Anastasiia (1/5): Never again!!!! Smell awful!!! Dirty!! - It was awful experience!!!!!!! The flat smell as gym inside.!!!!!!!! I have to open all windows and left for some hours to have ability to breath!!!!!!!!! Ok, I can tell you just never!!!!!!! NEVER book such apartment, a lot of restrictions!!!!! Property owner will charge 50€ additionally and its not refundable!!!!! And its also a quest to find apartments. Manager will send you instructions after 2 calls and 30 minutes. About cleaning- it cost 50€(you will mention it after payment as additional charge ), and it’s awful, flor is not clean, everything old and in such yellow plumps. Bed and mattress - too soundly, be able to insomnia
Yvonne (1/5): Housing to avoid imperatively - Very bad flat, difficult communication with the owner and difficult access to the flat. The entrance was hidden and difficult to find. We asked for 4 beds, and only 3 were in fact available. And a strong bad smelling (toilet discharge odors) which hampered us from staying in the flat. We had to find an hotel in emergency and despite numerous exchange with the owner no refund. We paid 2 times for our stay in Tokyo. The owner could come times to times to control the status of the flat and the cleanliness. We were also upset about the wrong decription of the flat (3 beds and not 4 as stated)
Szu (8/5): Overall, it provides a good stay experience at a fair price. - The facility is complete. Microwave, small oven, hob, washing machine, and WiFi. It's excellent for travelers who want to cook and do laundry. Location: The nearest metro station is New Otsuka. The walking distance is about 1.4km. International travelers who use multi-day metro pass is not valid to take JR (Ostuka) or Local train near the apartment. Accommodation: The max capacity for the accommodation is 6. However, the sofa and ground pad quality is not well. If travelers want to have good sleeping quality, the recommended max cap is 2 for using the bed. Hygiene: The sofa cover was not clean and I got bites. Thanks for the washing machine. I removed and washed it to solve the problem.
Nsr (9/5): Good location. Big bathroom. - Good location. Peaceful neighbourhood. Near the train station. If you don’t take the correct route from the train station to the property, you end up walking down a road with many women soliciting customers. Not very pleasant for a family. Can feel dodgy. But once you get the right route, it is absolute peaceful, feels safe and nice.
