• Cheryl Packham (9/5): Pleasant stay! - Felt safe and secure inside unit and outside building. Very quiet. Very clean. Had coffee maker a difficult kettle but couldn't find coffee grounds or tea bags. Had hot chocolate and a few snacks set out on kitchen counter. Good communication with owner. I would book this rental again and highly recommend! Stairs, stairs and stairs. Stairs up to door. Stairs up to apartment door. If needing 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom or balcony sitting area outside, more stairs. Not sure if window coverings worked probably or my user error.

• Noori (2/5): - Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. Both beds and the sofa bed were damaged and very uncomfortable to sleep on. While they were technically usable, they were clearly in poor condition and not appropriate for a furnished rental, especially for a family with children. I contacted the owner to report the issue, but the response was negative and no solution, compensation, or even sympathy was offered. Winter weather is understandable, but providing broken or worn-out sleeping furniture is not acceptable. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property.

• Tracy (9/5): I enjoyed my stay here and I was very comfortable. I could walk to restaurants or just go for a walk - The location was great! Easy and walkable to stores and the Falls. The neighborhood had many retaurants to chose from and local businesses. I saved a lot on parking by being able to talk the the Falls and Fallsview Blvd. I was very saftisfied with the property but for older guests and it might now be an option but an easier means to get out of the bathtub would be helpful to some.

Bath soaps in only one washroom, instead of both. No conditioner available. Lots of stairs to the unit and.within the unit to the upper level room.
• Steven (4/5): A beautiful property in a perfect location—tragically betrayed by a complete lack of cleanliness. - The location is phenomenal—just minutes from Niagara Falls—and the building itself is newly constructed with thoughtful touches like a rooftop terrace, which was a lovely feature. Check-in was a breeze, parking was convenient, and we appreciated the fresh-smelling towels and bedding. The apartment has great potential with its layout and modern finishes… if only cleanliness had made the guest list. While the unit was modern and well-located, the lack of cleanliness was glaring. The stairwells looked like a year’s worth of kids had used the walls as soccer goals. Inside, the floors were so filthy our socks turned a tragic shade of brown in under two minutes. Sticky spills in the kitchen, dusty baseboards resembling fuzzy caterpillars, and shoe-scuffed walls told a story of neglect. A single wipe of one stair with a damp towel came back brown—pictures available and shared. A shame, really—this could’ve been a five-star stay if anyone had bothered to clean like they meant it.

• Cathy (6/5): Girls weekend getaway - 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms Too many stairs, supplies were low, ie: toilet paper, garbage bags. Pull out couch was very uncomfortable to sit or sleep on. Beds too small. No kitchen table, seating very limited. More kitchen supplies to accommodate cooking, ie: baking sheet, foil. Clean kitchen rags to use to wipe kitchen instead of a old used sponge.

• Anthony (8/5): Clean, high quality townhouse with lots of stairs and no kitchen table. - Central Location, clean, modern and pretty new. Aside from my comments below, the unit was clean and well stocked with towels, linens, etc. Cooking gear was adequate. Townhouse, lots of stairs. Guests should be aware of this in case of age or mobility issues. A strange feature of the unit we stayed in was that there is no table to sit down at. There is an island with no stools, and a couch with a low coffee table. This is odd, and by the 5th day was a real irritant.
