• Kenlou (4/5): Disappointing - Location Upon entering the property, we immediately noticed a musty, dusty odor. As I looked around, it became clear that the cleanliness could be improved. The bedside tables, in particular, had a noticeable layer of dust, and the beach towels provided didn’t seem the most hygienic—fortunately, we had brought our own. Additionally, some toiletries were missing. That said, the location is excellent, and I appreciated the quick response from customer service when we reached out. I hope this feedback will help enhance the overall guest experience moving forward.

• Debbie (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful communication. Beautifully presented personal accomodation. Great location. Our only disappointment was that we had to cut our stay short due to a looming cyclone. Will definitely be back.
• Tony (9/5): Great apartment in a central location. - Excellent property in a great location. Surprisingly modern, fresh and very clean. In the heart of Noosa Heads on Hastings Street, across the road from the beach, pool facilities good. Could not fault it. More bath towels and beach towels would have been handy. Although the apartment was within the Sebel Complex, their staff could not assist with more towels.
• Liz (7/5): Fantastic and relaxing stay at Hastings Street, Noosa. - The instructions and directions from the host were very easy to follow. You have to remember that the pick up point is at a different location than the property but with good planning that isn't a problem. The property itself was very well maintained, clean and facilities were great. The apartment we had was lovely - you can see a lot of effort into the recent refurbishment. The pick up location was quite handy as we shopped for groceries in a similar spot so there really isn't anything that we didn't like. As mentioned, good planning means you will remember to pick up the keys from a different location to the actual property. Unfortunately the patio/balcony was smaller than the photos indicated and there was no view - just the back of another building.

• Andrew (6/5): Reasonable but not good - A view was confirmed by the agent when booking . There is no view. The kitchen equipment,plates, cutlery and glasses are below standard and minimal. Not the same standard as the appartment presents

We parked the car and didn’t touch it until we left to go home. The walk in the national park was absolutely beautiful and we were lucky and saw whales, dolphins and turtles. Nothing
