• Jennifer (9/5): We loved the property and can’t wait to stay there again - We loved staying at the property it was convenient and very spacious. The pool wasn’t the cleanest, there was a mouse/rat in the pool area and on the grill.
• ADAM (10/5): Great base to visit both coasts - wonderful modern house - We actually ended up staying at a different property owned by the same company. The morning of our arrival, we were contacted to say there had been an issue with the home and we were being moved to a different house one street away. The new house was pretty amazing though. Kids loved the games room, pool, we made good use of the outdoor kitchen (extra cost). Great communication for the owners. The pool was dirty on arrival (green and murky) and not as clear as the other neighbouring pools. As soon as we raised this concern, the pool maintenance team were sent out and it improved over the last few days. A bit more sun in the back yard would have been good - our tree was huge meaning we had shade all day. All in all a wonderful stay though.
• Brenda (6/5): Our stay was comfortable but could have been better with more attention to details. - It is a good location and good value for the money. The house is comfortable and fairly clean. We mainly used it to sleep and went to universal. On Friday, we rested and enjoyed the property and resort. It was not ready on time. We arrived after 5pm but the property was still being cleaned because the air conditioning was being fixed. The dishes were put away dirty and the kitchen mat was very very wet. The dishwasher doesn’t open all the way because the stove is in the way, and the top rack is broken. There was a hasty patched ceiling in the kitchen. The screen by the pool was broken and the TV on the back porch has black lines in the middle of the screen. The TV in the Toy Story room doesn’t have streaming ability and doesn’t get kid channels. The remotes for all the upstairs fans don’t work and the light in the upstairs master bedroom doesn’t work. Communication with the property owner was not great. We didn’t receive the message that the heater for the hot tube, pool, and grill was an extra charge and needs to be requested 3 days before we arrive until the day we arrived. Also, when I asked about what we needed to do to check out, I never received a reply. I did what I thought was required and received an answer after our check out time. When I messaged the owner about the complaints, I didn’t receive a reply until after we check out.
