a good communication with the owner / management AC, AC, AC...- there was no AC and only 2 small fans... - it was 30-35 degrees celsius...
ants - no too many but we almost didn't eat in the apartment and still we had them...
the neighborhood - at night not so friendly or at least it didn't feel 100% secure.
it's a walk to the tube - OK for young & healthy but might be an issue
wifi code was wrong so we had 24H without wifi and most important - when we arrived we couldn't find the wifi from outside, so we couldn't be sure that was the place...

- Marc (9/5): Geweldig - Alles was aanwezig Het is niet dat het me niet beviel maar de douche is voor iemand van 196 iets te laag en het bed zou 10 cm langer mogen zijn. Maar dit is echt voor iemand die mijn lengte heeft.

Lots of places to eat nearby. Nothing fancy, but a feeling-good area. Everything was wonderful—a large apartment with all essentials, a friendly host, and good service

For 4 women this was a bit annoying for drying hair, mirrors in bedrooms would be a great addition Loved the home comforts. Has everything we needed

- remco (7/5): Geen deluxe ervaring. - Op redelijke loopafstand van St. Pancras en ook goed te lopen naar Camden market. Is allemaal wat rommelig en we zouden het zeker niet Deluxe noemen. Gordijnen die net niet sluiten. Kitranden die loslaten. Schilderwerk niet verzorgd. Ongezellige verlichting (knal witte IKEA lampen, geeft je het gevoel alsof je in een ziekenhuis zit), harde bank en niet heel gezellig ingericht, zeker niet luxe zoals de advertentie naam doet vermoeden. Niet het gevoel dat de eigenaar er liefde in heeft gelegd om het fijn te maken voor de gast maar vooral een praktisch appartement om te kunnen verhuren. Niet reuze erg, maar wel jammer.

- Yoke Chan (9/5): We has a pleasant stay. Very homey & cozy. Love the quietness - The property is on the Ground Floor, very convenient for travelers with luggage bags. The property is very cozy. Located in a quiet neighborhoods. Good for those that doesn't like noise. Size of property is very good for 5 to 6 people. The walk from St Pancreas train station to property is a little bit far, for those with heavy luggage bag.
The property should provide silicon cooking utensils to use the non stick cooking pans.
We did not use the non stick cooking pans as there is scratches - bad for health.

L’équipement
La facilité pour la récupération des clés : rdv à 15h. Hôte ponctuel.
Pas d état des lieux, petit ménage à faire en partant. Remise des clés à la fin du séjour : posé sur la table et clac de la porte et c’est réglé. L’arrêt de bus et de métro à 10 mn à pied (ça va quand même, ça permet de prendre l’air).
La lumière dehors toute la nuit sans volet (juste un rideau) du coup on ne dort pas dans le noir absolu.

Inside of property much nicer than it looked on the outside. Not many good local cafes less than 15 mins walk.

Изключително добро впечатление направи любезното отношение на съседите - когато пристигнахме ни посочиха къде са ключовете и как да се придвижваме в постройката. Апартаментът е с 2 спални с удобни легла, много удобен за семейство. Има съдомиялна и достатъчно таблетки. Домакинът е предоставил кафе и черен чай. Апартаментът се намира на 10-15 минути пеша от 2 транспортни възела - Юстън и Кингс Крос. За втори път отсядаме в този апартамент, тъй като имахме отлични впечатления от предишното посещение. Може би домакинът не е същият. Този път подът не беше почистен. Чорапите ставаха черни, а по стъпалата полепваха нечистотии. Сигнализирах на домакина. Той обеща веднага да се справи с проблема, но това не се случи до края на престоя ни. Първата чиния, която взех от шкафа беше мръсна, а шкафовете не бяха особено чисти. По нощните шкафчета имаше прах и косми от предишни наематели. По таблите на леглата имаше много прах. След внезапен, проливен дъжд, реших да подсуша дрехите си. Оказа се, че няма сушилня, а само пералня. В барабана на пералнята имаше гумени парчета - вероятно от уплътнение или просто не е била почистена. Очевидно не беше разумно да се използва. В инструкциите за напускане, които получихме един ден предварително, се настояваше да измием и подредим посъдата. Изглежда, че домакинът разчита на наемателите за почистването.

