• Ágnes (5/5): - The apartment is located in a convenient location. It was a good price The apartment is located on the ground floor with the window opening to the driveway. My biggest problem was the strong musty smell in the apartment. It wasn't particularly clean either. Another issue was that in the middle of my stay, they started some work in the courtyard, starting each day at 6:30 in the morning. Of course, it's not the host's fault, but a notification about the works would have been nice.
• Mahdiyeh (1/5): Nightmare ….awful stay….100 percent not recommended - Nothing It was super dirty…chairs dirty … rug dirty….there was no air conditioning… while the temperature outside was 28 inside was humid and hot…the house was like a cave…light was not enough….unfortunately there were workers outside very close to house….starting from 5 am to work…. The rug in the house was super dirty. It was not clear that towels are clean…. They were open….awful experience …the chairs were unstable…we had to checked out at 10 also… too soon…. We counted the nights to finish and leave ….

• Basak (7/5): I would recommend for 3-4 day trips. - The location was very convenient, we were able to walk almost everywhere.The room was spacious and nicely furnished, properly cleaned beforehand and the kitchen was equipped to prepare coffee and light snacks& breakfast. The check in instructions were clear and detailed. There was an ant problem during our stay, and although we luckily found some repellent in the cupboard, travelling with a toddler meant that dealing with both ants and chemical sprays was far from ideal. It definitely wasn’t something we expected or wanted to deal with on holiday.

• ONUR (4/5): It was a very bad stay. - The location wasn't bad. The price was good. There were a lot of ants in the room, and it smelled of dampness. Furthermore, despite the room not being clean, I paid 4,000 Turkish Lira for cleaning. That was excessive and unnecessary. They gave me a different room than the one shown in the pictures, and then they didn't help me at all.

• Nataliya (7/5): Rather good, because of location, the quality - like a student living. - The location is Great - Close to the U-Bahn Station Prater and Taborstrasse, planty of markets in step distance from the apartment (Lidl, Penny, etc) and also the super breakfasts are just opposite the house door in Babula restaurant , available from 7:30 am. The apartment has enough space for two people, the bathroom is big, the courtyard is rather calm. We stayed for 3 weeks, but there was no bed linen, no towels change during this period - even we asked the property before the arrival to provide the extra bed linen because of a long stay. Also no organised cleaning for 3 weeks - at the end of our stay it was rather deaty, also there were no cleaning facilities for self-cleaning like dustpan and brush, mop etc. That was aufull !!! That`s why can recommend only for short stays - not more than one week. Also the bed pillows were totally old (like from the museum) and not comfortable for sleeping at all. Definately need change.

• SANDRA (6/5): - Aunque eso ya se ve en fotos, es demasiado pequeño y poco cómodo, echamos en falta enseres necesarios como un cepillo de barrer por ejemplo, teniendo en cuenta además que el apartamento estaba algo sucio (al mover la cama para utilizar el enchufe encontramos mucha suciedad, además de alguna que otra araña en los techos). El enchufe del baño no funcionaba y había varias cosas rotas como la tabla bajo la mesa o la cerradura de la puerta principal que solo cerraba si echabas la llave. No hay televisión
• Pia (8/5): I love Vienna! - The apartment had it all so nothing was lacking Cleanliness could have been better: 1) the lamps on the ceiling were dusty so when you arrived late you fell into the bed and saw dust 2) behind the bathroom door there were dust. I noticed that you pay for the cleaning so I would probably change the provider.

• Michael (5/5): Wenn man es einfach haben möchte, kann man durchaus dieses Appartement empfehlen. - Die Lage war gut und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war auch in Ordnung. Allerdings war aus meiner Sicht das Appartement unzureichend ausgestattet und ein paar Sachen waren auch defekt. Zum Beispiel war der Griff an der Dusche abgefallen und es gab zum Beispiel auch keine Abzugshaube in der Küche.

