• Gerhard (10/5): Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. - Optimale Lage nahe der Rialto-Brücke, sehr stilvoll renoviert. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe und Gepäckaufbewarung vor dem offiziellen Check-In. Sehr freundlicher und bemühter Vermieter. Gepäck hätte noch nach check-out in der Location bleiben können.

• David (9/5): Posizione ottima in corte tranquilla - Posizione fantastica in piena zona Rialto situato in una piccola corte tranquilla e non di passaggio. Luca è stato molto disponibile nella consegna delle chiavi. Appartamento situato al primo piano e con le finestre sul canale, ci sono delle scale interne che portano alla camera singola ed in più è presente un terrazzino privato. Bagno grande. Tenendo conto che è tutto veramente ottimo, si potrebbe dare una rinfrescata alle pareti e dare una pulita alle griglie di aereazione e cambiare il porta shampoo nella doccia, ma queste sono piccolezze.

• Bot (10/5): - A 10/10 stay! We stayed with our family over the holidays and loved it. The apartment is warm, clean, and bright. It has everything (dishwasher, washer, grill, etc.). The location is perfect — only 7 mins to San Marco Square. The host was wonderful and met us personally. Thank you for a great vacation! ---

• Anette (9/5): Schönes Appartment an der Rialto Brücke - - Tolle Lage direkt an der Rialto Brücke , zum Markusplatz ca.10 Minuten - moderne Einrichtung mit alten Akzenten - sauber - Host war nett und Kommunikation klappte sehr gut - Es ist leider laut, durch die Gondeln und Motorbote, die vor dem Fenster vorbeifahren. Es wird laut gesprochen, gepfiffen, gehupt und manchmal hört man Partymusik, die auf den Motorboten gespielt wird, die vorbeifahren. Auch die Motoren sind laut . Also wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat, kann es problematisch werden, da der Verkehr bereits ab 5:00 morgens anfängt. Also Ohropax mitnehmen. - Duschfugen könnte erneut werden, nicht mehr ansehnlich -Waschbeckenbrett könne erneuert werden, da bereits schwarz ( Schimmel ) durch die Feuchtigkeit

• Zapata Betancur (10/5): The best place in Venice. - Everything was ok, it’s nice place with all that you need to have a great time. Luca, the owner, was so diligent, kind and helpful. I’m was so happy there, definitely, if I’ll back to Venice, it will be my destination again. Everything was ok. Love it.

• Stephanie (10/5): Easy Venice Access Lovely Apartment - Very easy to access off the vaporetto. The host met us promptly to give us the keys. Excellent location and ease of entering and getting around to all the sites. Clean and spacious. The nook bedroom upstairs was perfect for our daughter. We loved Venice and our stay was not long enough. We could walk everywhere. The area was safe. There are some steps to get into the apartment, but they were easy to access and there is a handrail. We would definitely stay here again. There was nothing about our stay that we didn't like. Very nice place.

• Emma (8/5): Great! - Quirky, you couldn’t be more central to the Rialto bridge area of Venice. Great apartment! The apartment is quite dark with the use of lighting. We do feel like the apartment could do with a lick of paint, to freshen up the space.

• Bethan (8/5): A lovely apartment in a lovely location! - Beautiful view of the canal from the window. Very central location and comfortable apartment. Luca was very helpful- sending us photos to help us find the apartment and let us check in early. It was all we needed for 4 nights in Venice! It could be noisy at times. Working canal boats (winches and engine noises) start their work pretty early in the morning. Private motor boats playing load music pass the window now and again. Most of the time it’s pretty tranquil and we thought the view was worth a bit of noise now and again.
• Nicole (10/5): Fabulous! - This is a beautiful apartment. Perfect for a teen and parents, as the twin bed is on a loft with a steep staircase. A gorgeous space and view of a canal!
• Ivan (10/5): Exceptional - Location next to Rialto bridge, everything is literally few steps away. The apartment is very handy and clean. No problems whatsoever. I can simply recommend. Thank to the host for everything (he was so kind to send us website for Venice carnival without any mention of).
• Jaemin (10/5): Best place in Venice - The place was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for cooking meals. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making it a very pleasant stay. I also think the location was excellent. It’s the best and most affordable accommodation for exploring Venice. Heating was a bit challenging. The air was colder than expected, which made it slightly uncomfortable when sleeping. Additionally, instead of entering the exact address into Google, I searched for the name of the accommodation, which initially led me to the wrong location, causing some confusion.

