• Krisztina (3/5): - A város nagyon kellemes, igazi békebeli monarchiás hangulat. Gyönyörű épületek, bár sajnos több romos állapotban. A szállida személyzete nem beszél nyelveket. Mindenütt csak oroszul akartak beszélni, ami egy ilyen hekyen abszurd. A személyzet munkamoráljával is problémák voltak: utolsó nap korán kellett eljönnöm a szállodából ezert kértem, hogy egy reggeli csomagot készítsenek az útra, de nem készítettek. Egy 4 csillagos szálloda esetén ez elfogadhatatlan!
• Vladyka (4/5): Podruhé již nikdy. Velmi nedoporučujeme... - Bazén Zcela nepochopitelný a nekvalitní servis. Půl roku máme rezervováno a celou servicepanel nenapadne kontaktovat, či zmínit, že auto není kde zaparkovat. Za 7000 Kč na noc se dozvíme, že auto můžeme zaparkovat za městem na kopci a basta. Toto se v KV v Puppu ani Imperialu, kde jsme byli, nestalo. Kdybychom toto věděli, tak si tak mizernou službu určitě nevybereme. Opravdu nás nebaví plýtvat časem s takovými imbecily, kteří toto zakryjí. Recenzi vložíme zaslouženě na Google, Trip Adv.aj Prostě hnus.

• Jana (9/5): - Krásné prostředí hotelu, prostorný a dobře vybavený pokoj, příjemný personál, provozní doba bazénu od 7 hod., u večeře volně k dispozici voda. příjemnou službou je kulturní program v rámci hotelu, ale v době našeho pobytu šlo o akce pro věkovou skupinu 70+, bylo by dobré nabídnout něco i mladším klientům.

• Jiří (5/5): Chybí nápady, jak přilákat hosty, např. sekt dopoledne jako součást nabídky, jako má hotel Zvon - Čistota na pokojích Výběr potravin na snídani - nejobyčejnější kvalita, např. slanina upražená až do černa (21.4.), pečivo z předchozího dne, na pokoji toaletní papír mnohem horši, než v jakémkoli penzionu.

S personálem jsem měla zkušenost tak 50:50, kdy jsem se jistě setkala i s milou a ochotnou obsluhou, nicméně pro těch zbylých 50% byl problém i např. vystavení dokladu o zaplacení. Co mě dál ještě zamrzelo, byl styl kterým mi paní recepční oznámila, že požaduje 50Kč lázeňský poplatek.. jistě existuje i normální způsob, jak toto zákazníkovi oznámit. Chování personálu rozhodně neodpovídá cenové kategorii hotelu.

• Frieda (6/5): Es geht wegen Hotel und Ambiente, waren im 2020 in dem Hotel Heute Eindruck sehr minderwertig geworden. - Eintritt in die Römer Bad,Restaurant und essen! Personal sehr raue Ton, unfreundlich hat man Gefühl das man ein Störfaktor ist , besonders Rezeption bei Spa.Behandlung Gesicht/Kopf Massage für 45 Euro absolut nichts !!!!!Junge man der mit rauen Händen massiert ohne Creme dein Gesicht füllt sich sehr schlecht an!!!!!

• Markus (3/5): Das Gebäude ist außergewöhnlich, das Zimmer gu, das Frühstück ok, der Wellnessbereich grausam und das Personal an der Re - Das Zimmer war gut. So hatte ich das erwartet. Frühstück war ok, aber nichts außergewöhnliches in dieser Preisklasse dürfe mehr geboten werden. Geht aber in Ordnung. Was gar nicht gefallen hat war der Wellnessbereich. Die Sauna viel zu klein, ebenso der Ruhebereich. Man hat sich gefühlt wie im Keller eines Einfamilienhauses aus den 1970 Jahren. Das ging gar nicht. Das Personal an der Rezeption war äußerst unfreundlich.

