• alida (8/5): Erg aangenaam verblijf waar we zeker naar terug gaan. - De ligging was erg gunstig, goed ontvangst, de vrijheid om te spelen op de piano’s of vleugels en heerlijk ontbijt. De kamer zou iets gezelliger kunnen. Wellicht mooie foto’s/schilderij met piano’s.

• Astrid (7/5): Prima locatie maar klantvriendelijkheid kan beter - De locatie was erg goed tov het centrum. Ik kreeg geen enkele reactie op vragen die ik vooraf stelde. Telefoon werd ook niet opgenomen. Er werd ook geen ontbijt aangeboden vooraf maar ook niet ter plaatse (tegen betaling). Erg jammer dat de communicatie zo slecht was. De meneer die ons ontving was wel erg vriendelijk, maar door de slechte communicatie vooraf hadden we er een minder goed gevoel bij.

On a eu du mal à trouver l'entrée car on n'était pas sûrs qu'il s'agissait de la même entrée que le magasin. Mais c'est un détail dans ce séjour de qualité!

• Yoline (8/5): - La localisation est parfaite Chambre proche de la cuisine et réveillés par le rangement de la vaisselle. Deux matelas simples et non un lit double. Chambre qui donne sur la rue et bruit.

Annoncé lit double mais deux lits une personne collés l'un à l'autre. Pas similaire aux photos visibles sur Booking lors de la réservation. Pas de possibilité pour une couette 2 personnes (uniquement 2 couettes 1 personne à disposition pour le week-end). Trous de mites dans les draps de lit.

• Annemieke (9/5): Een paar dagen Gent die ondanks de regen af en toe prima is bevallen. Een echte aanrader!! - De locatie was prima, dicht bij het centrum alles was te belopen. De badkamer was prima, elke dag schoon, ruim genoeg en regelamtig verschonen van handdoeken. we waren super tevreden!

Ocurrio un problema que para hacer el cheking y poder entrar a la vivienda, me dieron un codigo erroneo y eran las 9 de la noche en Bèlgica y no podíamos entrar a la casa y no conseguia contactar con la anfitriona. Estuvimos mas de media hora en la Calle sin saber si podriamos entrar. Al final pudimos entrar ya que salian una gente y aprovechamos que la puerta estava abierta. El resto muy bien. No poder contactar con la propietaria cuando tenia ençlmproblema de no poder entrar a la vivienda. Si tiene gente alojada tienen que estar localitzables para Cualquier incidencia que pueda haber.

• Thomas (5/5): Good location, bad hygiene - Very well located and nice staff Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the Piano Guesthouse. The main issue was hygiene: the bathroom was not clean upon arrival. The toilet seat had brown stains and some substance underneath it, and there was a lot of mold at the bottom of the shower and in the sealant joints. The trash bin was still full of waste from the previous guest. In short, not recommended.

• Priya (4/5): Very disappointed - Location had good access to the centre, pianos are beautiful, it was clean. The receptionist/hostess/cleaner did not show us around or how anything worked, she then promptly left. Later we had issues with the TV not having a signal. It was cold and the heating remote did not work, the coffee machine also did not always work we messaged through booking.com and WhatsApp and did not receive any response. The shower, strangely although not a wet room did not have a door. It was asked any other requests on the booking.com and I advised it was my boyfriends bday, this was not acknowledged in any way, so very disappointing we had this experience. The whole experience felt not well thought out and felt more like a hands off Airbnb property.

• Catherine (9/5): 1 Night in Ghent - We had a lovely stay at the Piano Guesthouse. It's in a fabulous location a stone's throw away from the Belfry Tower. The room was comfortable, clean and provided everything we needed and there was a communal space on the landing where you could prepare hot drinks. There's also obviously an impressive collection of pianos!

• Lucie (10/5): Séjour parfait, je recommande! - L’originalité du lieu. Le magasin de piano ajoute vraiment quelque chose c’est magnifique. L’endroit est charmant et convivial Rien. J’avais un peu peur pour le bruit car certains commentaires disaient que c’était bruyant et ayant un sommeil très léger j’ai besoin de calme. Finalement je n’ai pas trouvé l’endroit bruyant, on a juste dormi avec la fenêtre fermée et j’étais plus dérangée par mon copain qui dormait à côté de moi que par le bruit du lieu

• Myron (7/5): Fijn en deed aan de verwachtingen. - Het was een hele fijne kamer. Ruim bed. Mooie badkamer. Het was ook makkelijk de bereiken. Alleen het geluid van buiten af was heel hard. En de hele nacht heb ik geluiden van buiten gehoord.

