• Ирина (9/5): Прекрасен апартамент - Прекрасен апартамент, на място, което много ми хареса. Много добре екипиран, с подбрани цветове, мебели. Имах проблем с налягането на топлата вода и собствениците направиха всичко възможно да решат проблема ми, въпреки че беше преди Великден.
• Sergei (10/5): - Очень красивая и ухоженная квартира. Было очень чисто! Особенно порадовала новогодняя елка, это создало приятное впечатление. В квартире есть все, что может понадобиться - посуда, приборы, чай, кофе. Мы остались довольны, не хотелось уезжать. Очень удобный гараж, им легко пользоваться. Диван немного старый, на нем неудобно сидеть и невозможно разложить, сломан механизм. Но это не испортило общего впечатления
• Francisco Javier (8/5): Bonito y acogedor. Ubicación tranquila. Pena que algunas cosas (como garaje) no funcionaban. - 1) La decoración, el estilo: bonita y conseguida. En todas partes: salón, habitación, incluso la entrada. todas las ventanas (y puertas a la terraza: desde el salón y la habitación) con cortinas y mosquiteras. 2) La ubicación: tranquila y céntrica (para lo grande que es Plovdiv). Eso sí: no hay tiendas cerca y hasta el centro (zona peatonal, con restaurantes, terrazas...) son entre 10 a 15' caminando. 3) La tele: grande. 4) La terraza: bastante grande y tranquila (aunque después de comer pega mucho el sol). 5) La cocina: bien equipada (con lavadora y pequeño lavavajillas, una nevera muy grande). En general: es un edificio nuevo, y está todo cuidado y limpio. Además, la comunicación con los propietarios fue fluida y buena (aunque no se consiguió arreglar lo del garaje...) 4) Todas las cosas que no funcionaban: la puerta del baño no cerraba, una de las luces del dormitorio (sobre la cama, para leer...) tampoco, el sofá incómodo en el medio (parecía roto o que le faltaba una pata)... Y lo peor: la puerta del garaje no abría (parece que se podía manualmente... pero pasé de intentarlo), por lo que los dos días tuve que dejar el coche en la calle (delante del garaje, sobre la acera). 5) El salón: parece que faltan muebles (o algunos, como la mesa para comer -hay también un escritorio- es pequeña) por lo que parece un poco vacío, y el sofá (grande: caben 3 e incluso 4 personas) es incómodo a veces. 6) Un poco caluroso (aunque tiene A/C, claro): por la altura y orientación, por las tardes (y Plovdiv es muy caluroso en verano)
• Hilda (10/5): Perfect place if you’re looking for a calm stay - I liked everything! Cozy interior, calm area, spacious kitchen and living room. Comfortable bed. Fantastic view also. Very sunny place, has everything you need for a long or short stay. The place has private garage with convenient door and remote. The host is really nice and collaborative. I was given clear instructions about everything and had no problems with my stay. 100% recommend!
