• Anna (10/5): - Pobyt w apartamencie Alberto był niezwykle udany. Mieszkanie jest czyste, zadbane i wyposażone we wszystko, co potrzebne do komfortowego pobytu. Lokalizacja bardzo wygodna, a atmosfera od pierwszych chwil sprawiała, że czułam się jak w domu. Alberto to wspaniały gospodarz – kontaktowy, pomocny i serdeczny. Zdecydowanie polecam i z przyjemnością wrócę w przyszłości.

• Eleonora (10/5): This is an Exceptional apartment as value for money - Spacious and very clean apartment with high ceilings in a secured building with a lift. Modern kitchen and bathroom - beautiful marble walls and walk-in shower. The bedroom is very spacious with a fitted wardrobe, chest of draws and a large screen TV. The most important is that the bedroom is overlooking the internal garden/space so it’s very quiet and you can have a peaceful sleep. Location: 4-5 mins walk from the train station Milano Centrale and underground. The supermarket is downstairs and another one 1-2 mins away, nice restaurants, cafes are all within 2-3 mins distance. And the most important the host Albert is so friendly and helpful. He was waiting for me for the earlier check-in, was replying to my messages almost instantly and was very understanding. He speaks English fluently. I would definitely stay again!

Ottima comunicazione con il proprietario che ci ha dato indicazioni utilissime ed è sempre stato disponibile e facilmente reperibile.

• libero (10/5): Appartamento di design in centro - Struttura nuova, dotata di ogni comfort. Pulizia impeccabile. Ho anche trovato un ottima colazione a disposizione. Tornerò di certo per il prossimo soggiorno a Milano.
• Guest (4/5): Die Probleme kann man leicht abstellen, aber wir würden es im aktuellen Zustand nicht empfehlen. - Praktische Ausstattung mit Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen, Vermieter gut erreichbar. Nachbarn ruhig, Straßenbahn jedoch hörbar. Leider Kakerlaken (siehe Foto), unangenehm riechende Handtücher, verstopfter Abfluss (den wir selbst reinigen mussten), Teegeschirr nicht wie auf den Fotos sondern unvollständig und von den Fotos abweichendes Frühstück (kein Brot und ein benutztes Nutellaglas, siehe Foto).

• Anonymous (2/5): This Accomodation doesn’t worth the money you pay. You can find better options in the same locality. - The location of the property was good . Apartment was spacious with refrigerator and washing machine. Other than that I didn’t like anything about this property. Even though in the booking.com website it was advertised as “breakfast included “, in reality there is no breakfast, there was only some breads, milk, yoghurt and fruit juice in the fridge. Also there was some coffee powder, but the coffee maker was faulty. The hot water kettle was dirty with sediment inside. So we didn’t use any of these during our two nights stay here. There is no daily cleaning of the room.

• Una (7/5): Lovely apartment close to the station - Location was perfect, very close to the station. Property was lovely, bathroom superb and general facilities excellent. I don’t think that you could really suggest that it is bed and breakfast. Juice yogurt and coffee but no bread just hard crostini type portions. Better to not offer this and maybe just leave coffee. If you say luxury living it needs to be that!

• Shaun (9/5): Great apartment that met all of our needs. - Great location, three blocks from the central train station. Grocery store two doors from the main entrance to the apartment. Albert got us settled in nicely and ensured we understood the best routes to our activities using the Metro system. The fact that we had access to a washing machine was a definite plus! N/A
• Shiqing (2/5): Not a luxury stay - Location Towels and pillow case/bedding was wet. Had to dry them ourselves on the drying rack which spoiled the guest experience. Host did not apologize or acknowledge our concerns. In addition, the bathroom had a very foul smell. Garbage in the bathroom was not emptied from the previous guests. No hot water when showering as well.

Supermarket in the same building Poor breakfast not good for the value I paid for having breakfast for 4 guests in the booking options You have to leave the key in the locker outside apartment door if you want the building janitor to bring you a small portion of breakfast in the next morning (not safe specially without having a safe inside the apartment)

Our host was extremely helpful, and the property was very clean, safe and quiet, comfortable with everything that was needed for our stay. Just turning over in your sleep was enough to wake both me and my partner up. If you're light sleepers, it may be an issue.

The property exceeded our expectations and the attention to detail was fabulous. The location is a 4 min walk from the Lima station which is 4 stops from the famous Duomo landmark and from there it's easy to explore all of Milan.
• Sharon (8/5): Great location, nice place - Location Even though check in is listed as after 2pm & had advised would be there 2:30-3 pm, was then told on the day that could not check in till after 4pm. Tired with luggage waiting 🙀 then Lift only to mid floor, so still had to do flight stairs with luggage! Poor lighting, no tea towel, no spare toilet roll, Good washing machine but no pegs.

• Viney (1/5): Totally Unsafe Place, Not at all Hygienic. Please avoid to book! - The place was horrible only and unsafe to stay. Please avoid! They are not following standard industry practices, especially hygiene and it seems that they are some local host with no experience in hotel management. I am not sure, how booking.com even allowed this apartment to serve as accommodation. I am totally shocked. The garbage box was already full. In the washroom, they placed used stuff like handwash soap that too in a time when we encounter viruses so easily. In the name of breakfast, they just provided a few pieces of bread that looked like someone had used the quantity before, an unpacked bottle of milk, and juice, also next day, no one came to provide next day's breakfast as it was committed and charged. The coffee machine was not working. The hair dryer was of such poor quality that it was not helping me to make my hair. I suspect that even the bedsheets and towels were washed after the use of previous customers. Their bed was making sounds even if changing sides while sleeping which was very annoying. I felt really scared living in that apartment because of these unhygienic practices that ruined my vacation and I am surprised how booking.com allowed them to put this accommodation at such high prices which is almost equal to well-established hotels. I always used booking.com's communication channel but this host asked me to share my passport on their email which was not safe and against booking.com's policies but I had to do it as I was not able to cancel and book another option at this short notice. I at least expect booking.com to look into this seriously and take measures to save other people who go on a vacation to relax and not fall into such horrible situations.
• Paloma (10/5): Exceptional - It's located super close to Milano Centrale Railway Station what is perfect for making day trips to other cities and also to discover the Mercato Centrale (a must for lunch). If you wish to go to Duomo it's like a 45 mins nice walk. Totally worth it
• Anait (10/5): Exceptional - 5 minutes from central station , which means so easy to take any train you want. And super close to Corso Buenos Aeres ( the street full of fancy restaurants and shops). There is carrefour under the flat which works everyday, so convenient. I got also massage service which I recommend 100%%%, the massage therapist comes to the flat and you can get the massage without going out. Definitely recommended!
• Luis (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment feels really modern, but you still get that cool Italian vibe. You can tell the owner put thought into it. I loved the bread, spreads, and juices they left for us—it was super useful! Great to be so close to the central and other metro stations. Thee host recommended a massage therapist who comes to the flat. After a tiring day of walking, it was incredible! And the best part, it was reasonably priced. It was a fantastic treat after all that exploring. I couldn't have chosen a better place! Nothing to complain
