Mayze Karolynne (2/5): Apparemment vieux, sale, (je le déconseille vivement). - L’appartement n’était vraiment pas confortable, il était sale, les meubles de mauvaise qualité, l’endroit sentait les égouts, la vaisselle était salle et impossible d’être l’utiliser, j’ai essayé de cuisiner et la plupart des ustensiles était absolument sales, les casseroles dégageant un odeur de plastique et ferraille sur la nourriture, (absolument insupportable). Le personnel n’étais pas au petit soin, j’ai eu de problème avec la serrure, des problèmes avec les travaux, des problèmes avec le personnel du bâtiment… Franchement je suis déçue. Tout était vraiment vieux, sale, et pas confortable du tout.

Bruno (10/5): Excelente escolha. - Gostaria de registrar minha satisfação com a hospedagem no flat durante minha estadia em Goiânia. O ambiente é aconchegante, limpo, bem organizado e exatamente como descrito no anúncio. A localização é excelente, e o atendimento foi atencioso e prestativo em todos os momentos. Sem dúvidas, foi uma experiência muito agradável. Recomendo e voltaria a me hospedar com certeza! Apenas gostaria de deixar algumas sugestões de melhoria: senti falta de mais papel higiênico disponível, a cortina da sala estava um pouco fora do trilho, o raque da sala tinha uma gaveta quebrada e o guarda-roupas apresentava bastante desgaste no rodapé. Nada que tenha comprometido minha experiência, mas que, com pequenos ajustes, podem tornar o flat ainda melhor para os próximos hóspedes. No mais, agradeço pela recepção e certamente consideraria voltar em uma próxima oportunidade!