Wir haben das Personal, natürlich auch hier mit Ausnahmen, grundsätzlich eher als unfreundlich und teilweise weniger professionell wahrgenommen. Das Essen war insgesamt in Ordnung. Im Restaurant haben wir mehrfach erlebt, dass man Tische mit anderen Gästen teilen muss und auch Gruppen aufgeteilt werden, um sie mit anderen an einem Tisch unterzubringen. Flexibilität, bspw. Trotz unbesetzter Tische, haben wir hier dabei nicht wahrnehmen können.

• Roger (8/5): Der Aufenthalt war gut und erholsam. - Das Hotel und auch der Pool waren super. Das Personal war freundlich. Im Zimmer war ein etwas spezieller Geruch. Es hat wie nach kaltem Rauch gerochen. Leider gab es vom Hotel her keine verfügbaren Parkmöglichkeiten. Glücklicherweise waren wir in der Lage am Strassenrand zu parken und haben dafür Parkgebühren bezahlt.

• Anja (9/5): Alles in allem sehr schönes Hotel sauber und gutes Frühstück - Die Lage war sehr zentral Zu Fuß hat man alles erreicht. Bis zu den Geschäften und Kaffee Restaurant etc. Gefahren hat, mir nicht, die Parksituation mehrmals im Kreis zu fahren und am letzten Tag noch einen Strafzettel zu kassieren. Das Parkhaus ist viel zu weit weg.

Ostatní personál také výborný, jak na bazénu tak na procedurách. Obsluha v Loby barech na jedničku, zvláště pak slečna v Nových lázních. Úklid pokojů taktéž výborný. v podstatě jsem nenašli nic co by se nám vyloženě nelíbilo. Byli jsme spokojeni.

Но парковки фактически нет. Небольшой участок перед отелем и тот платный . Пришлось долго искать место самостоятельно. Бассейн на фото выглядит больше чем в действительности.

• Angela (9/5): - Jeglicher Kontakt mit den Mitarbeitern war sehr angenehm. Ich hoffe, die Hotelleitung weiß, was für ein tolles Personal sie haben. Kaffee- und Teebar kann man für 100 kronen/Tag dazu buchen. Ich hätte dies bei dem Hotel für Standard gehalten.

• Angela (7/5): Wir waren im großen und ganzen mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden! - Das Frühstück war war sehr gut und es wurde eine Vielfalt an Speisen angeboten. Wir waren mit dem Service sehr zufrieden. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, waren die unübersichtlichen sehr langen Wege und Gänge zu den Zimmern, Spa und den Anwendungen. Man mußte mehrere Fahrstuhle nutzen um in die entsprechende Etage zu gelangen. Auch war die Ausschilderung recht unübersichtlich! Die Freundlichkeit von der Dame an der Réception im Spa Bereich war alles andere als freundlich.

• Olga (9/5): - The hotel is located in a beautiful building with historic elements in the interior. The breakfast is good. The room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel is connected by corridors to several other Ensana hotels. You can visit the spas at other hotels without leaving the hotel, including the Roman Baths at the Nové Lázně Hotel. The reception staff is very friendly and professional. The receptionist at the spa was unfriendly. If you've booked a hotel room and want to enjoy spa treatments, book well in advance. Most spa treatments were unavailable on the day of arrival.

• Birgit (7/5): Ich komme gerne wieder - Das Frühstück war gut, aber leider nicht so gut wie im letzten Jahr. Kaum Obst und kein guter, wertiger Aufschnitt. Die Suppen im Café Imperial sind lecker, auch die Torten im Wiener Café. Am schönsten fand ich im letzten Jahr die Römischen Bäder. Da hatte ich in diesem Jahr nur einmal für drei Stunden Zutritt! Das war leider nirgends angekündigt worden! Das Service -Personal ist sehr, sehr freundlich. Das Spa-Personal war dagegen auffallend unfreundlich! Seltsam! Toll waren wieder die Sportangebote im Centralni Lazne! Da würde ich mir mehr wünschen. Zum Teil das Frühstück ( oft schon kurz nach 9 Uhr keine Brötchen mehr, zu wenig Obst) und vor allem gerne wieder Zutritt zu den Römischen Bädern jederzeit - wie früher!
• Silvia (9/5): Conosco già bene gli hotel Ensana e sono sempre una certezza. - Tutto. Il posto, le cure termali, il personale. Grazie per la bellissima sorpresa dell’upgrade a una camera con accesso disabili. Le pulizie in camera sono state un po’ frettolose.