• ANDREY (8/5): Overall, for an apartment in this location, it's an ideal option for budget accommodation. - ideal combination of price and quality. The owner of the apartment was always in touch and ready to help, thank you :) The smell of a non-ventilated room (but you quickly adapt to it) and an electric stove that lives its own life; sometimes it took two hours to prepare breakfast :)

• Robert (6/5): Flat stank of cold smoke, stayed one night of 6 and immediately booked place elsewhere - It's very clean, location is great. The flat unfrtly smelled like cold ash, my nose blocked up immediately and i developed a headache. I only stayed one night (out of 6), because booking a different accommodation elsewhere was possible for next day only. Not refundable so no point in arguing with the host, and had to bite the bullet. Money for 6 nights stay gone out the window.
• Vlad (3/5): Disappointing because of how dirty it is - - Good communication with the host and easy self check-in instructions - Good location (6min to underground, lidl and restaurants nearby) - Hot water with enough pressure - Wardrobe with coathangers - Hair dryer and clothes iron and table - Unfortunately very dirty and unkept! Dirt marks, hairs, crumbs on sofa and chairs, spiderwebs, dust… The whole place needs a SERIOUS deep clean, along with repainting the walls and disinsection (ants everywhere). You won’t feel like using the cooking utensils and pans in this mess, so the kitchenette is useless. - As for the bed lining, you are given 2 duvets, but no bed sheet… - General feel of the place is that of an old, dirty and messy studio that was given some new furniture to compensate for the lack of cleaning
• Isabel (1/5): I got scammed, so you don’t have to! - Nothing unfortunately As soon as I opened the apartment I was greeted by a strong odour of humidity and mould. Soon after I realised that it was not the apartment I had booked and contacted the host about it, his responses by saying that it was what I booked even to the apartment was different and the pictures where not the same. The apartment was cold and I asked about the heating to what he responded saying that there was heater floor, the heating did not work despite we putting it at 30 degrees celcius, only the bathroom had heating and it was not enough to heat up the place, in addition, the bathroom was full of ants, therefore, I keep the door closed. The apartment was dirty and hasn’t been properly cleaned in a long long time, also, there was it cleaning products to the clean the place myself. There was not toiletries and very little hand soap. In the kitchen the cooked doesn’t work properly, which is very necessary and the main reason for booking an apartment is to use it, especially as I was staying for a while due to work. Instead I was not even able to make myself breakfast or anything. The light that indicates if the cooked is on or off doesn’t work either. The cooking appliances, which to my surprise were stored right behind the trash, were dirty and full of stain and corrosion. The place was noisy and the neighbours upstairs were playing music, on top of that, the neighbours next door have a dog who is kept in the garden all times and it’s constantly barking at anything, even during the night time. The pillows were not pillows but cushions, and the inside of it was disintegrated inside the case what make it very uncomfortable at night time. If you are reading this do not book this place at any cost, better save your money and mental sanity and go elsewhere, even a bench at the park will be better. I hope you find this helpful. • Yonko (9/5): Superb - Everything was fine. Even was very warm in the room so we had to reduce the heater. I just didn't like the coffee machine. Don't get me wrong the machine is very good. One of the best. Just the nearest store to get capsules is 1.5km. away and you have only 3 on first day. So I couldn't use it. Everything else was fine. My opinion is that the coffee machine need to changed or the owner should leave enough capsules for full staying.

• Francisco (8/5): Worth the price! Cosy and warm central apartment for a winter get-away - The location was excellent. In a very nice neighbourhood, secure, well-served with public transportation. The apartment was very cosy. Albeit small, it had everything we needed for the 4 days we stayed there. The house is well-heated for the winter time, as is the floor itself. The bed is comfortable enough and the outside/neighbours are quiet. Everything was very clean. Three small details, which did not take away from the overall very positive experience: - we saw two ants which entered through a small opening in the floor's mosaic in the bathroom. - the package of sugar had humidity/mold spots (could have been replaced). - the bathroom air extractor, after running for a while, let into the apartment a weird smell. We did not use it again.

• Haroldas (6/5): Pleasant - Overall, the apartment had potential and provided a decent stay. It was well-located and spacious, with many of the amenities we needed. However, there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues that impacted our experience. We found ants in the apartment, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. The kitchen's faucet was broken but still usable. The mosquito net was damaged, and we had to fix it with tape. Additionally, the curtains were broken, which was inconvenient. If these issues were addressed, the apartment would be much more enjoyable.

• Nikos (9/5): Enjoyable stay with a helpful host and a convenient location - The host was incredibly polite and catered to all my needs and questions, making me feel very welcome. The check-in and key-receiving process was exceptionally smooth, and I really appreciate the host's efforts in this regard. Additionally, the location is highly convenient, being just a 2-minute walk from the tram and a 10-minute walk from the metro The bed was uncomfortable and squeaky, which caused us to wake up sometimes during the night. Additionally, there was no electricity plug or bedside table near the bed, meaning we had to either keep our devices nearby or leave them charging on the table.

Bathroom was also well functioning, so was the kitchen. Found hair in the bed and bathroom, and lots of dust under the furniture, which aggravated allergies. The bed was also very creaky.
