• VOLODYMYR (8/5): Апартаменты норм. - Все отлично. Локация очень хорошая, есть свой паркинг, вообще супер. В доме есть все необходимое, большая кухня. Легко попасть в помещение . В общем, нам все понравилось Единственный минус, это толи диван, толи кушетка в зале, с продавленым матрасом

• Florin-Lucian (4/5): Disappointed - Underground parking space Next to the subway The apartment was filthy There were stains on the couch Stains on the mattress in the living room. Unwashed dishes in the dishwasher. Dirty everywhere. The only reasonable thing was the clean sheets in the main bed. Location is good due to the vecinity of the subway. Last 2 nights there was a person screaming between 11 pm and 2 am. ( not the fault of the owner, of course)
• Ivana (4/5): Bad accommodation - The hygiene in the apartment is not at a satisfactory level: there are cobwebs in the bathroom, crumbs on the bed, the forks and knives were not washed, there is limescale on the kettle, the shower holder in the shower cabin is falling off… all in all, the place needs a thorough deep cleaning. The garage is two streets away, and this is not indicated anywhere. Terrible cooking smells come in through the ventilation, and the window cannot be opened because there are various restaurants below, from which all kinds of odors also come in. And to top it all off, the bed in the living room is completely unusable because it is an auxiliary bed and so hard that it’s impossible to sleep on it — not even for a child. Although we contacted the host, we didn’t receive a solution, because, as they said, “we don’t have a solution for you.” Later, I saw in the reviews that people had complained about these same issues, and the hosts ignored all of them, which shows pure rudeness and irresponsible behavior. For that amount of money, we expect basic things — if the place is advertised for three people, that means the essentials should be provided, especially a proper bed!!!

• EricKuoTW (4/5): 非常失望 - 地理位置優越，靠近地鐵站去哪都方便 有廚房沒提供鍋具不能煮東西，當初就是看上有廚房的部分。 衛生清潔很差，微波爐和熱水壺要清潔前個住客使用的污垢。浴室毛巾電熱架也積不少灰塵需要自己清潔。 第二天詢問屋主是不是沒鍋具到退住後還是沒回應。 公寓大門打開方式是門鈴按的同時要開門。 整體來說房間照片是照騙，實際情況就是老舊，細節如上述，另外因為是老公寓，所以隔音也不好。
• Milica (4/5): Ako ti je važnija lokacija i parking od čistoće i udobnosti ovo je smještaj za tebe! - Svidjela mi se blizina metro stanice i besplatan parking u garaži. Objekat je naizgled dobar, međutim potrebno je generalno čišćenje svih soba. Kuhinja se raspada. Kupaona je puna kamenca kao i tuš. Krevet koji je na podu je užasno neudoban. Krevet u sobi je dobar. Podovi su jako hladni, potrebno je imati papuče. Ručnici su imali čudan miris (nisu mirisali na svježe oprane). Zao mi je. Iskreno sam odgovorila.

• Levente (3/5): - Mir hat gefallen, dass ich zum Glück nur zwei Nächte in der Wohnung verbringen musste. Die Gegend ist zentral, allerdings möchte man dort nachts nicht unterwegs sein. Achtung! Gastgeber geben keine Rechnung! Habe sie mindestens fünf Mal um eine Rechnung gebeten, bis ich schließlich den Support von booking.com einschalten musste. Schließlich hat booking.com den Fall geschlossen, da der Gastgeber nicht geantwortet hat. Ein Witz, dass alles ohne Konsequenzen bleibt, obwohl der Gastgeber verpflichtet ist, eine Rechnung auszustellen.
• Matyáš (7/5): - Jedná se o byt v centru města, v okolí dobre restaurace a obchod. I když má byt okna na rušnou pěší a výstup z metra, tak hluk není nějaký enormní. Dobře vybavená kuchyně a parkování v podzemní garáží asi 250 m daleko. Chtělo by to zapracovat na úklidu, na zemi spousta černých vlasů. Co je však nejhorší je 3 lůžko v obýváku, nedá se na něm spát. Ještě že jsem s tím počítali a vzali nafukovací karimatku..

• Ute (9/5): Bequeme Unterkunft für einen Stadturlaub - Verkehrsgünstig gelegen, gleich an U-Bahn Station, nur eine Station bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Gemütliche Einrichtung, alles Notwendige vorhanden. Ideal für eine-zwei Personen. In der Küche war Kaffee vorhanden, sehr angenehm! In der Umgebung gibt es eine Vielzahl von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Imbissen/Restaurants. Man muss es wissen: Fenster gehen auf eine belebte Fußgängerzone hinaus.

• Roma (9/5): - Lokalizacja mieszkania była wspaniała. Metro, sklepy i restauracje były dosłownie pod nosem. Na plus jest też bezpłatny parking niedaleko mieszkania. Mieszkanie było czyste, a wszystkie sprzęty, których potrzebowaliśmy były dostępne. Rozkładane łóżko w salonie było niewygodne, trzecia osoba musiała spać na sofie.

