Il suporto era efficiente e la qualità era ottima. Se un giorno tornerò a Roma con mia família, voglio trovare un appartamento così! Vi consiglio molto.

• Jose Antonio (8/5): - It is a good value for the money I paid. Location is not in the center but it's well connected to the city center by bus. The best was having 3 big beds. The apartment was clean and the staff was taking care. The shower is a bit small.

• Sharon (1/5): Miserable Stay – They Lied Repeatedly and Did Nothing to Help - I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others. This was one of the most frustrating and uncomfortable stays I’ve ever had. The air conditioning didn’t work properly from the moment we arrived. It was set to the coldest setting, and yet the room was still hot—we couldn’t sleep at all. One of the bedrooms didn’t have AC at all (which was never mentioned in the listing), and there were no fans provided either. We reported the issue right away and were told a technician would be sent. He was sent without informing us when we were out and we had valuables around as there was no safe. This was unacceptable for us. The same guy was sent again, but he was a just a caretaker and openly admitted he wasn’t a technician. He confirmed both AC units were faulty, including one that wasn’t even blowing air. And then? Nothing. No actual technician ever came, despite multiple promises. What made it worse was the host kept lying to us—saying the AC was cold, that someone had checked it, that another technician was “parking the car”… total nonsense. We were stuck in the heat night after night while they just gave excuses. We also couldn’t open the windows because of constant street noise and sirens. Most frustratingly, since there was no AC in one of the bedrooms, the only way to get some air in was by leaving the door to the living room open—this meant there was zero privacy for the people sleeping in that bedroom and those on the sofa bed. This was absolutely unacceptable for us, as we were all adults. We booked this place to rest, and instead we spent four nights sleep-deprived, angry, and deeply uncomfortable. This host was dishonest and careless, and I hope no one else has to go through what we did. Avoid this place—especially in the summer.

• Marina (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice, spacious and cozy apartment. The location is very good, we walked to the center. The staff helped with everything.
• Pablo (8/5): Very good - Good location at a fair price. Bed and couch comfortable. Comfortable place. Dust and hair in some spaces. Nothing to worry about.
• Nerath (6/5): Pleasant - Big, sheets were clean, we could wash our clothes. Did not give a clean space image.
• Dan (7/5): Not bad for a short term stay when you’re taking a train. - Close to train station, spacious. Good eating options in neighborhood. Nice balcony, Very poor pillows!! Lacking some basic amenities. Entrance instructions unclear.

They will provide you the building access code and room key box code before your check in time. Street parking nearby you can find a parking bay The facility is quite old, no kettle, use the iron water pot, and all the cooking utensils, pot, pan are very old and rusted, not good for cooking

• Hinal (10/5): Exceptional - The flat is amazing. Staff provided all the stuff. There was no hand wash in the restroom. And the shower space is a but compact. But otherwise everything is good.
