- 이 (1/5): 입실 안내를 못받았어요 - 좋았던점이 하나도 없습니다 예약 결재후 호스트측에서 안내문이 안와서 체크인때 알려주시나했는데 체크인시 만날수없었고 비번도 알려주지않아 3시간씩 밖에서 추위에 떨고 전화도 안받고 자물쇠를 만지다가 방에 들어갔더니 청소도 안되어 있었고 너무 추워서 힘든밤을 보냈어요.어렵게 부킹닷컴에 문의를 했더니 4시간만에 입실 안내에 대한 멜을 받았고 우리는 늦은 밤시간에 다른곳으로 옮길수가 없었기에 다음날 아침 체크아웃하고 새 숙소를 찾아 여행을 할수밖에 없었답니다. 3박 숙박예약이었지만 힘든 1박만하였고 호스트가 제게 제대로 안내를 안한 댓가는 꼭 보상해 주길 바랍니다
