- Jan (6/5): My stay was OK because I only needed the property to sleep at. - The location was excellent for what I needed. The kitchen was a good size. There was plenty of room in the garage for my car. Upon arrival the locked box containing the key was difficult to find. I had to walk through an area that were not mowed and contained prickles. Using the garage remote was the only way in and out of the property. The garage remote was dodgy and most times took serval pushes of the buttons to get it to work. On entering the house there were several marks on the walls, damaged walls were poorly fixed and paint did not match the original wall colour. The TV had NO TV channels turned in. There was rubbish on the veranda area left by previous occupants.

- Michelle (8/5): Very good - It was convenient to my family who I was visiting , the house was comfortable No tea towels , bath mats and face cloths also couldn’t get the TV to work and no response to fix.

- Rachelle (4/5): Would not stay there again, too dirty. - Quiet area, close to place I needed to go. VERY VERY dirty, shower had hair and grime and pink mould in the bottom, sheets looked unchanged and were not nice quality or matching, the towels were almost see through, rough and threadbare. Not enough pillows and the bedding smelled like an old op shop. The lower floor bedrooms smelt of body odour and I had to wipe over everything with disinfectant as it was dirty, the ensuite toilet had urine in it I flushed and urine stains all around the top of the bowl. Also the couch was filthy and stained and so was the nasty cover that was put over it to hide it. Wifi didn’t work. Also I was supposed to receive a text with instructions to get in but Instead I had to call the owner to get code to get in. The owner was polite and I was able to get in easily.

- Phil (8/5): It was a great stay, quiet and comfortable and met our needs other than for the wifi issue. - There was a problem with the wifi which we could connect to ok but gave no actual internet access. We contacted the owner who checked on it with the ISP but even rebooting the equipment did not fix it. This was probably a problem with the ISP but was frustrating for us.

- Yogeshwaran (7/5): Good but needs a bit of maintenance check - Location is good. Close to shops, park and freeway. Easily accessible as the key is placed in garage. Gas cooking, split aircon, view from balcony are good. Good parking space as the house is in a suburb. House needs a bit of cleaning, especially kitchen and lounge. Owners need to make sure kitchen utensils, sofa and toilets are cleaned well before check in. Recliner sofa is too dirty. Beds and pillows are not comfortable.

I had t - Showers were great, but could do with a good clean around the doors. You say there were free toiletries but they looked like people’s leftovers? Main parts of the house were clean. When first arrived the impressions weren’t good with over grown gardens, full of weeds and cat poo! Also a pair of boots and socks outside and the curtains closed made us think there were people inside! No bath mats or hand towels and the towels were so hard they made for great back scratchers! Why are the bathroom vanity drawers full of half used toilet rolls? As much as we are grateful for the stay, it really did lack any tender loving care! And the couch is disgusting! I had to use the scratchy towels to cover it before sitting down! I could go on but I won’t.

- Amit (6/5): Unfortunately not a great stay! - It was new and close to grocery stores and market. The location was a bit out of way from what we wanted to do but that was our problem. The house was new but underwhelming. It was a super hot day and the house was hot. AirCon was only in the top living room and master. Dining area and the lower 2 bedrooms didn’t have any. Took a few hours to cool it down. It wasn’t well stocked as well. Kitchen was missing basic supplies like knife, washing detergent, etc, the microwave was dirty and closed in a cabinet so the cabinet smelled bad. Same issue with washrooms. Not enough bath gel. Also the living room sofas were dirty. Since it’s been rented as an apartment / townhouse, one expects a bit more comfortable and complete package. Just overall we felt, it could have been better stocked. The owner was prompt and courteous when connected.