• Sven (5/5): Bis auf den gesundheitlichen Totalausfall, tatsächliche Ursache unbekannt, ganz schön. - Die Silvester Party war sehr schön, mit Niveau, Live Musik & Kultur. Verpflegung war auch sehr gut. Vom 1. zum 2. Januar bekam ich dann in der Nacht sehr große Probleme mit dem meinem Verdauungstrakt. Irgendwas lag mir dann vom Abendessen sehr schwer im Magen. Da hatte ich auch alle Symptome diese da dazu gehören. Aus diesen Grund sind wir schon am 2. Januar statt wie geplant am erst am 4. Januar abgereist. Kurioserweise stand ab unserem Abreisetag auf dem Buffet auf einmal Zwieback...! Die Parkplatz Situation am Hotel & im Ort ist schon etwas bescheiden, wenn man nicht gleich bei der Hotelbuchung einen PKW Stellplatz mit bucht. Das Parkhaus ca. 800 Meter weiter weg, war auch schon länger voll. Dafür ist diese Strasse wo dieses liegt noch kostenfrei & da waren zum Glück auch noch freie Stellplätze.

• Iwona (8/5): - Hotel ma bardzo duży potencjał, szczególnie jeśli chodzi o łaźnie, basen oraz strefę spa. Pokój był czysty i regularnie sprzątany. Obiekt składa się z trzech budynków, a świetnym rozwiązaniem są korytarze łączące wszystkie części hotelu, dzięki czemu można swobodnie przemieszczać się bez wychodzenia na zewnątrz. Oprócz restauracji serwującej śniadania i kolacje, na terenie hotelu znajdują się również dwa bardzo przyjemne bary oraz kawiarnia wiedeńska. Jedzenie jest urozmaicone i każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Do łaźni, na basen oraz do barów można dostać się wspomnianymi korytarzami, które mają ciekawy wystrój i pełnią funkcję ścieżek edukacyjnych. Na ścianach umieszczono informacje historyczne, a w niektórych miejscach znajdują się punkty z wodą pitną – według informacji zawartych na tablicach woda ta zawiera cenne dla zdrowia minerały. Na korytarzach dostępne są ławki i fotele, gdzie można usiąść i odpocząć, a w przeszklonej części podziwiać widok na park. Hotel oferuje zarówno parking podziemny, jak i naziemny. Dużym plusem jest także możliwość pobytu z psem. Są jednak dwie kwestie, nad którymi hotel powinien popracować. Pierwsza to lepsza komunikacja personelu z gośćmi – zabrakło np. informacji, że wejście do łaźni wymaga wcześniejszej rezerwacji. Dodatkowo jedna z osób pracujących w restauracji posługiwała się wyłącznie językiem rosyjskim i była dość nieprzyjemna w kontakcie. Przydałoby się również wprowadzenie informacji w języku polskim. Druga kwestia dotyczy komfortu termicznego i bezpieczeństwa – warto docieplić przejście z łaźni do basenu z jacuzzi oraz korytarz prowadzący z przebieralni do basenu w budynku Hvezda. Dobrze byłoby także zastosować maty antypoślizgowe, ponieważ podłoga na tym odcinku jest bardzo śliska. Mimo tych uwag hotel pozostaje na naszej liście miejsc do których chętnie wrócimy. Mamy nadzieję, że wspomniane sugestie zostaną w przyszłości uwzględnione.
• Iwona (8/5): - Hotel má velmi velký potenciál, zejména pokud jde o lázně, bazén a wellness zónu. Pokoj byl čistý a pravidelně uklízený. Hotel se skládá ze tří budov a skvělým řešením jsou chodby, které všechny objekty propojují, takže je možné se pohodlně pohybovat bez nutnosti vycházet ven. Kromě restaurace, kde se podávají snídaně a večeře, se v areálu hotelu nacházejí také dva velmi příjemné bary a vídeňská kavárna. Jídlo je pestré a každý si zde najde to své. Do lázní, na bazén i do barů se lze dostat propojujícími chodbami, které mají zajímavý design a slouží jako vzdělávací stezky. Na stěnách jsou umístěny historické informace a na některých místech se nacházejí stanice s pitnou vodou – podle uvedených informací tato voda obsahuje cenné minerály pro zdraví. Na chodbách jsou k dispozici lavičky a křesla, kde si lze odpočinout, a v prosklených částech chodeb je možné obdivovat výhled do parku. Hotel nabízí parkování jak v podzemní garáži, tak i venkovní parkoviště. Velkým plusem je také možnost pobytu se psem. Jsou však dvě oblasti, na kterých by měl hotel zapracovat. První z nich je lepší komunikace personálu s hosty – chyběly například informace o nutnosti rezervace vstupu do lázní. Dále jedna z osob pracujících v restauraci hovořila pouze rusky a byla v kontaktu nepříjemná. Bylo by vhodné zavést informace také v polském jazyce. Druhá oblast se týká tepelného komfortu a bezpečnosti – doporučujeme lépe zateplit průchod z lázní do bazénu s vířivkou a také chodbu vedoucí ze šaten do bazénu v budově Hvězda. Velmi by pomohlo umístění protiskluzových rohoží, protože podlaha je v tomto úseku velmi kluzká. Navzdory těmto připomínkám hotel zůstává na našem seznamu míst, kam se rádi vrátíme. Doufáme, že uvedené podněty budou v budoucnu zohledněny.

