Muy limpio y nuevo, con todo lo necesario si quieres cocinar y comer en el apartamento en algun momento. La cama comodísima! It’s a very nice contrast with marble stairs and a small old fashioned elevator. It’s a very comfortable place to stay. There are windows but there is no view, just other windows of other buildings.

Excellent location, just walking distance to the Spanish stairs. Brand new appliances and comfortable beds. Bathroom very good. They received us with a big chocolate egg for Easter. Very kind. The person in contact which us was very attentive and kind. No AC, despite the apartment suppose to has it, according to the description on booking. We looked specifically for this feature. They said that weather at Rome was not warm enough to the building management turn on the AC… but the apartment was very hot no matters how was the weather outside. Also there was a sensor or something in a bedroom that turned on an intermittent green light during the whole night. It is located on the wall in front of the master bedroom bed, so it went directly to our faces when we were sleeping. They should consider change the position of this sensor because it disturbs the sleeping.

There was everything you could need in the kitchen (cleaning supplies, cooking utensils and pans) even welcome water bottles in the fridge and tea and sugar. The location was very convenient only 10 min walk to the Spanish steps and other attractions. And a lovely park a few minutes away. Nothing