All'arrivo la nostra camera non era pronta per un disguido e la proprietaria ci ha subito dato un'altra stanza, più bella di quella che avevamo prenotato. Silenzioso, zanzariere alle finestre, arredato con cura. Posizione perfetta. Doccia molto grande. Letto comodo. Parcheggio a pagamento a pochi minuti a piedi.

• Kim (9/5): Bijzonder overnachten superdicht bij het centrum van Gent, maar wel buiten de drukte. - Overnachten in een bijzonder (muzikaal) gebouw, met een rustige patio waar je lekker kunt zitten, op maar een paar minuten lopen van het centrum van Gent - zonder in de drukte te zitten - was echt een topper! De wifi deed het op onze kamer niet.

La ubicación era perfecta, la comodidad de la habitación grande era perfecta, tener una cocina compartida fue excelente porque podíamos usar cualquu3r instalación y con privacidad porque nos cruzamos con casi ningún otro huésped. El ambiente es muy cálido, las salas de pianos son hermosas y la gente muy amable Nada. Todo estuvo bien

• Suzanne (9/5): Heerlijke ruime kamer midden in centrum van Gent - Zeer ruime kamer met een heerlijk bed en beddegoed. Alles erg schoon, goede airco en ruime mooie badkamer. De locatie was midden in het centrum en alles op loopafstand maar toch rustig in de nacht. Een mini-koelkastje op de kamer had het helemaal compleet gemaakt.

• Lauren (6/5): An okay place to stay - Location was good. Bed was comfortable. Air con didn’t work the first and last night of our stay. Seems like they forgot to turn it on and prematurely turned it off on us, which meant the room got well over 24C. They have two dogs that barked early in the morning as well. The door code supplied initially didn’t work, which meant that we were stuck waiting for someone to let us in. The WiFi kept dropping out.

• Katrien (7/5): Prachtige plek maar door omstandigheden veel miscommunicatie. ... - Prachtig huis, leuke sfeer, mooie kamers, heel goede ligging. We mochten onze fietsen op de patio zetten. We hadden een kamer aan de straatkant en er was ' s nachts veel lawaai. De tweede kamer was aan de binnenkoer en daar was het wel rustig. We hadden ons raam open omdat de airco in onze kamer niet functioneerde. Heel jammer. Er werd ons een ventilator beloofd voor de tweede nacht maar die kwam niet. We begrijpen wel waarom. Iemand van de eigenaars had een gebroken been, de andere was hoogzwanger. Bij het aankomen was het de schoonzoon die ons dus ontving. Zo jammer dat hij ons niet heeft verteld dat we bv. ook de keuken mochten gebruiken en daar iets konden drinken en het hele huis mochten gebruiken. Dat hoorden we dus pas bij ons vertrek.

• Bautista (10/5): Amazing stay, check in was easy and quick. - The neighborhood and the hotel are extremely quiet and peaceful. Amazing stay, check in was easy and quick. Each room has a name, the staff leave a box labeled with your room name (you'll get an email telling you exactly which room was assigned to you) at the reception desk on the ground floor. The box contains the keys to the front door of the building and to your room. Everything was satisfactory. No complaints

Chambre spacieuse Le manque d'information à propos du déjeuner ( si vous êtes 2 personnes vous aurez droit à : 2 yaourts, 2 petits pots avec des céréales, 2 jus et 2 cafés. Si vous êtes plus nombreux vous aurez droit à : la même chose + du pain, confiture, beurre, charcuterie et des œufs à la coque). On ne vous demande pas ce que vous préférez, c'est servi à table
• Melissa (7/5): Mooie locatie, maar (te) duur - De locatie was super. Ook heel tof dat het boven een pianowinkel zit. Je mag na sluitingstijd ook de piano’s bespelen: handig om dat ook van te voren te vermelden. Daarnaast is de kamer erg groot. De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. De kamer was erg duur voor een nacht en ik had dan zelf meer verwacht van de kamer en de faciliteiten. Er is wel een gemeenschappelijke ruimte waar je koffie/thee kunt pakken, maar de koffieautomaat werkte niet en de thee was op.