• Irina (7/5): Es war gut, aber das Schwimmbad war zu. - Ein tolles Haus, mit einem wunderschönen Essenssaal! Ein schön eingerichtetes Zimmer, mitten in der Stadt. Das Schwimmbad war von 15.12 bis 21.12.25 zu und wir wurden gar nicht vor der Anreise informiert! Es gab eine kleine Alternative im benachbarten Hotel für 1,5 Stunde pro Tag und nur bis 14 :30 Einlass. Dann gabs ein Angebot unseren Aufenthalt zu verlängern, aber an der Rezeption wurde uns abgesagt. Wir müssen um 11 Uhr raus. Ich finde, dass bei so einem Hotel die Gäste müsse vorher über solche Situationen informiert werden.

• Oliver (2/5): Völlig überteuert und unverschämtes Personal. - Das Personal, war unfreundlich bis unverschämt. An der Spa-Rezeption wurden wir, als wir spontan nach einem Massagetermin fragten, buchstäblich angeschrien, was uns denn einfallen würde, nicht im Voraus zu reservieren. Ich kann nicht verstehen, wie man solches Personal an einer Rezeption einsetzen kann. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt ganz und gar nicht. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, jedes kommunale Schwimmbad ist besser ausgestattet als der "Spa-Bereich".

• James (5/5): Nice comfortable rooms, poor staffing and almost no one who speaks English. - Breakfast was adequate but not exceptional by an y means. She were extremely disppointmnebn ted boy the staffing and organization of the hotel. Dagmar K, the weekend lady staffing the Spa Reservation area upstairs, was so extraordinarily rude and dismissive , noting "NO WE CANNOT HELP YOU, I WON'T SAY ANYTHING MORE." She refused even to acknowledge us. Finally I had to call a Czech friend in Prague to speak Czech to her and DEMAND she stop being rude and unhelpful. . We had a 70 yearly lady with us who needed oxygen treatment and this was inexcusable, even for a weekend staffer. Dagmar also claimed she spoke "no English." However, after I secured the help of my friend in Prague who spoke sternly with her in Czech, and noted that he would report her to the management of the hotel, she suddenly became slightly more human and pose some English. We also must thank Martina, a a very kind helper in the breathing/oixygen treatments section that also spoke sternly to Dagmar. This is a problem with the management of this hotel -- lack of adequate staffing, especially on weekends. The front desk was confused and took 256 min Utes to check us in, Dagmar was extraodiarnily rude, and we had an awful first day. However, after the above-mentioned intervention, our lady friend did get a couple of treatments on Saturday. However, the Hotel's website FAILED to mention that there are Either no services or greately reduced services on weekend -- we would never have booked had we know this.

