• Amalia (5/5): Falta de respuesta, no me gusto tener gastos extras por algo que estaba incluido. - El alojamiento está aceptable. No cumple con la descripción en cuanto a lo que hay en la casa y que seria lo normal puesto que lo pagas. Hemos estado siete días y hemos tenido que comprar todos los artículos necesarios para poder utilizar la cocina y poder limpiarla, un recogedor, estropajos, bayetas , servilletas, productos para la lavadora, lavavajillas, todo que se supone que había. Estoy acostumbrada a hacer muchas reservas de todo tipo y es la primera vez que me ha pasado, incluso en sitios compartidos y muchísimo más económicos hemos tenido de todo, incluso detalles que no esperábamos y que se aprecia no tener que comprar, para tener una estancia cómoda con lo que se paga, porque precisamente cogimos este de precio más elevado para tener todo sin preocupación. Lo comunicamos y dijeron que lo solucionarían, pero nada más se supo, no ha habido ningún tipo de respuesta más. Hay que comunicarse por wspp con ellos, responden rápido, pero por dos perfiles diferentes además de booking donde reservas, y van derivándose de unos a otros y siempre respuesta virtual.
• Jan (8/5): - The apartment was located in a single-story annex of another building, which didn't look encouraging at first glance. However, it was clean, spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped . The neighborhood (Pigneto district) was interesting, typical Italian, and getting around Rome was very easy thanks to the proximity to the metro and bus stops. We had constant problems with setting the shower water temperature: after 1-2 minutes of normal operation, boiling water was flowing, making it impossible to take a shower. We reported the problem to the management company but received no help until the end of our stay, so we managed to have a proper bath only after moving to another apartment booked through Booking.com.
• Mina (8/5): - It was clean, looks nice, has everything you need. Metro, bus and train station are nearby. If you plan on staying here during winter - don't. Unfortunately it is really cold and the heating relies on 2 air conditions (which don't work properly) and they can't heat the place up. We asked host for additional heating device and we were provided with one, but it still wasn't enough (you couldn't plug in the heating device at the same time as the air conditioning works, as the power will go out) That's a big downside, but I am sure in the summer it is a great place to stay.

• AlmaBM (6/5): Falta mucho equipamiento - El apartamento está en un barrio muy bien comunicado, El apartamento tiene un tamaño adecuado para dos personas. En general tiene muchos déficit. Para empezar nuestra estancia fue de 8 noches. Solo nos dejaron un juego de toallas limpio por persona. Tuvimos que comprar muchas cosas porque no estaban disponibles; *Papel higiénico, solo dejaron dos rollos, para 8 días. *Bayetas, no había ninguna, así que si reservas un apartamento con intención de cocinar, no vas a tener con que limpiar. *Estropajos, para aclarar los platos antes de meterlos en el lavavajillas. *Trapos de cocina *Bolsas de basura: solo dejaron las bolsas colocadas en los cubos, dos en la cocina y una en el baño. Si las llenas, pues te toca comprar bolsas o reutilizar las del super. Si pretendes poner la lavadora, olvídate, no hay un tendedero ni pinzas. El armario no se puede abrir, las puertas tropiezan con la cama o con la mesilla. En resumen: reservas un apartamento pensando que tienes ciertas ventajas frente a un hotel, pero al final, tienes que comprar bastantes suministros que deberían estar incluidos.

• Paula (9/5): - Acogedor y en un barrio con encanto. Apartamento cómodo con buenas frecuencias de todo tipo de transporte público para ir al centro. El ruido de las tuberias.
• Alice (4/5): Peccato, sarebbe stato un belll'appartamento - Appartamento carino vicino alla stazione della metro Pigneto. Pessima comunicazione con l'host, scortesi e assenti. Non c'erano le coperte e in casa faceva freddo. La porta di ingresso è dura e difficile da aprire. La chiave, secondo l'host dovrebbe sempre essere lasciata nella keybox all'ingresso sulla strada, cosa che mi sono rifiutata di fare per motivi di sicurezza.

• Amada (8/5): Muy cómodo - La ubicación muy buena, con diferentes transportes públicos cerca. El apartamento es actual y moderno, con las comodidades necesarias para pasar unos días. El anfitrión resolvió enseguida un par de problemas que tuvimos y fue muy amable. Las terrazas que tiene (privadas) son estupendas y tienen lo necesario para estar a gusto. En la cocina, los utensilios son muy escuetos, al igual que el menaje. No hay productos de limpieza (bayetas, estropajos...). El apartamento, al ser un bajo, tiene bastante humedad y eso se nota tanto en las paredes como en la sensación en el cuerpo.
• Giulia (7/5): Buono ma non troppo - L'appartamento si trova in un'ottima posizione e tranquilla, vicino a supermercati/fermate bus utili/locali tipici in cui mangiare. Presenta una bellissima terrazza disposta su due piani e l'estetica del mobilio è di buon impatto visivo. La porta d'ingresso inizialmente non si chiudeva, lo staff è intervenuto rapidamente con efficienza ed efficacia. L'appartamento non era sufficentemente pulito e alcune delle forniture essenziali segnalate su booking non erano presenti. Mancavano pentole, scolapasta, sapone piatti, spugna pulita, prodotti generici per la pulizia, pastiglie sapone per poter utilizzare la lavastoviglie e stendibiancheria.

• sea (10/5): I had a great time and really advice you book this apartment - I loved it🖤 The location was good, very nice neighborhood, felt very local, so many restaurants outside the apartment and like four minutes walk from the metro station. The apartment was comfortable for two people, it could be nice for like one more. The patio is so big! There is a second floor to it you do not see in the photos. The owner of the apartment was nice and available to every question and helped a lot. They let us come in and do an earlier check-in due to the big luggage I had. There is a supermarket very close to my groceries and there were some supplies in the apartment like coffee, olive oil and more. Only had one problem with the shower🫠 it was kind of difficult to understand how to turn on the water without it burning my skin or freezing me, aside from that it was all good ✌️

• Karla (8/5): Great apartment near public transport - The location of apartment is great, close to the metro, bus and tram stops, and it is surrounded by restaurants, bars, and a small shop. It was well-equipped with everything needed, including a kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, and TV. It also has two beautiful terraces. The apartment is not in the touristy part of the city, but the neighborhood has a genuine Italian feel. Staying here in mid-November had some downsides. The heating relies solely on air conditioning units, which made it difficult to keep the place warm. Additionally, the terraces, which are a great feature, couldn’t really be used due to the cold weather. I believe this apartment would be perfect during spring and summer and not so much during colder months. Also, adding a dish soap and a couple of mugs would really be a plus.

• Alexandra (10/5): Everything worked out. We would stay here again. - The location is great! Very close to the metro. If you want, you can even walk to the city center. In the evenings, Via del Pigneto is filled with a festive atmosphere. There’s a wide variety of restaurants and bars. At the same time, no noise is heard in the apartment itself. The location was easy to find. The host was available when needed. We really liked the courtyard, and we sometimes had dinner there. Having two air conditioners, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine is a huge plus. We didn't use the TV. There's a Lidl at the next station, for anyone who needs that kind of store. Everything was basically okay.

Neighborhood: 10/10, vibrant with bars and evening activities, yet not overly noisy. Host: Exceptional, the most attentive host I’ve ever encountered. He responded promptly and resolved every minor issue with ease. House: Charming and cozy🤍
