- Lei (10/5): Awesome! I’ll definitely tell my friends about you - The biggest advantage of this place is its location—right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to get around and saving time when exploring or finding places to eat. There are plenty of interesting spots nearby.
The room is decent, not particularly special but equipped with all the basic amenities.
The host is helpful, quick to respond, and supportive when it comes to arranging transport or providing local information.
A good option for travelers who prioritize convenience and accessibility over luxury.
- Lele (9/5): The location truly couldn’t be better - A warm and charming room right in the heart of Hanoi’s most vibrant area!
* The room offers a beautiful view and an exceptionally cozy atmosphere, making you feel right at home. The hosts are friendly, attentive, and wonderfully hospitable, adding a special touch to the overall stay.
The location truly couldn’t be better—right in the center of the Old Quarter, surrounded by countless restaurants and cafés that cater to every taste and dietary preference.
* The area can be quite lively in the evenings, so it may get a bit noisy at times, but overall it doesn’t significantly affect your ability to rest or relax.
- Atanas (2/5): Nobody should book that place unless they make it better! - They offered free water and one free laundry service! Location is good The worst place I have been in the last 5years!!!
The owner wanted me to cancel my booking to save money from the booking fee! I said that this is my insurance and I will not do that!
Then they canceled the last day of my stay, saying „The government will shut down the power“ And his wife told another story, that somebody had already booked the room before me!
The room was dark and dirty and there was no Internet!
The bed was awful - made of four soft mattresses on top of eachother, which smelled bad, I had to cover it with some clothes in order to sleep!
The bathroom smelled often like a dead cat!
They wanted me to shut the power every time I went out of the room!
There were power cuts and repair works on the first floor without warnings!
One good thing - they provide free water and one free laundry.
I sincerely wish to the universe that these people never get any customers before creating normal living conditions!!!
- Madi (8/5): - Super helpful people, everything you needed, comfortable and tidy

- Gérard (2/5): - Rien ne correspondait aux photos... je n'ai payé qu'une nuit et j'ai annulé le reste... aucune personne à l'accueil, escalier casse-gueule

- Lele (10/5): This is truly a place that made me very satisfied and one I would happily return to - This is truly a place that made me very satisfied and one I would happily return to. The homestay is located right in the Old Quarter, very close to Ta Hien Beer Street, so getting around is extremely convenient. In the evening, you can simply walk a few minutes to enjoy the lively atmosphere of Hanoi.
The room is very clean, cozy, and well organized, creating a comfortable feeling just like being in your own home. Everything is thoughtfully prepared, which makes the stay very pleasant.
What impressed me the most was the host’s kindness and hospitality. The host is always friendly, helpful, and willing to support guests whenever needed. This is truly a place worth saving for me and my friends when visiting Hanoi.
- Johana (1/5): À fuir. - Eau chaude.
- Valentina (8/5): Posizione ottima! -
- Laura (10/5): I wish we’d stayed longer - The owner was so lovely and accommodating and gave us some advice on places to eat around the home stay. We were also able to store our bags all day before our sleeper bus which was amazing. Bed was soft and comfy the room was nice and quiet and it’s in a great location.
- Alex (9/5): -
- Zofia (10/5): Très sympa, très confort, propriétaire arrangeant - la localisation et le confort du lit de devoir entrer par le magasin
- Zofia (10/5): -

- Marianne (7/5): Great location, comfy space - Great location very central, space is comfortable and it has everything you need (aircon, fridge, water, etc) Owner is very friendly The stairs to get to the room are steep and narrow, not recommended for someone with too much luggage.
Bed linen was old and broken so time to get new one. Too many things in the room, I would take some stuff out of it.
- Yonjan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jessica (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andy (8/5): Very good - Bright room. Nothing worth mentioning
- Dominique (6/5): Pleasant -
- Stéphanie (8/5): Good value in Hanoï - The location was very good, the staff was helpful and welcoming. It was also clean.
- Giorgia (8/5): Very good - The place is just lovely. The hosts are so kind and always ready to help! And the room has a really unique atmosphere thanks to the decorations.
There’s also a water tank in the room that is a blessing!
Located in the old town but in a smaller street. It can be still loud during the evening but that’s everywhere in that area.
I really enjoyed my stay there:)
- Lily (10/5): Amazing and charming house - Amazing as always!
+ A quaint and authentic inn.
The hosts are wonderful, happy to help, give advice and will answer any questions.
The room itself is simple but well equipped for comfort and you stay in one of the main old streets (1 minute walk to the night market) but in a small alley which makes the area quiet. - think they should open more homestay so i can get to their place in weekend. They full sometimes make me feel hard to find a new place.
- Lily (10/5): Fantastic baby👍👍👍👍 - Would stay here again!!.
+ My stay in Hanoi was an absolute delight. The staff at the accommodation were the nicest and incredibly helpful throughout my visit, making me feel right at home. The location couldn't have been any better, as it allowed me to explore the heart of the city with ease. The studio was ideal for both short and long stays, offering all the necessary amenities for a comfortable visit. If you're looking for an authentic local experience in Hanoi with the added bonus of great comfort and friendly people, this is the only place to stay. I can't recommend it enough!. Everthing is excelent
- Will (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location / place. Host was super nice as well, highly recommend
- G (10/5): Exceptional - Nice room, comfy bed, staff are friendly and helpful. Only stayed one night but I would stay again! A curtain over the door so the hallway light doesn't light up the room would be nice.
- Lily (10/5): Amazing - I had a feeling that I visited an old friend!
I loved everything. Location, interior, infrastructure. But the most impressive poimt to me was the owner's hospitality. He was so nice and welcoming, we had really nice talks. That was great! I remember that last evening before I left Hanoi, his wife prepared a wonderful Vietnamese dinner that was sooo delicious! Thank you! I hope to be back one day!
Everything was great! Everything is perfect
- Danielle (10/5): Lovely Homestay in the Old Quarter - Really lovely owners, you can tell they put a lot of effort into making the place nice. Had a lot of facilities for example, drinking water, toiletries and an iron! Good location in the old quarter. Really enjoyed our stay and felt at home. Nothing!
- Kleopatra (8/5): Everything great, nice hospitality, close to many sightseeing of the city. - The location, the food offered, the colorful spacious room. Limited interaction with people.
May be a bit of renovation in the future when possible.
- Mỹ (3/5): It would be better if this problem didn’t happen. - They supported after I report the problems The canceled my booking without any notifications. It’s very bad because I booked the room 4 days before. They should check and connect to me as soon as they can. What would happen if I didn’t call them first? Where can I stay in Hanoi?