- Patrick (1/5): Avoid ! - The Location is fine, 10 minutes from St Pancras The accommodation had ants. We flagged this with the host and they did nothing about it and when we reported it to booking.com they lied and said we didn't report it during our stay. (Booking.com helped resolve the matter while the hosts avoided any responsibility) The Ants live in the door frame of the bathroom and come out during night or if the door is closed heavily and causes them to wake up. The shower floor is uneven and very risky to stand on if already used. The water didn't drain properly either, The waterfall shower head has not been cleaned and has been clogged up due to heavy water which led to a few spouts only dripping at low pressure. So if you like what you've read above, this is the place for you

- Yerkes (9/5): Great For the Price - The house was close to the underground, the beds were good, and the apartment was clean. The apartment was updated recently. It was in an old, motel-like apartment complex. The space for the price was a great deal! While passing through the courtyard there was a strong pot smell. We also didn't feel completely safe at night. During the day the neighborhood was reasonably safe for a big city. Overall it was a pleasant stay with just a couple of stressful moments getting home at night.

Very good value for money. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a long or short stay.

Modern furnishings and a good size apt with ample facilities for a family of 5 Unfortunately, it was a noisy area. This is considered beyond the control of the helpful staff. The apts in immediate vicinity to the location were noisy at unsocial hours. Was unnerving for a family trip and not considered restful. Provision of ear plugs may be useful in the built up area.

There was no sense of personality or passion in the furniture or the artworks on the walls. The furniture in the living room looks quite dated, and the apartment is on ground floor. The location is great if you prefer a peaceful residental area in Camden. There are several bus options (5-10 min away) or a subway station (about 10 min away), and the apartment is about a 15-20 min bus ride from the famous Camden Market

Area around house is safe and quiet, we like it. House is on 1st floor that so wonderful for everyone. Bed enough for 6persons(1 daybed is so big). Everything is convience. Owner dont tell the code no on key in advance. We have to wait in cool weather.

- Alastair (8/5): Very good location, very easy to access leave & Customer service very good. overall v good - Freddie in the agency was very helpful and made arrival very easy indeed with keys in a lockbox and a video to show how to enter apartment. Minor points, shower temperature was not adjustable. But that could be fixed and we left a note. There is some damp in the roof in the kitchen but again that will be fixed, but did make for a slightly musty smell. But our visit was short. Overall the apartment was extremely clean and well kitted out with all we needed for our short stay.
- Gary (5/5): Close to Eurostar station (10 min walk) - Located close to Kings Cross From the description I was expecting a luxury apartment and although the property itself is of a high standard the complex it's in is certainly not. Had a problem with one of the windows that wouldn't lock properly. As it's ground floor, I slept on the couch as it couldn't be fixed before we left. Although there was a restrictor on the window I was still concerned that someone could get in. I reported it and hopefully it's fixed now.

Also we believe it was overpriced due to location. Would not recommend if you are traveling to downtown London.

Apartment definitely not luxury especially the area the apartment is in is quite daunting at night with young children. Over priced for facilities and area
- Lesley (10/5): Comfortable and clean near King's Cross Station - The apartment was very clean, warm and comfortable, including a large TV in the living room with Netflix.
The wifi was strong.
The plugs had USB outlets so it was possible to avoid using an adapter.
The bathroom was large by London standards and the shower was good.
It was useful to have a washing machine and drying rack, but you need to provide your own laundry detergent.
The apartment did provide several basics including shampoo, tea bags, sugar, instant coffee, and salt.
The host was easily accessible and explained everything to us.
The property is close to King's Cross Station but the closest Tube station is Mornington Grove, about 7 minutes walk.
There is a good assortment of shops and places to eat on Camden High Street close to the Tube station. This is not a complaint but we were provided just one key fob needed to get into the complex. This prevented us from leaving and returning separately. The host said we should have requested another key fob in advance but we didn't know to ask....a loop of poor information. So ....if you want more than one key fob, enquire before you arrive at the property. Another alternative would be for the host to meet guests and have a second fob with him in case there are others who don't/can't travel as a pack and ask for a second fob.

No mirrors in bedrooms or a vanity table/ desk, so a bit of a competition in the morning for the bathroom and hallway mirror when getting ready between 3 female guests. Also no plugs in the bathroom, so doing one’s hair is only possible in the hallway which is a bit of a nuisance.

Quiet area, close to bus and metro stops, only 20 minutes from the centre. Lots of pubs/restaurants a few minutes walk away. Nearby we could also park our car for 15 pounds a day (Lomax carpark). At first sight the building seemed a little outdated, but the interior of the apartment was very nice and recently renovated. Having stayed there a few days, the area was in effect very quiet and secure.
