the city.
- Hiếu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Niyazmetov (5/5): Overall - please do not believe the host and don’t stay there unless those flats are the only ones that are free. The ho - Laundry machine with a dryer are the only plus. 1) We arrived at midnight. There were no staff because of Tet. Our keys were not there (the host was surprised) so the host asked us to go to room number 601. It smelled so bad, the couch was with huge spots, the bathroom smelled terrible. We asked for our booked apartment. But we were replied that Tet, there is no one there to help us.
We checked the apartment that supposed to be ours - but that was occupied by a couple. And after that we were given another apartment. But still not the one we booked.
There were two of us and only one towel. We asked for the second one - the host didn’t give that to us during our stay (1 week).
2) We have been asking to move to our booked apartment next couple of days. The answer was that the pictures of flats are from around the Hanoi! The host asked us to check another apartment three days later. And that was also occupied. The host was extremely “surprised”.
We lost our hope and asked for compensation. The host answered that the flat is cheap and there will be no compensation.
3) On Friday (the last night of our stay). There was a loud and long party in another flat of the building. At 12am I simply asked the host if that party is in our building hoping to slow down that loud noise.
We were ignored.
- Shah (1/5): Bad - Appartment was not ready. No body cared and I had no choice but to go away and stay at other place. Please do not promote this property or else you as Booking.com will lose reputation
- Suzanne (9/5): Stayed there twice, no complaints at all - Very well located close to west lake with many restaurants, services and ex-pat residents. Stayed there twice, no complaints at all
- Suzanne (8/5): Very good -
- Tâm (9/5): Very Nice - Very cozy and quite, lot of space for the price There was a lot of polution around the erea
- Omoshalewa (10/5): Thank you so much I heard a nice time -
- Thắng (9/5): Superb - i like the location, cleanliness, I did have a good sleep I was in room 301 including a broken-leg bed, hope it will be fixed soon
- Shivank (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shivank (10/5): Hands Down the Best Hotel Experience in Hanoi - The property is very beautiful and well-maintained. Honestly, it looks even better in real than in the pictures. The location is perfect—gyms, bike rentals, markets, and cafes are all within walking distance. Nothing much. They should just put up a signboard saying it's Luxe Paradise Hotel. It was a little hard to find.
- Satishkumart (10/5): Exceptional -
- Satishkumart (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chiến (10/5): Exceptional - I recently stayed at Luxe Paradise Residence 80 Tu Hoa and had such a great experience!
First off, the space is spacious and incredibly comfortable. Every corner is thoughtfully designed to make you feel at home, but with all the perks of modern convenience. From a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine to little details like cozy towels and reading lamps, everything was well-prepared.
One major highlight was the peace and quiet. Despite being close to [location, e.g., the city center or a popular area], the homestay remains wonderfully private and tranquil. Mornings were perfect with the sound of birds chirping, and evenings felt magical under the starry sky—such a relaxing vibe.
The service was excellent, too. The host was super friendly and always ready to help, whether it was suggesting local restaurants or giving tips on nearby attractions. If you're looking for a place to unwind or simply enjoy some downtime, this homestay is a fantastic choice!
Rating: 10/10. Definitely planning to come back. 😊
- Mark (1/5): Memorable for the wrong reasons - The location is good. The property was not as advertised. It was run down and unclean unit without the advertised amenities or appliances. No TVs, aircon/heater (both) don't work, shower mouldy, body fluid stains on the bedding. Very poor.
- Alan (6/5): Noisy rooster! - chilled neighbourhood, responsive host. so at first it seemed quite, no traffic noise or no neighbour noise, which is exactly why I came as I needed a good night's sleep after the noise of the old quarter. But... in the middle of the night a rooster starts crowing outside and keeps it up till Sunrise. Completely ruined my sleep.
Some other small things that are basic hosting that were not taken care of: No Loo roll, had to message. I had to message to ask for WiFi password. Had to message to ask how to get hot water for the shower. These things were resolved promptly but I shouldn't have had to ask.
Also the place is more dated and faded than the pics imply.
- Jong (6/5): The staff do not care much about customers. It can be good for travellers who are accustomed to Hanoi's lifestyles b - I was in such a hate-love relationship with this hotel. Above all, it was absolutely spacious. The couch was absolutely comfortable. The bedroom was dark and quiet, which guaranteed a very good sleep. The design was so nice and they did not have any house rules. The staff lacked professionalism and was not helpful. They did not clarify some basic questions like the frequency of cleanups, unlocking the front door (which was quite inconvenient), payment and other house rules. They were very strict on providing extra towels or blankets. They would sometimes ignore my inquiries (esp about cleaning). Not to mention, the floor was dusty to begin with.