• Doris (8/5): - Das Ambiente, die Ausstattung und die Verbindung der Hotels waren sehr gut. Die Sauna war für die größe des Hotels zu klein und es gab keinen Ruheraum. Im Bad war der Lärmpegel zu hoch und dadurch nicht wirklich erholsam. Wir wollten ein Wellness Wochenende genießen, das war leider nicht möglich.

• Hartmann (8/5): Schickes Hotel mit unendlichen Möglichkeiten - Alles, so gut wie. Auf alle Fälle ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals sehr hervorzuheben. Am Anreisetag hat uns die Dame vom Empfang zum Parkhaus begleitet um zu schauen,ob unser Auto (Van) reinpasst,wir hatten vorher reserviert. Es war alles gut und sie hat uns danach noch ein wenig durch das "Labyrinth" Hotel geführt. Essen (HP) war ausreichend und schmackhaft,. Die Umgebung ist toll,es gibt viel zu sehen und zu erwandern. Das Spa entsprach unseren Vorstellungen absolut,Die Massage war perfekt und wohltuend, vielen Dank dafür. Wir kommen wieder,die Zeit (nur 2 Tage) war leider zu kurz. Das Hotel ist sehr weitläufig. Eigentlich sind es drei Hotels,die unterirdisch miteinander verbunden sind . Nach einigen Verirrungen haben wir uns dann gut zurecht gefunden. Eigentlich ist das kein Makel...nur für Leute die eingeschränkt gefähig sind könnte das ein Problem sein. Deshalb wäre es gut das auf der Website zu erwähnen. Im Café Imperial haben wir leider 25 min auf unsere Bestellung warten müssen und dann auch nochmal solange bis die Rechnung kam,trotz Aufforderung. Wahrscheinlich lag das am knappen Personal Das ist auf alle Fälle verbesserungswürdig.

• Dorit (8/5): Insgesamt stilvolles, sauberes Hotel mit einigen Servicelücken - Es war sauber und das Leitungspersonal sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr schön und die Parkmöglichkeiten ausreichend, auch wenn in der hoteleigenen Garage nichts mehr frei ist. Das Frühstückangebot war grundsätzlich sehr vielseitig. Weiter zum Frühstück: obwohl noch 45 min Zeit waren bis zum Frühstücksende, wurden Saft und Obstsalat nicht aufgefüllt. Nach Brötchen musste man mehrfach fragen, wobei man letztlich die richtigen Personen erwischen musste, die sich selbst zuständig fühlten. Ein Teil des Servicepersonals hat die Nachfrage ignoriert. Es sind mehrere Hotels durch unterirdische Gänge verbunden, hier braucht es etwas Zeit, um sich zurecht zu finden. Wir hatten uns sehr auf das Römische Bad (tolle Bilder) gefreut, dieses ließ sich aber nur reservieren bei mehr als 2 Nächten Übernachtung. Ansonsten hätte die Nutzung 40 Euro/ Person gekostet. Schade vor allem deshalb, weil es uns beim einchecken auf dem Infozettel als inclusive angepriesen wurde. Zu unserem Zimmer mussten wir durch ein Café was abends auch als Bar genutzt wurde. Das war im Bademantel vom Pool/ der Sauna kommend, etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Zum Beispiel bei uns hat die sich beschwert, dass der Boden nass war in der umkleide Mit Polen oder Stauballergie Finger weg vom Hotel, da kein Staub gewischt wird im Aufenthalt von zwei Wochen
