• Pheeranat (3/5): - Der alter Mann (Herr des Hauses) war sehr freundlich und das Bett war bequem. Wlan war auch oke. Leider mussten wir nach eine Nacht abreisen und in ein neues Hotel gehen, weil das Badzimmer stark nach vergammeltes Wasser gestunken hat. Es war überall dreckig und hatte an gewisse Stellen Schimmel gehabt. Am ersten Tag war schon die Toilette verstopft, wurde aber schnell gelöst durch den Haus Herrn. Es war auch schwer zu kommuniziere mit dem Haus Herrn, weil er kein Englisch konnte. Noch dazu kommt, dass wir das Hotel nicht gefunden hätten, wäre nicht die Hilfe von jemand anderes noch da gewesen. Denn er konnte sich am Telefon mit dem Haus Herrn kommunizieren auf vietnamesisch.

• Robinson (5/5): Nice facilities but dirty. - Upgraded as our initial selection was not available. Hard to find down alley. Up grade required additional taxi to be called and extra time to arrive. Confusion over payment and we ended up paying for taxi with refund. Not smooth or professional. Apartment was not clean enough. Toilet blocked on first day, too much effort to get it cleared and two days to get it and the floor cleaned. Servicing had to be requested each day rather than automatic. Payment was difficult with long wait one evening for person to arrive with card option. This was more disruption to our vacation.

• Jean (1/5): SCAM - Nothing because we couldn't get into this place. Its totally a Scam. They asked us to book to another place at the last minute... Scam place! They don't cancel the booking, they send you to another place, full of drugs people and above a club. They don't respect people. The place is totally empty, no furniture for high price. Never book again with Luxe paradise residence. It's a scam.

• Lim (10/5): Exceptional - The location was easy to get to. The property was exceptionally clean and professional. The location was near everything i needed. There is a convenient market a short walk away.
• Dp (9/5): We have a good time at the property. Generally, this stay is worth the value. - This is perfect for people who knows the country and know how to maneuver around the city. Not something that fits a tourist, especially romantic trip Cleaning staff only do basic work. Sink was not clean and washing machine was not checked before we showed up. However, this is small matter for us. We contact the staff and get it sorted out quickly.

• Adam (9/5): Very happy and will come back on our next trip. - Very friendly staff and great location. Very clean and tidy. Could do with cups or mugs for hot beverages and a cork screw for opening a bottle of wine.
• Matthew (8/5): Perfect for short stay where was working remotely and playing sport in my spare time - Location is in a quiet Alley in the Tay Ho area of Ha Noi close to bars and restaurants, the property is a service apartment in an older building that has been fully refurbished to modern standards. Ten minute walk to bars restaurants and shops, 15min grab bike to the old quarter. Front gate is password controlled and the building manager very friendly, if you speak a a little Vietnamese will be helpful but it doesn't matter as he is willing to help out in any way that he can! Apartment is clean and bathroom is fantastic complete with deep bath. Good air conditioning units in full working order, functional kitchen and large living room space, washing machine in the second bathroom should you need it. Nothing really to say here, the bed clothes could maybe be a bit brighter and more inviting (brown and yellow not great colours) but on the whole the bed was comfortable and a little less rigid than most in Asia.

• Marco (4/5): Not really Luxury - • The old man who takes care the property is lovely, super friendly and helpful. • They where supportive about changing the apartment. • The view over Westlake. • The first apartment in a low floor was full of mold, but after we complained they offered us one in a higher floor mold free. • The property is in a small ally, which you can't reach by car. • It was pretty dirty. Hairs everywhere, dirty bedsheets and old smell. • The facilities, quite bad. Many things broken. Both desks in both rooms were about to fall off the wall. • The policy says no events or party’s allowed, but they rented the apartment above ours for a group of young people shooting a video, which was very noisy till 2-3am.
