Badliza (6/5): Good for a very short stay only - Facilities eg pool, gym was built excellent, security and lobby. Location to malls are within reach by Grab. The furniture needs major upgrade. The sofa needs changing as it was very uncomfortable and torn, bed mattress needs to be changed as it sunken in the middle. One of the toilet has stale bad smell, kitchen chopping board and towels need changing as it was broken and torn slightly & not absorbent.
Mabrook (10/5): This is a excellent property for a small family to stay in KL. Clean and play area for kids and the pools are fantastic. - Clean , friendly communication with host Sometimes to get a lift it takes time and some lifts didn’t work with the key
Nuraimi (10/5): Exceptional - The house was clean and cozy. Smooth check in, easy accesibity to lift and other facilities. Location strategic, nice view of KL sky line. Facilities in the house are very good. Check out is at 1100am which is okay.Got netflix also. wifi fast. The beds were super comfy. No coway/water dispenser in the house. The kettle is not functioning.

Nur (10/5): Exceptional - Cozy, comfortable place to stay with family. Provided necessary facilities except that they use steamer instead of iron. Unit was not cleaned yet when I checked in but the owner was quick to take over the issue and settled it. So no big deal. Too high from the ground. If you have fear of heights probably wont recommend. The doorknob for master bedroom is broken, we got locked in and luckily can be opened from outside.

Farhan (10/5): Excellent - Trion had the easiest and most straightforward check-in process out of all the properties I stayed in during my Malaysia trip. It was self check-in and there was nothing like extra payment for late check-in and stuff. The views from all three rooms were beautiful. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. The location was nice, there were shops nearby and getting to places was easy. I was in tower A which was very conveniently located near a BMW showroom so providing Grab drivers with the right location was a breeze. The staff was friendly and always available over WhatsApp.

Hazmi (8/5): Nice, beautiful place. Will try another apartment on the property - The apartment is nice and very clean. All the necessities are there. My family really like it. The towels they provide are not really towels. Its more like a cleaning cloth. It didn’t absorbs water much. And there is no mirror in the bedroom and living room. Only in the toilet. It makes it hard to get ready when someone else is using the toilet. The steamer iron doesn’t really work. It is very jard to iron cloth.
