Unica pecca (che però non centra con l'appartamemro in sè) è che per arrivare qui dal centro, devi fare un cambio di mezzi e scendere in una zona non esattamente residenziale, anzi Per il resto tutto buono
• Isidora (9/5): - El studio es espacioso, todo funciona bien. Las dueñas son muy amables y atentas para solucionar cualquier duda o problemita. Es un poco lejos del centro, pero el transporte público es muy bueno y pasa a menudo. Se puede llegar al centro en 40 minutos.

• Adel Amin (10/5): A very clean and nice place full of many facilities with very responsive hosts. - The place was very clean and full of all the facilities I needed and more than I needed also. The flexibility of the hosts was incredible. They were always responsive and nice. Many thanks to Martina and Tamara.
• Sanjeev (4/5): Disappointing - Location is good. Many eateries around. Quite close from public transport options. Uncomfortable place. No climate control facility. No AC, not even a fan for the hot weather. No provision of regular cleaning during your stay, even for a four-night stay. No supply for consumables like coffee, or milk in the apartment (something that is quite common in other places).
• Gupta (6/5): Great stay however facilities could be improved. - Great Location, Great host! Spacious apartment! The apartment could benefit from a quick cleaning if the stay is longer than a week — even a basic weekly refresh would go a long way. The TV is quite dated and doesn’t have any smart features, which might be worth considering for future guests. This is my third time staying in Vienna, and I’ve stayed in similar apartments at this price point that included amenities like a dishwasher, which added to the comfort.
• András (9/5): Superb - The check-in/out process was very straightforward. The apartment was very clean. Loved how close public transport stops were. There was a smell of cigarettes in the room we couldn't get rid of. All else was fine

• Papa (7/5): Good - Well equipped kitchen, toilet paper, complimentary chocolates, quite neighbors Weird smell coming from bathroom and after 2 nights the bins were full and needed changing but for 4 nights there wasn't any cleaning service. Overall the pros were more and had a great time

• Dinesh (5/5): Passable - The bed was really uncomfortable. It's a large king size bed with two small mattresses. This means if you sleep slightly in the centre as I usually do as a solo traveller it is uncomfortable. I woke up every day with a very sore and stiff back. Probably not an issue for most guests but it was for me. The second issue was I woke up each morning to the smell of cigarettes in the kitchen/living room area. The smell appeared to be coming through the air conditioning vents. So either one the guests was smoking in their room or near the aircondition intake. Either way as someone who gets headaches from the smell it was not a pleasant smell to wake up to. Martina from the staff (remote) was friendly and helpful and checked on me from time to time. The hotel is well connected to trams and buses making it easy to get to the city centre in about 30 minutes. And the neighborhood had supermarkets pharmacies and restaurants for your daily needs. However as a traveler who is on vacation and on the move all day I value good sleep in a comfortable bed and breathable air when I get back to my room. Unfortunately my stay here couldn't provide me that. Without staff on premises I do not believe they could have resolved both my specific issues.

• Joel (10/5): Excellent little property - Excellent little property, perfect for what we needed for the weekend. Nothing wrong with the property for what we needed. Couldn’t get the TV to work but we didn’t use it as we were out most of the days. There could have been more convenient power sockets but that is if I’m being really picky 😂

• Anna (9/5): We had the best time, in a lovely apartment, in one of the best cities we’ve been to. - The instructions we were given were very clear and the photos sent were helpful. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Only a suggestion but - an iron/ ironing board would have been useful but definitely not a deal breaker. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was warm. We went in November when the weather was cold. The location was further from the city than we thought but that didn’t spoil our stay.

• Jeremy (6/5): Pleasant - Location was alright, takes about 30 minutes to the city centre. Room and bathroom were a nice size, and simple kitchen to make any food. Also good amount of coat/storage space and desk space. A lot of fruit flies on the walls, on the ceilings and in the bathroom. Also saw a couple of silverfish on the dining table which was not great. Towels were provided which was good, but they did smell of cigarette smoke.
• Aleksei (10/5): Exceptional - Small and cheap apartment in a turkish neighbourhood with supermarkets and cafes around. Metro station is 10 minutes walk away from the door. Bed, table, small kitchen. Everything was as expected

• Holly (8/5): Very good - lovely accomodation, plenty of space & perfect for after long days of sightseeing the location is slightly out of the tourist areas - we had to commute about 30 minutes each way on the trams to get into the heart of the city for the day, but the transport system is very easy to use

• Truta (7/5): Good - Close to Hauptbanhof and Supermarkets. The bed was very uncomfortable, closer to a twin than a double. The zone is not the most touristic one. On Saturday it was a party in the apartments complex that lasted until 1:00. Not so many restaurants in walking distance.
• Aleksandra (3/5): Absolutely uncomfortable - Very dirty. The dishes are covered in leftover food, the dishwashing liquid is diluted to the state of ordinary water, in the bathroom there are other people's hair even on the soap dispenser. I'm not sure they even clean up in between.
