• Giulia (10/5): Appartamento a 4 minuti a piedi dalla metro, zona vivace ma tranquilla, appartamento perfetto! - Struttura a forse 4 minuti a piedi dalla metro, quindi in posizione ottima, il centro storico si raggiunge facilmente e tutto sommato velocemente solo con quella. È in una traversa di una zona molto vivace e con tanti localini, quindi sicura anche di notte, ed essendo in una traversa i rumori sono ridotti comunque al minimo e non abbiamo avuto di quei problemi. Essendo nel seminterrato non avevamo rumori né da sopra né da sotto. Ci sono posti auto gratuiti lungo le stradine, ma volendo c’è anche un parcheggio a pagamento non troppo lontano. L’appartamento è molto grande, noi eravamo in 5 adulti più un bambino di 2 anni e siamo stati ognuno con la sua privacy. Tutto molto pulito. Appartamento moderno, semplice ma ottimamente tenuto. L’host gentilissimo e disponibile. Trattoria a 1 minuto a piedi. Purtroppo le tasse di soggiorno a Roma sono abbastanza elevate e questo ha portato su i prezzi che, se non fosse per quella tassa elevata, sarebbero sicuro maggiormente abbordabili anche per questo appartamento

• Łukasz (9/5): - It was amazing. I definetely recommend that place for short city break. Brilliant localiasation gives the comfort that after whole day of walks you can very quick move into the apartament from the city centre.
• Tiia (8/5): - During hot summer days that apartment was great for being below the ground level helped to keep the temperature cool. The street, although looking a bit sketchy at daytime turned out to be a lovely vibrant and welcoming area full of different restaurants. Public transport was close. The smell of dampness. It wasn't too bad but in case a person is really sensitive to smells, better look elsewhere.
• Amanda (7/5): Bien para pocos días. - Me gustó que cerca hay muchos restaurantes y un super. El metro también está muy cerca pero nuestra linea estaba cerrada por obras y tuvimos que movernos en bus. No me gustó que tuvimos que coger el autobús durante toda nuestra estancia y estaba bastante lejos del centro (45 minutos o más en bus). El alojamiento esta en sótano y las ventanas están muy altas. Hay bastante humedad. Para dos días estuvo bien, no lo cogería para más.
• Callum (10/5): Rome Apartment :) - Location was perfect with so much public transport nearby, and right off in the heart of Pigneto which has so many food and drink options. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning and wifi worked perfectly, and check in was a dream with the owner.
• Arvind (8/5): Budget friendly. Good location - Nice location. Nice host. Nice Wi-Fi. May be not suitable for people who have limited mobility. Or good for people hauling lot of luggage The apartment interior is kind on multiple levels. It is underground. And the steps leading in do not have rails
• Oleksandr (7/5): Good - Close to metro station. There was gas heating, it capt the place really cosy and warm. Enough quantity of towels. Pay attention: the apartment is located on the BASEMENT level near the bar, and you can hear noise all night. The shower enclosure doesn't close completely, so water ends up all over the floor.

• Susana (9/5): Nice apartment to stay in Rome - The location is perfect, near to restaurants, cafes, bar, markets, Metro station, etc. The apartment is super clean and had everything you may need while there. It’s quiet at nights so you can rest properly after a long day. Armando, the host, is super nice and can provide recommendations of places to go near the apartment or in Rome in general Since its underground, there’s a lot of humidity, so the apartment had 2 dehumidifiers for it. Besides that everything was great during our stay.
• Kinga (10/5): Exceptional - It was close to the metro station, the owner was really nice and helpful during our stay, we could leave our luggage’s earlier. At the beginning it smelled humidity but during our stay it was better
• Jack (6/5): Nice stay, a few inconveniences, would book again. - Very comfortable and good air conditioning. Nice street with affordable food. Good kitchen facilities and two bathrooms. Very secure door and location. Found a friendly cockroach multiple times in the kitchen. Was a slightly sketchy 45 minute walk to the colosseum (metro takes same amount of time) and 1h30 to Spanish steps. Had to wait extra time for apartment to be ready but were allowed to drop our bags. Literally underground so no view from apartment.

• Илияна (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is bigger than it looks. Very clean and modern. The beds are SO comfortable! The kitchen has everything you may need for cooking and even more. The metro is 30 meters from the house! There is a Gelato shop next to the house, the street is full of cafes and restaurants. We shopped at a supermarket near the metro entrance and had the best Italian salami! The owner is very, very helpful and communicative. Highly recommended!