Greeted at the door and given a very detailed explanation of everything about the apartment, as well as suggestions for food. Apartment never got totally warm, but wasn't too cold to be uncomfortable

From arrival, the host sent his staff Michelle to meet us at the fort. She is very helpful and efficiently guided us to the apartment and the surroundings. The location is superb, just a few steps away from Rialto Bridge and DFS mall. The apartment is so beautiful. The host, Lucas, responds quickly to queries. The apartment have more than the necessities of tenant. If i get the chance to return, i will book this apartment again. And i would love recommending this to anyone visiting Venice. None. I just hope they add a mirror at the attic room :)

• Tanya (10/5): Amazing apartment with canal views - This apartment was perfect for our quick visit to Venice. It had everything we needed & was in a great location. Views of a canal & gondola traffic topped it off! Will definitely stay again. Nothing, everything was great
• Katherine (8/5): Lovely comfortable spacious apartment in a great location - Lovely modern apartment in a traditional old building, great size for 3 people with just about everything you could need, great location 5 minutes walk from the Rialto bridge but very quiet at night. The front door to the apartment was very difficult to unlock using the key so much so on our first night we had to call the owner who then gave us a code to the key pad as an alternative. TV wasn’t tuned in and we couldn’t get it to work, needs a bath mat for the shower, upstairs bedroom needs a Mirror and a bin, a bread toaster would be handy but there is a sandwich type toaster so just bring picky! Great there is a washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, coffee maker. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment and thank you to Luca who met us off the water bus and walked us to our accommodation.

• Andixxx (10/5): Exceptional - In the sea of numerous accommodation units offered, we came across this one which was more difficult to find on the booking ad..the same one has already delighted us in the photos. Although we were skeptical considering that it was a newly released apartment it melt all our expectations. It is cute little two story apartment newly furnished, equipped with everything necessary for accommodation. We were greeted by nice girl(host) who briefly explained everything we needed to know. Highly recommended for future visitors to Venice.

• Steven (9/5): It was really central and really clean. - The apartment was excellent and clean. The internet didn't work so we were unable to watch tv there as the tv relied on the internet. Wasn't too much of an issue but after a long day walking it would have been nice to chill out. Nothing i disliked. It was in a really good location.
• Luke (10/5): Exceptional - This is not on the property but the boats on a night could be a bit annoying between the lights and music. The property could due with black curtains but otherwise it was remarkable.
• Nahaid (10/5): Very good apartment in a great location. - The property was new and modern and had all the appliances needed to make the stay comfortable. Window directly in front of the toilet, and curtain wasn’t blacked out. Needs blurred glass or blinds.
• Tanya (10/5): Absolutely wonderful! Fantastico. - Location was fantastic. A few minutes to Rialto Bridge in one direction and about 10 minutes walk to San Marco in the others. Water taxis, gondolas, ferries all close by. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything you could possibly need. We stayed 7 nights. The only thing was a tricky front door lock. Make sure you ask the person handing over the keys to demonstrate how it’s done, then practice it yourself. It’s super simple once you know how. There are 15 stone stairs up to the apartment. You need to be able bodied to manage them. My elderly companion struggled a bit. It wasn’t a bother for me.
• Katarzyna (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect. Only minutes from Rialto Bridge. Most of the attractions are up to 10 minutes away. The apartment is modern and new. Very clean and has everything you need for a stay. Nice big shower with good water pressure. Bidet is quite a bonus. Windows are overlooking a canal where you can spectate gondolas passing by.