• Emre (9/5): Eğer tekrar bu şehre gelirsem, kesinlikle yeniden tercih edeceğim bir yer. - Arabayla gelenler için bir sokak ileride kapalı otopark imkânı bulunması büyük rahatlık sağladı. Evin metro istasyonunun hemen yanında olması da çok avantajlıydı; metro ile şehrin her yerine kolaylıkla ulaşabildik. Mutfağın tam teşekküllü olması ayrıca çok hoşuma gitti. Pişirme kâğıdından süzgece, bitki çaylarından baharatlara kadar tüm detaylar düşünülmüştü. Yatak ve koltuk oldukça rahattı, ev genel olarak konforlu ve keyifliydi. Modern ve şık dekorasyonu sayesinde evde vakit geçirmek de ayrı bir zevkti. Eğer tekrar bu şehre gelirsem, kesinlikle yeniden tercih edeceğim bir yer. Tek olumsuz taraf, klozetin biraz alışılmışın dışında olmasıydı. Gider kısmı arkada değil ön tarafta yer aldığı için kullanımı bana konforsuz geldi. Bunun dışında ciddi bir olumsuzluk yaşamadım. Zaten bir puanı da tuvaletten kırdım.

• tt2000 (8/5): Ubicación ideal y bien equipado - Apartamentos muy bien ubicado, justo al lado de la parada de metro. Cocina plenamente equipada, la lavadora funciona a las maravillas. El dormitorio principal con un amplia cama y armario. La cama supletoria excesivamente dura, imposible dormir ahí. Se tuvo que dormir en el sofá. La ducha del baño es de bañera y el soporte de la ducha está roto, por lo que a veces se cae la alcachofa. El apartamento está ubicado en una zona comercial con multitud de tiendas y restaurantes, así como un pequeño mercado, a 2 minutos el Lidl y Aldi. Está a 10 minutos de la estación central de tren. La conexión con el centro a través del metro está a 15 minutos. Importante sacar billete diario o de tres días para el transporte público, resulta rentable ya que puedes moverte por toda la ciudad. La cama supletoria es inviable para dormir. Se debe usar el sofá. El soporte de la alcachofa de la ducha está roto.

• Maja (9/5): Rewelacyjna miejscówka dla osób chcących zwiedzać Wiedeń! - Super lokalizacja - przyjechaliśmy na 3 dni, żeby zwiedzać Wiedeń. Z biletem 24h i stacją metra przy samym budynku - było to bardzo wygodne. Obok mieszkania - sklepy, restauracje... W bloku cicho i spokojnie. Jedynie przy otwartych oknach dobiega hałas z ruchliwej bądź co bądź ulicy. No ale to uroki mieszkania w tak ruchliwej części dużego miasta. Miejsce parkingowe jest 5 minut spacerem od bloku. My odstawiliśmy auto w dniu przyjazdu, a odebraliśmy wyjeżdżając. Życzliwość i uczynność Noemi - nieoceniona! Bardzo dziękuję jeszcze raz za wszystko :) Nie będę narzekać na rzeczy, na które właściciel nie ma wpływu w związku z lokalizacją mieszkania. Jedyne do czego mam uwagę i - wnioskując po innych komentarzach - uzasadnioną, to wygoda łóżka w salonie. A w zasadzie - jej zupełny brak. Miał spać na nim mój 19 letni syn i byłaby to porażka. Na szczęście w tym samym pokoju znajduje się dosyć wygodny narożnik i po przełożeniu kilku poduszek można z niego wygospodarować miejsce do spania. I tak też zrobiliśmy.
• Montserrat (6/5): Good effort but not enough comfort - The apartment is really close to the Train station and subway. The decoration was very nice The area and the building felt unsafe for a family. The bed outside were super uncomfortable. We only had 1 toilet paper for 2 days and a family of 3 😟. The shower is hard to manage, so you have to be very careful while using it. We stayed the 2 hottest nights in the year and the high temperatures were not manageable with 2 fans.
• Alina (8/5): - Квартира имеет все необходимое и достаточно просторные комнаты. Пешком до Бельведера можно дойти за 15-20 минут. Прямо под окном остановка метро. В целом в квартире все более менее нормально. Конечно квартира уже требует некоторых обновлений, но в целом выглядит хорошо. Салфетки, шампуни и другие косметические элементарные вещи нужно покупать, так как в апартаментах есть только мыло. Квартира невероятно шумная! Даже под окнами постоянно орут ночью, и потом шум начинается с 7 утра. Если вы любите поспать, у вас этого не получится. Закрытые окна не очень спасают ситуацию с шумом. Так же район не выглядит очень безопасным, советую внимательно изучить район перед поездкой.

• Ilona (10/5): Short stay in Wienna - The Apartament is really good located. In front of the Apartament is a metro station. The Apartament is clean and well equipped - there is everything what you might need. And the free parking in Wienna is a big advantage!
• Adrian (10/5): Great place to stay when you visit Vienna! - Location was perfect, near the metro station. You can eat a lot of stuff just near the apartment. Apartment itself is just perfect, with all facilities. The best thing is the parking. Free parking near the apartment is the greatest facility in Vienna. The bed in the living was not so comfortable. The coach was good. And the bedroom was perfect.
