• Julia (7/5): Acredito que minha estadia foi muito boa, pois tiveram muitos pontos positivos, mas poderia ter sido melhor com pequenos - - mesa posta quando cheguei - a disposição para ajudar com qualquer coisa da Carol (administradora) - utensílios úteis, como varal de roupa, secador de cabelo, ventilador, tv, chaleira, etc então não precisei comprar nada. - cama mole, mas muito confortável - perto de supermercado (Asda) e pontos de ônibus - disponibilidade de toalhas e itens de higiene como, sabão de mão e detergente com esponja para limpar pratos - instruções claras sobre como abrir o cadeado para pegar a chave, sobre o Wi-Fi e de um modo geral - máquina de lavar roupa no quarto - quarto e banheiros limpos - o fogão (hob) não estava funcionando - do lado de fora da janela tinha um pouco de lixo acumulado que poderia ter sido limpo (ex. Latas de cervejas) - embaixo do chuveiro as vezes vazava dependendo de onde a mangueira jogasse a água.
• Thanh Binh (1/5): Waste of time, dissapointing service, unsafe apt though it's only 5' away from the police station - Booking.com didn't respond promptly when we emailed them to let them know that the apartment was broken (see the picture) into and private property was stolen. Our laptop was stolen and we knew where it was, but the POLICE came and couldn't do anything because they didn't have a search warrant and would not be able to search about dozen apartments in the address. Landlord never showed up nor tried to be helpful. They only showed up to fetch their TV when we decided to leave the apartment in the middle of the night. Booking.com still did not refund to us for the nights we did not stay. We'll keep emailing them until we get a reply. We strongly alert everyone to stay away from this place, this poor service.

• Suzanne (1/5): - It had a kitchen with fridge, microwave and washing machine. The property was advertised incorrectly as a one bedroom apartment when it was actually only a studio apartment with a bed and a sofabed all in the same space as the living, dining and kitchen area. The staff were rude and unaccommodating towards us when we pointed out to them that the apartment facilities were not true as advertised, nor suitable for our requirements. They did not respond to our email regarding our concerns - and only called us after booking.com contacted them - the phone call was made by Carol the customer relations manager who was already aware of our issues, but on the phone call she acted ignorant as to why we 'had concerns', asked how 'they could appease us', then agreed that some compensation seemed reasonable, but booking.com emailed us shortly afterwards (within the hour) saying the 'host had been unable to come to any agreement with us the customer'. The sofabed was super uncomfortable and actually tipped the adult out on the floor during the night while they were sleeping when they rolled over - the whole sofabed tipped over on its side, causing injury to the sleeping adult. The bathroom was super hot!! After a cold shower and drying oneself off with a towel, very quickly (1-2mins);you would be covered in sweat again.
• Lindsay Russell (4/5): Disappointing - The host was lovely, very responsive and brought me a new fan when the one in my unit didn't work, as well as laundry detergent so I could use the washing machine in the unit. She also checked in daily to ask how the stay was, and see if I needed anything during my stay. The unit is quite spacious for a studio, and I appreciated having a washing machine and full kitchen. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with this stay. I booked it based off the reviews all being quite good, but when I arrived there was initially confusion regarding my request to check-in early, and when I got there there was no key in the lockbox outside the room, the door to the unit was unlocked, and there was a man who did not work for the host in the unit. As a young, female who was solo-travelling at the time, this was hugely concerning. The host apologized and sorted it out in the end, but it was an uncomfortable start to my stay to say the least. The location is also not ideal as it's a 15-20 minute walk from the closest tube station, and if you're coming home alone at night you have to enter through a back alley which didn't feel entirely safe. There is no air conditioning in the unit and it was incredibly hot. There is also a strong smell of cigarettes that wafts in from the hallway despite there being 2 sets of doors between the hallway and main room of the unit. There was also almost £200 in extra charges to the booking on top of the nightly price, £100 for a security deposit which was refundable, but then also £92 in additional charges, which I didn't think was clear until after I'd already paid. Ultimately, I don't think the stay was at all worth the price, and I wouldn't recommend this location - especially if you're a female traveller travelling alone.

• Jon (7/5): A nice modern studio not far from Zone 1 - The studio was almost perfect. The staff were super helpful and it was a self checkout which was ideal as I missed my normal coach time. The photos are accurate of the place and it's been recently refurbished. The shops were exactly where I was instructed they would be as well. Unfortunately the plug sockets were all being taken or in awkward parts of the studio. I also saw that the lights above the double bed were flickering and no lamps was a bit awkward at night due to the light switch being at the entrance so be careful when walking around at night. They provided almost everything except coat hangers etc and there wasn't a drying towel for the dishes unfortunately. Overall it was a good studio but it lacked some stuff that was a mild inconvenience.
